Had a few problems during check-in but nothing that couldnt be solved. The room was great! Very clean! Could use an update in furnishings. But all in all a great stay.

I had a great experience. The staff greeted me during checkout. The morning staff was very helpful and assisted me with the morning complimentary breakfast. The two ladies were very attentive. I was surprised to see that they were still making sure there was enough food, being that I arrived 30 minutes before finishing time. The room was comfy and clean. "Fantastic stay"
In preparation for a triathlon at Joe Pool lake, we stayed the night in this hotel. Many reviews from adjacent hotels complained of road noise and poor quality of the facilities. We were VERY pleased to find that the condition of the facilities were excellent. The rooms were very clean and very QUIET. We heard no road noise at all. The downstairs lobby […] area was neat and clean as well and the staff very polite and professional. Additionally, there are several restaurants walking distance from the hotel as well as a shopping center. We felt very safe walking about after hours. "Great Clean Hotel"
This hotel was great & clean, the staff was very friendly and accomdating, the only bad thing were the pillows they weren all that comfy. The breakfast buffett was better than expected. The ONLY complaint is Hotel.com we booked a King Size Suite with a jet bathtub come to find out the hotels King size room does not have a jetted bathtub therefor we […] had to Pay $50 to upgrade. Excellent hotel!!! no car needed, could walk to movie theatre or to several great restaraunts. Also, GREAT complimentary breakfast, best i've ever had!!! The staff very friendly and helpful!! Would definitely stay again if in town and would recommend to anyone!!

Excellent hotel, great location! This was our 4th time to stay at the hotel, I have family within 5 minutes of the hotel, so we stay there everytime we visit. Very friendly staff and clean rooms, we have a 10 month old we didn't have to cringe everytime she crawled on the floor.

Wonderful experience! Staff was extremely friendly, good breakfast variety (free!), the pool/hot tub were clean, and what a great location! Multiple restaurants and a Target all within walking distance!
Delilah at check in was great gave us great information about the area and was very pleasant. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast bar and staff were excellent. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

"Best Ever Holiday Inn Express"
This hotel was the best of the Holiday Inn Express line I have ever stayed at. The staff was great, the rooms quite lovely and the property exactly what I was looking for at the right location.

I attend races nearby, this hotel and its location allows my family to stay and walk to across the parking lot to the movie theater or numerous restaurants.
