Very nice, friendly staff had a great time on our honeymoon, close to the short north for a fun day of walking and shopping would recommend to country folk (like us) looking for a city experience

Great location, right by Sugar Daddy's for amazing brownies the subway across the streeet was great good valet amazing food spread!! nice little store for snacks

I got to stay here when we were at a medical conference and all I have to say is this hotel shocked me when we checked in.It was awesome! Who would think a former bank woul be a place for a hotel. Hotel is in a beautiful building and the room and breakfast buffet were great. We only stayed one night but will stay again when we visit.

Hotel was very clean and staff at front desk very helpful. Wonderful breakfast in the morning.

This is a very nice clean hotel located downtown columbus, the hotel is in an old bank. They offer a extensive complimentary breakfast buffet set up in the old vault of the bank, kind of neat. Beds very comfortable. Only negatives are having to valet park, but this is very typical of most hotels in downtown columbus area.

My husband and I were looking to have a nice long weekend away from home. When looking for hotels in downtown Columbus, I was finding that none of them had complementary breakfast except the Residence Inn. Not only did they have free breakfast, but we were pleased to find that it was actually GOOD breakfast compared to other free hotel breakfasts I've […] had in the past. They had a good variety, hot oatmeal, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit and yogurt, and a waffle maker and all the fixings!!! The staff was all very nice and accommodating, and the nice girl working at the bar was friendly and had some suggestions of local places to visit. The whole hotel is suits and priced about the same as non-suits at other area hotels. It is a beautiful historic building, with a lot of nice modern décor. Our suite was neat and clean and nicely decorated, with a small kitchen and 2 flat panel TV's. We had a lovely time and we definitely made the right choice of hotels! Comfortable, very quiet room. Breakfast selection very good.

We called the hotel ahead of time to ask about parking our small u-haul trailer as we were arriving around midnight and did not want any surprises. I was told that there would be no problem parking the trailer in the lot behind the hotel, which ended up being far from the truth. We had to search for about 40 minutes (at midnight) and finally parked […] a couple blocks away from the hotel. Obviously not many people will have this issue since it is somewhat unusual to be downtown with a trailer, but we were staying at this hotel because we were attending a convention at the convention center around the corner. I have to think that we're not the only ones to ever stay there for a convention and need to park a trailer. Staff should have some inkling of where someone might park a trailer and guests should not get a different story from each staff member. If you have a car to park at the hotel (without a trailer) you have to pay double what I've ever paid at any other hotel. You definitely want to call and check on the current parking rates as they are significant. Other than that, the hotel was quite clean and safe. We found that breakfast was a little hectic around 9:30, so we opted to get up earlier on the following mornings, which was much better. I would stay at this hotel again if I did not have a car (or trailer) to park. Lovely, rennovated bank building turned into a hotel. The staff was very attentive - to the point where we had to call on two separate occasions and they responded and were at our room door within less than 10 minutes.

I booked this hotel because I thought it was close to the Convention Center. It really wasn't. I was with my young child and the walk was a bit far for him. One of the lights next to the bed was out and never fixed. The breakfast was fine on our first day, but on the second it was really bad. Biscuits and gravy but no biscuits??? An incredible, beautiful room downtown for a very reasonable price. Dining and attractions are a close walk away. For just a little exercise the Arena District and Short North are also walkable. We would give it 5 stars

This hotel is a converted bank. It seemed a little strange when I walked in, expecting to find a more traditional hotel lobby. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel! The room was like a great little apartment! It was clean and decorated great. The full kitchen was stocked with supplies though we didn't cook. The hotel was in a beautiful old bank with lots of great decorative details like the old mail chute by the elevators. Breakfast downstairs was very good and the exercise […] room had good equipment. It was an easy half mile walk to our event at Nationwide Arena. Parking deck cost but as we didn't drive after arrival and paid the auto-teller when leaving we only got charged one night. Really nice place. A little older but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was an A+. Centrally located to downtown and not far from OSU campus. Valet parking was very expensive. Cheaper lots around the hotel.

My room was much better than I expected. A kitchenette with full size appliances and dining table and chairs, large seating area with desk, couch, chair, coffee table and flat screen TV, and sleeping area with a very comfortable bed. The free breakfast buffet included both standard cold and hot foods. On Sunday, street parking is free in the immediate area so you might be able to save some money by avoiding valet. I came across this hotel by accident after discovering my hotel(s) of choice were booked solid. It was wonderful that they were! This hotel is a jewel in the rough. WE were very pleased with the room and got lots of help from everyone there. We would have like to have an in-house restaurant but that is a small thing. ONly one thing about the bathroom. We had a handicapped room and it would have been good to have had a rubber mat for the tub so my husband would have felt a little more safter.

The location wasn't awesome--not really a restaurant or anything district, but it wasn't a bad walk to places where you could do something. The room was so nice! I didn't even want to go outside. We were in the city for a show. It was a perfect location for the show, restaurants and strolling around the beautiful city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great value in thise suites-style room complete with kitchenette and dishwasher. The complimentary breakfast bar is fantastic, complete with hot dishes buffet style. Only issue was with hot water sustem - took a good six minutes to deliver hot water to the shower. This is an amazing hotel. Great staff, beautiful hotel, and beautiful rooms. One of the few breakfest i have ever really enjoyed in a hotel.

The Expedia description said the extra bed was in a "separate area", but it's not. In our initial room, if you pulled out the couch it would have been 6 inches from the end of the bed. Gracious staff moved us to a bigger version room where it was more like 8 feet, but still in the "same area". If you need privacy, get the 1 or 2 bedroom.

This is a beautiful hotel! It is in an old bank building that has been completely renovated into a hotel, with lots of character and interesting features. The rooms were immaculate and spacious. The location was convenient. The public areas were very clean and impressive. Free breakfast was quite good and had everything you could want, including plenty […] of hot choices. Valet parking was included with our room for the length of our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful in finding local restaurants and stores. Not a bad thing about this place. My husband and I only stayed a night but it was a great hotel. Nice little hotel bar with Happy Hour; friendly and helpful staff! The room was wonderful, it was like a little apartment with a kitchen and all! Free breakfast was good also, better than some I have paid money for at a nicer hotel!

Great room for the money. the only bad thing was there wasn't any hot water in the shower.

Wow, what a great building this hotel is in. Used to be a bank, but they snuggled in a very nice place to pass the time. On our floor (and maybe others), you stepped up to get into the room. There was an area with a desk, sofa, chair & TV where you stepped down to access it. A nice kitchenette, too.
