Extended Stay America Las Vegas - Valley View - Las Vegas

We stayed here for business and saved a lot of money. Front desk people were nice. Bring shampoo and conditioner. Oh and the fridge was super loud too in room 1502 .

Great location, huge room with living area and separate bedroom. Decent bed. Overall not bad.

.. on the floors. Because it was a smoking room that I got for a non smoking price, I shouldn't complain. But this room just felt like the floors where dirty. The carpet needed shampooing and there were burn marks on the floor in the bathroom. The shower head had good pressure on cold and almost no pressure on warm. That was the worst, since Vegas is […] such a hot city. They knew I would have four of us staying there, two adults and two kids, but they still only stocked the room with ONE fork and ONE spoon and ONE plate. So I had to share until someone in housekeeping walked by and reluctantly gave us two more forks and a plate. Again, there were FOUR of us. They knew we would be using the pull out bed and yet they never offered bedding. So I had to call at like 10pm to ask about how to get some for my kids, which we had to go walk to get at that hour. The pull out bed was horrible because the pressure from the bars supporting the mattress penetrated through it and we felt like we were sleeping on a matress up in a tree somewhere. The television had one channel for kids and it was playing Adult Swim after a certain hour. Because the bed sucked, my kids couldn't sleep. They are 3 and 5. Adult Swim will never do. I will stay there if I don't have my kids, because the bed in the room was comfortable. But I will seek out other hotels before resorting to this one again. Przeczytaj więcej

I stayed there for one night and it was "ONE" night too long. It looked and smelled like one of those rooms that you rent by the hour. The couch was terribly stained, the carpet had many stains and it smelled so bad (like roach spray)... I was afraid to even walk on it. I ended up going to Wal-Mart to buy my own blanket and pillow, which I slept on, […] in one spot, as I was scared to touch anything in the room...I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy. We stayed at Extended Stay America Las Vegas - Valley View while house hunting in Las Vegas. At 11:00 pm we tried to use the internet but were unable to because we did not have a login code. I called down to the front desk to obtain one and let the phone ring for 10 minutes. No one answered. I called back and let the phone ring for another 5 minutes. […] Still no answer. We went to the front desk and no one was there. The next day I went to the front desk to ask for a comment card and was told "Hmmm...we don't seem to have any. Why?" I explained what happened the night before and, before I finished talking, the employee said, "There is always someone here." No matter what I said, I was wrong and she was right. She was very, very rude. And charging for the internet nowadays? With all of the hundreds of other hotels in Las Vegas, we will tell all of our friends and family who visit to find accommodations elsewhere. Przeczytaj więcej

The room it self was super! Except for 3 things.. It was suppose to be a non-smoking room, it totally smelled of smoke and had cigarette burns through out the place all over the carpet and the bathroom. We turned the heater on and the room got this funny smell and the alarm went off. Finally it was my WEDDING DAY and I needed to take a BATH not a SHOWER […] so not to make sure that my hair did not get messed up there was no STOPPER IN THE TUB! I went to the front desk at 11:00 a.m. I was told that someone would be up as soon as possible. At 12:30 I still had NO STOPPER and my WEDDING was at 2:00 p.m. and the Limo was coming at 1:30. I sent my son back down to the desk and asked again for the STOPPER he was told then "WE WILL SEE WHAT WE CAN DO" They NEVER CAME OR CALLED. I finally stuffed a towel in the hole in the tub and got ready as soon as I could. THAT WAS A VERY STRESSFUL MOMENT AND I TRULY DID NOT APPRECIATE IT!!!!!!! Przeczytaj więcej

It was really close to the strip (less than a mile) and the rooms are like suites so you have a living room, kitchen, and bedroom. Will definitely go back there again.

Stayed here because it was cheapest for 6 people. They should have been expecting 6, but there was no linen for the pull out bed. Had to use the bed spreads from the other two beds. Only 2 bath towels and 2 sets of dishes. Although we didn't use the dishes we did use the small coffee pot in the morning, but there was only 1 coffee cup. After trying […] to get more towels, I didn't bother asking for more coffee cups. Pool felt like there was a gel substance in the water, and with palm trees right above needs to have a better cleaning system. The only advantage was close to the strip, but I won't stay here again.
