Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji kilka kroków od Gates of India. Poziom typowo indyjski jest wszędzie trochę niedociągnięć np gwiżdżące rury natomiast nie są one szczególnie uciążliwe. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna. Jak na indyjski standard czysto.

If you need to stay in this district then your choice of hotels is limited. In fact, up until recently it was the only hotel in the area! There is now one other next door. However, this hotel had quality stamped all over it from the moment you walked in the door. Friendly - but not obtrusive - service Good food - not Great - but very acceptable Reasonable […] bar (could be better but I guess its more a business hotel than anything else) They do need to deal with complaints a little better as I dont really think I got a reasonable reaction with my overcooked pizza ! This is a hotel to experience - from the incredible feast laid out for breakfast to the way hotel staff genuinely go out of their way to be helpful and ensure your stay is going as well as it possibly can. I cannot recommend it highly enough and am definitely looking forward to the next opportunity I have to stay.

I booked this hotel for a business trip for my husband, who has been to bombay many times on business. He loved this hotel-- he says it was one of the best he has stayed at so far. He ranked it as better and more centrally located than the Taj Hotel in Nariman Point, and better and more modern than the ITC Grand Central where he normally stays. He absolutely […] raved about it (and he is a picky new york banker type so that says a lot for me). And he felt the location was very good for the business meetings he was conducting. En typisk business hotell där bara affärsmän håller till. Dekorationen är ganska steril men servicen är utmärkt på alla nivåer. Maten däremot var överprist och för det priset smakade det inte tyvärr lika mycket. Rekommenderar att besöka andra hotells restauranger.
とてもキレイで素敵なホテルだったのですが、ちょとしたトラブルがありました。 ネットで予約の際、宿泊日数を間違えてしまい、HOTEL's.comに電話して、一泊⇒二泊に変えていただきました。変更後の内容をプリントアウトしてホテルに持って行ってチェックインしました。その際、プリントアウトした用紙はホテルに渡しました。次の朝、カードキーを失くすと嫌なのでフロントに預けて出掛け、戻ってきてフロントに鍵を受け取りに行くと、(朝と別のフロントの人が)不思議な顔をして、PCを見ながら「一泊分しか予約されてない」と言ってきたので、最初にネット予約の時に間違えて一泊にしてしまって、二泊に変更した旨と、チェックインの際に変更後のプリントアウトした用紙を渡した事を告げてとりあえず部屋に戻りました。ところが、次の朝 […] チェックアウトにフロントに行くと(またまた昨日と違うフロントの人が)一泊分しか予約されてないと言い出す始末。 その為またもや昨日と同じ説明をし、チェックインの時渡した用紙があるはずじゃないのかと言うとどうやら失くした⁈らしい。それで、PCから2日分の予約確認のメールを出してくれと事務所まで連れて行かれてしまった。飛行機の時間があるから、かなり早めにチェックアウトしにフロントに行ったにもかかわらず、やり取りや事務所に行って自分のメールを取り出したりとしていたら、ホテルを出なければならない時間をとっくに過ぎてしまい、さらに大渋滞に巻き込まれるしまつ…。ホテル側は、日本の代理会社から変更の知らせを受けてないから非はないみたいな事を言っていました。飛行機には、なんとかやっと間に合ったから良かったのですが、気分的にはかなり嫌でしたね。 予約確認のプリントアウトした用紙の予備を持って行ってなかった私も悪いとは思いますが、&渡した用紙を失くすホテル側はどうかと思いますね。 あと、ネット上で、ホテル側とHotel's.comさんとどういう風になっているのか分かりませんが、今一度、確認方法をしっかりしていただければと思わずにいられませんでした。 Przeczytaj więcej
