"Excellent Room"
I stayed on a Wednesday night and found this place to be a great value. The front desk person was friendly and the room was very comfortable. There were very minor maintenance problems with the room that were immediately fixed. The location was perfect for my needs, but it may not be for some people. For example, if you are interested in going to Taipa […] Island, it will take a long time because of the distance and heavy traffic. There is a free hotel shuttle bus service to the ferry (where you can take free shuttle buses to other casinos) and to the nearby China border city of Zhuhai. My only major criticism of the hotel is with this shuttle service. Some of the shuttle buses seat only 16 people (a few buses in the system are larger but you will not know when these buses are scheduled). Once I was in line when there were more than 16 people waiting - getting on the bus became a competitive sport. Also, there is very limited luggage storage space. "Excellent All Around"
This is my first trip to Macau and this hotel was great. I was treated like royalty and the staff and facilities were beyond my expectations. I will be back.

"Quality Hotel - Not a Destination"
The quality of this hotel was wonderful. From desk service superb (they helped with ferry tickets, anything we required). The rooms great, modern and comfortable. "世界遺産まわりに便利"
バス停が目の前にあるので、バスを使用できるようになると、何をするにも便利です（タクシーを使っても安いのですが、バスはもっと安いので）。とくに世界遺産の教会などをまわるには、このホテルを拠点とすると近くて、疲れてもすぐに帰って休めるので便利だと思います。ホテル自体の設備は新しく快適ですが、まわりにカジノホテルがまったくないので、何日か滞在する予定であれば少し飽きるかもしれませんね。

酒店的位置和设施都不错，离大三巴牌坊走路15分钟，门口有很多路公交车到各个地方，酒店只有到港澳码头的车，没有到机场的车。酒店的行李员的服务一级好，我们等taxi，他会主动过来告诉我们还需要等待多长时间，太贴心了，并且主动帮我们把行李搬到车上，这样的服务必须要给小费～相比下，酒店大堂的服务员就没有那么热情了，我和朋友从电梯下来看着相机里的照片站在原地说笑，居然有个穿蓝衣服的女服务员说让我们让让！不要站在那个地方！有这样的服务员真扫兴，这又不是人民大会堂，连停留都不让？住过40多个国家的酒店，没见过这样的！

"鄰近鬧區、免費無線上網，非常便利！"
原先擔心在澳門會需要到處找可以無線上網的地方，沒想到飯店房間就有免費無線上網，真是個大驚喜！接著發現飯店就在澳門最熱鬧的新馬路附近，鄰近觀光客必到的議事亭前地。飯店人員接待熱誠，和其他澳門酒店人員有時略顯粗魯的態度相當不同。原先是因為提供三晚住宿優惠而第一次嘗試這家飯店，結果超乎想像，讓我對這家飯店品牌留下很好的印象。

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. Location could not be better if u want to enjoy Macau for things other than gambling. Most of historic sites are nearby. More importantly, there is abundance of good restaurants and they are walking-distance away. Rooms are clean and of decent size. "ソフィテル マカオ アット ポンテ 16 コンシエルジュのレベルが高い"
フェリーターミナルから離れているもののバスでの送迎もあり、不便さはない。セナド広場も徒歩10分程度で行けるし、道中人通りも多く安全です。 ポルトガル料理屋もあり、聖ポールも目と鼻の先でとても便利です。 カジノもあり、コンシエルジュのレベルが高く（Nickさん）、快適に泊まれました。

"十分貼心的服務"
十六浦有一個我們沒有在其他飯店遇過的服務，在我們下午check in之後離開房間出門，晚上再回來時床已被整理成準備睡覺的樣子：床上的抱枕被收到一旁的櫃子，枕頭平放，兩瓶礦泉水及附有蓋子的玻璃杯分別放在床兩邊的邊桌上，床的兩側也舖上踏墊及放上室內拖鞋，兩份早餐的menu也放在桌上。 這是很貼心的服務，令人十分開心。

1月上旬に妹と2泊してきました。広くて快適なお部屋で、アメニティーのロクシタンが更に気分をあげてくれました〜！女子旅にはぴったり。ここなら両親も連れて来れると思いました。カジノ街には少し距離がありますが、マカオはタクシー料金がとても安いので、気軽にタクシーを利用すれば良いと思います。すぐ近くにコンビニもあるので便利でした。このホテルのカジノは、煙草モクモクの、古い小さめのカジノで、あまりおしゃれではありません。 コスパ抜群のホテルでした。また泊まりたいです。

"レトロなマカオ"
ホテル自体のホスピタリティは文句なしです。 ただ、グランドリスボア等の大型カジノホテルに比べると、 シャトルバスの運行状況、タクシーの待ち具合など、もう少し便利だと良いなと思いました。 でも十月初五日街が至近で、世界遺産も近く、 カジノだけではないマカオの風情を感じるには最適のホテルだと思います。 次にマカオに行くときも泊まりたいと思ってます。

部屋のセンス・清潔さや設備は申し分ありません。 ロビーやエレベターは多少派手すぎる気もしますが、 部屋は素敵でした。バスタブもかなり清潔な感じでしたし大変満足いたしました。 ただ、他の方のレビューにもある通り宿泊後ホテルのタクシー乗り場にはタクシーは来ず、スタッフもおらず結局重い荷物を持ってセナド広場前まで歩きました。 せっかくの気分が台無しの結末で、その他が良かっただけに残念でした。

１２月４日から３泊しました。 フェリーターミナルを出ると係員がシャトルバス乗り場まで案内してくれます。シャトルバスの間隔は日中は１５分に１本です。他のホテルよりやや少なめの印象です。ホテルはフェリーターミナルと反対岸にあります。シャトルバスで１５分くらいです。 シティビューで予約したのですが、入ってみると、なぜかリバービュー側の部屋でした。部屋の作りはかなり豪華です。妻はロクシタンのアメニティをたいそう気に入っていました。 ６Ｆのレストラン「ミストラル」の朝食ブッフェはかなり混んでいます。中国人の団体客が食い散らかしていくのであまりお勧めできません。昼食ビュッフェは人が少なくのんびり食事ができます。カジノでメンバーズカードを作り（無料）、精算時に提示すると１０％割り引いてくれます。 隣 […] のコンビニでジュースやビールが買えます。 部屋にワイングラス、ワインオープナーがあるので、ニューヤオハンワインを買い、夜景を楽しみながら飲みました カジノは１Fと２Fで、他のカジノと比べるとこぶりです。中国人が多かったです。タバコの煙がモウモウで、長くいると喉が痛くなってきます。（他のカジノも禁煙ではないので同じですが、、、） Przeczytaj więcej

위치상 세도나광장이랑 무척가까워서 좋았다. 아침산책으로 성바울 성당까지 갔다와도 무리없이 즐길 수 있는 거리였고, 객실도 깨끗하고 직원들도 친철했다. 다만 호텔직원들중에 영어가 서툰 직원들이 몇 있어서 조금 불편했다.... 대체로 만족스러웠다.

リスボアやウィンホテルなどのカジノホテル街と比べロビーに人も多くなく落ち着いているところが良かったです。 客室からはカジノホテル街の夜景が楽しめ、とても綺麗でした。 またセナド広場から徒歩10分圏内ですので、移動も楽でした。観光に疲れ、ホテルで休もうと戻るとペットボトルの水が新たに用意されてあり、サービス面でも良かったと思います。 マカオに行ったら、是非泊まって欲しいホテルです。

"マカオ旅行"
すばらしいホテルでした。 マカオの最西端から東側へ、町並みが一望でき、夜景も美しかったです。 シャトルバスもついており、ヴェネチアンホテルまでもフェリー乗り場を経由して、バスだけで行くことができました。 また、是非利用したいです。

该酒店下午三点才可以入住，早上十一点退房，不太满意，酒店总体可以，但酒店周边环境不佳，酒店客房有点小，赌场感觉有点老旧，以我入住房1200元人民币的价格来说，有点不值。

今回2回目の宿泊でしたがホテルの施設、部屋も良く、スタッフのサービスもフレンドリーで大変快適でした。次回もまた利用したいと思います。

セナド広場を中心に世界遺産巡りにとても便利、 グランドリスボアまでも歩いて一直線で15分、 そこからMGMやWINなどのホテルも歩いて5分と 街の中心を歩いて楽しむには最適な立地。 この道路は夜も明るく安心して歩ける。 ホテルも内装は豪華で綺麗。 一番心強かったのは、日本人スタッフのゲストリレーションがいたこと。 日本語がまるで通じないマカオで安心感があった。 川の反対側に中国本土が見えるのも、何故か得した気分。国境を超えて中国へ行く場合もホテルから無料の バスがでてる。

"セナド広場に近く、マカオのホテルの中では、最高のホテルの一つです！！"
ウェルカムドリンクとして、シヤンパンとオードブルがサービスされ、お客をもてなす姿勢は、とても良かった。ホテルの雰囲気もとても良い（ＭＧＭや ウィンより個人的には、好きでした。）町の中心からも少し歩くが、気にならない距離でした。

Bodde här 2 nätter och måste säga att det är det bästa hotellet jag någonsin har sovit i. Jag har i för sig inte besökt andra hotell i Macau och jag kan tänka mig att de flesta hotell med kasino har hög standard. Hotellet ligger till skillnad från Lisboa (Lisboa kasinot måste man i och för sig besöka!) lite utanför, vilket gör att det är ett lugnt […] område. Eftersom Macau är ett litet ö är det ändå väldigt nära till det mesta, exempelvis Ruinerna av St Pauls katedral. Havsutsikt, stort rum, sköna mjuka sängar, strykjärn, morgonrock, badkar och dusch. 今回マカオのソフィテルマカオホテルとヴェネチアンホテル、香港のディズニーホテルと1週間滞在しましたが、全てにおいてソフィテルホテルの対応は良かったです！従業員の対応良く、朝食も美味しく、クラブラウンジのアフタヌーンティーも良かったです。世界遺産からも近く便利でしたし、中国語も英語も苦手な私にとっては日本人スタッフがいたことが安心しました。またマカオに行くときには利用いたします。悪いところは・・・廊下のエアコンが寒すぎるところぐらいです。

価格的に正当だとは思います ホテルマンもしっかりしてます（男は） タクシーは1階にエスカレーターで降りればすぐ乗れる場合が多かったです。 誰かがカキコしてたけど、確かにフロント前には呼ばないときません。 徒歩圏でマカオの下町や小さな食堂に行けたり、コンビニが隣にあったり。地元の人が多いカジノなどいいなと思いました。あとホテルの中はホントに静かです。上品で清潔感がありうるさい人はロビーも含め見かけませんでした。 また行きたいかといわれると、いつかはまた泊まりたいホテルです。多分次回はＭＧＭやハイアットなど米系のホテルもいいかなと思いますけど

The water overflow and leak severely from the toilet and bath tub of one of my rooms on the day of check in. The hotel quickly change another room for me. The room service is efficient. The staff for cleansing and the check in staff Peggy are very nice and polite. Very helpful. I think the maintenance service should be better in this hotel. O não ter SPA, foi uma grande desilusão para mim, que um dos dias queris mesmo relaxar e fazer uma massagem e no piso onde indica a existencia do SPA, um funcionário informou-me que o mesmo não estava a funcionar ou já não existia, não entendi bem.

這個飯店是我第一次入住，飯店大堂裝修豪華，一樓仍然是賭場，唯一讓我感覺感受很差的就是大廳當中充滿了煙味，或許與賭場就在一樓有關，感覺一進到大廳就聞到煙味，這個感受實在不好。建議酒店可能應該就大廳的空氣部分做適當的處理。現在很多國家都有禁菸法令，唯獨澳門似乎沒有，但是我個人認為，大廳作為一個酒店的門面，固然裝修很漂亮，但一進去聞到的就是煙味，這個感受很差。酒店房間很乾淨漂亮，設施也算一應俱全。由酒店步行到噴水池，大約需要'15-20分鐘的時間，不算是很近，但酒店的服務整體來說算是很好，尤其對幫我們叫車以及行李員，他們的服務實在是很好，尤其讓我感動。酒店周邊有一個便利商店，餐廳的話白天好像都很少開門，因為那些餐廳大約是在晚上營業的，吃的部分必較不是這麼多。 This was my first stay […] at the hotel, luxurious hotel lobby, on the first floor is still the casino, the only bad experience I feel is the hall which is full of smoke, perhaps related to the casino on the first floor, feeling into the hall of a to smell smoke, the feeling is really bad.
