Bardzo polecam hotel rodzinom z dziećmi duze przestronne apartamenty, mnóstwo miejsca, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, dodatkowo pralka i suszarka która z małymi dziećmi może bardzo się przydać. Dobra lokalizacja jesli chodzi o dostępność do parków rozrywki, wpoblizu tez dwa fajne outlety. Jedyną bardzo słabą strona hotelu są śniadania, typowo amerykańskie, tylko mufiny, tosty dżem, płatki z mlekiem po 6 dniach miałam naprawdę dość. Mimo wszystko chętnie tam wrócę.

Pokój a właściwie mieszkanie ogromne, czysto, obsługa bardzo miła. Szkoda, że byłem tylko 5 dni, nie mogłem skorzystać ze wszystkich możliwości jakie dawał hotel.

The only reason why service didnt get 5stars is because there was a grumpy lady from the kitchen who didnt smile and was rude during breakfast time. however the food was good and the younger lady was very sweet.

"New, clean, friendly staff"
Breakfast bar was good, the front desk staff was exceptionally nice, and the hotel was new and clean. Wish the pool was heated. Overall we recommend it

This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was great and the breakfast was good. My towels were replinished and the room/bed was very comfortable.
Further from Disney than I expected.

"Quiet stay in Orlando"
Stayed one night with the family to finish off a great vacation. It was a nice stay (except for the fact that the bathroom door didn't close). The hotel is new and quite clean. There was a fridge and microwave which was a nice touch for a regular room. We checked in late and the person at the front desk was more than happy to accommodate my room request […] and late check out. It is located in an industrial/commercial area which was just fine to get away from the theme park vacation crowd so best you have a car to get around. Good hotel. The hotel is a new building. However, breakfast was good but not superb. Just remember Orlando is a pricy city for hotels.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond! We left some items in the room and didn't realize it until more than 24 hours later, we called the hotel and they held the items until we were able to get them. We are so thankful for their efforts!
"Quiet peaceful lovely stay"
Loved the location so close to seaworld and still away from traffic. big room, comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. My 3yr old loved the hotel too.
5 to 10 minutes from sea world and universal studio parks, very clean and comfortable room. Continental breakfast better than average. Free wireless internet. I would stay here again.

"A bit out of the way but very good, nonetheless."
Very pleased with the hotel. It was a bit away from shopping/restaurants but these were within easy driving distance. The hotel and grounds were clean and to normal Hampton standards. The surrounding area was undergoing construction but this did not cause undue noise during our stay.

"Rude staff"
New Years day breakfeast with about 30 people still eating and the staff starts shutting down the area at 10 am sharp. My 7 year old tries to get some juice and they had turned the dispenser off. I asked the staff to let her get a cup of juice and was told breakfeast is closed at 10 am. I had to go to the front desk to get the rude service staff to […] turn on the juice dispenser. Another guest was fixing a bowl of cereal and they were carting off the milk. ZERO hospitality. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and never experienced this kind of situation. "Great for Business Traveler-Good for Disney Travel"
Great, Clean and New Property! Location is not too far from Disney Park.... Hotel is located Just 1/2 mile from Sandlake Road On John Young Pkwy (between OBT & International Drive). Very quite hotel event when it is filled with good amout of guest. Rates are fare. About the breakfast - Good selection but a small breakfast area... I would have prefered […] the microwave in the breakfast area to warm up some things... Also, I would have preferred potatos/hash brwon for breakfast. Although there was no Microwave; the serving lady was nice and warmed up the milk for my child for her breakfast. Breakfast hours are to 10:00am... Only place I have seen where they were refilling the breakfast till 9:59am for the last minute breakfast guests. Good service. About the toaster; it would be much better if they had rolling bread toaster compared to the pull down toaster - it just tied up the line; especially when the breakfast area is small. We had book a room with 2 queen beds and it was very comfortable and sufficient for 2 Adults and 2 kids (7years and 4years). Room was well equipped with Fridge and Microwave. However it didn't have any safe and didn't have a good sitting arrangement like a sofa or a love seat. Had a board attached to the wall (I guess it is called a desk) and a rolling chair. All in all it was a decent place to stay if you will be spending most of your day out and about in Orlando and will come back for sleeping... The location of this Hampton Inn is a good central location for access to Disney, Universal and International Drive, but you must have a rental car as none of these are within walking distance. Also, I expected a suite to have 2 rooms, not just 1 large room, but it was comfortable and clean . This is located in a very well situated location - far from the humdrum of a busy intersection and provides the amenity of seclusion. Breakfast was also to par, with a wide assortment of options. No regrets.

They charged 10.00 extra for a second person. They have no sitting area, just 2 chairs at a small desk attached to the wall. There is no wireless in the rooms, you can hook up one computer to the wire in the room but you have to sit there at the desk to be on your computer. Little coffee maker with paper cups. Refrig made noise all night. I could smell […] smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room. The breakfast was good. Close to FL mall and outlets. Good location. I was surprised by the 2.5 rating on this hotel. It should be a 4 star. The staff was great, the service was great, and the hotel was very warm and accommodating. I travel to Orlando once a year and I will stay here again.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was only a couple of years old and showed no signs that it didn't just open last week. The entrance and lobby area was very inviting and the furniture and decor gave the feeling that you were in a high end hotel. The rooms were large, beds very comfortable, climate control was easy to use and a large bathroom. […] Breakfast was more than you would expect from a continental breakfast. eventhough the hotel is clean because it is new. personel needs some improvement. hotel needs to hire friendly people especially at the front desk. if you dont care about how you get treated stay in this hotel if all is important to you is cleaniness but that was just because the hotel is built recently, also it is located in a an isolated area..
