Nice location - 1 min walk from Metro (the suburban line). Got water + juice + milk + bread for welcoming. Very nice host - introduced us to the wonderful yearly event the Milano Fair. It's a ground-floor apt so it is pretty noisy at night, especially when there is a big truck driving through.

Parking - very difficult to find parking. Location - we picked this hotel because it was close to a family member we were visiting. Getting to Milan city center - very easy by tram, stop is very close and one tram takes you right into the center. Checking in - Nobody is on site so you need to coordinate your arrival time so that someone can meet you. […] The entrance to the courtyard is locked and we didn't know how to let them know we arrived, but someone was coming out so we went in. In the courtyard we waited with all our luggage. Had to use our cell to call management to let them know we were there. Person who met us was very nice. Hotel/Apartment - The place was clean and comfortable. The fridge had water, milk and juice for us, and there was a basket of breakfast items/tea, etc. The kitchen was also equipped and there was a washing machine in the bathroom. Przeczytaj więcej

This place was great for my husband and I, as well as my parents to stay in a nice place with a kitchen, and be able to stay together for a decent price. The only problem is that as tourists - we did not have a cell phone, or know how to use the pay phones to make local calls, so calling a number was very difficult. Luckily, a friendly neighbour saw […] us waiting and called the number for us! :D Other than that minor detail, I would reccommend this place for a group of people who want to save some money! Maybe you can tell by the name, but this is someone's apartment that they decided to rent out as a 'hotel'. Thus, you arrive in front of a building with no sign whatsoever that you are at the right place. We arrived at night, which I would not recommend anyone of doing. There is a tiny sheet of paper with a phone number on a wall next to the gate. When […] you call the number (assuming you have a cell phone, which we didn't), the friendly owner/manager will drive to the apartment and give you the key. We went to the neighboring middle eastern restaurant (great pizza! and friendly staff) to call. The apartment is modern and nice equipped with IKEA furniture. There is a kitchen, living room with two single beds and a 'loft' with a double bed. The loft is really a metal floor that they built into the room for extra space. They have air-conditioning and a small TV as well. The fridge is staffed with minimal provisions for one breakfast. If you stay more than one night you can go shopping to the supermarkets that they will provide you a list of. We used our GPS, which found the nearest one. Otherwise you may need a map or speak italian to find it. Parking on the street is safe and plenty in the evening. There seem to be a lot of schools around, so finding a close parking spot can be difficult during the mornings and early afternoons. The metro stop (Lancetti) is right in front of the building and is two stops from Porta Venezia station, where you can get a metro to the town center. Right around the Lancetti metro station, there are a number of people lingering around, which can make you feel unsafe. I recommend to take the tunnel to cross the street. On the side where the hotel is, the residents are very friendly and no one is loitering. Overall, I recommend the apartment, but be mindful that it comes with no service whosoever. Przeczytaj więcej

A lot of traffic noise at night and all of the windows had non transparent glass. It was therefore not possible to see out from the apartment. We would not have liked to stay any longer than the two nights we had planned.

위치는 lancetti 역에 가까이 있고 tram 2호선이 있어서 밀라노 중앙부까지 편안하게 접근이 가능합니다. 부억시설이 완비되어 있고 주변 10분 거리에 대규모 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 음식준비도 어렵지 않읍니다. 대부분 유럽에서 식비가 비싼 점을 감안하면 한국음식도 할 수 있고 간단한 이태리 요리도 할 수 있기 때문에 경비를 많이 절약할 수 있읍니다. 말펜사 공항에서도 일인당 7유로로 호텔까지 갈 수 있어서 매우 편합니다.

Really a nice place to stay with kitchen and plenty of space. Very close to train station.

Consigliato per la pulizia,la zona ben servita a livello di mezzi, la vicinanza a punti vendita e ristoranti, la comodità dell'essere indipendenti e di ricreare un'atmosfera di relax quasi casalingo mentre si soggiorna a Milano. studio très fonctionnel, bien aménagé et propre. par contre, notre appartement était côté rue et ce ne sont pas des doubles vtirages...

Cette résidence est en fait un immeuble dans lequel plusieurs appartements sont réservés à la location touristique. Il n'y a pas de personnel d'accueil et il faut appeler par téléphone (vaut mieux avoir son portable) la personne en charge de l'attribution des appartements. Les appartements sont très propres et bien équipés, avec cuisine. Tout est fourni […] pour un petit déjeuner à préparer soit même. Le gros problème est que les appartements sont très mal insonorisés et dans une rue bruyante. Bien que très bien situé par rapport au centre ville, l'immeuble est juste en face d'un arrêt de bus et le tramway passe de l'autre coté de la rue. Hotellen var fint, veldig ren. Fint for familie med små barn. hyggelig personal. noe støy fra traffiken, men meget sentral. buss nr 92 stopper rett utenfor hotel. den går til Milano tog stasjon på 10 min. vi var fornøyde med oppholden. kan anbefalle spesielt med fam/ med små barn.

die online buchung verlief problemlos, man bekommt auch gleich ne bestätigungs sms / mail. Das life check-in war sehr herzlich! Check in ab 15 Uhr, wir waren aber schon um 13 uhr da und konnten auch früher rein. wir hatten das app. für 4 personen gebucht, für 2 Nächte. Es ist sehr hell, 2 stöckig, groß. schönes Bad mit dusche und wc und bide.schöne […] einbauküche mit allem was man so braucht zum kochen. Klima. kann man sich selbst einstellen. die lage ist eigentlich gut, es sind nur 3 bahn- stationen von der einkaufsstrasse via buenos aires. die umgebung ist nicht so gut, die strassen sind verschmutzt, ist aber ne sichere gegend. im großen und ganzen ist die City Residence Milano auf jedenfall empfehlenswert!!!
