"The Sleep Inn in Chattanooga is ok"
When we checked in, we asked for a luggage cart & we were told there was only one cart. It was being used by another guest. We put the Do Not Distrub sign on the door and when we went out the next AM, someone came in and change one wash cloth & emptied the trash. We were told that everyone on the houskeeping staff was talked to and no one would not […] come into our room again. The place was quiet, clean, but "no frills". Good area, lots of shopping and restaurants. Rooms are small, but comfortable. The front desk clerk was not helpful and rude.

I stay here regularly because it is clean, safe, convenient and a terrific value!
Clean, small room but comfortable, friendly staff. We were visiting our grandson at UTC and stayed one night., were very satisfied and was worth the price. No complaints.

After searching all options on website and reading reviews we chose the Sleep Inn. A strong value, great location on the east side of Chattanooga by Hamilton Place, and very important.....CLEAN. Too many times have we hit hotels while travelling and suffered. Not at this Sleep Inn. We will definately use them again!!

My room was very clean and quite. Was easy to get in and out of to get around. Never saw any of the staff except the front desk, they were all polite. Breakfast could be a little better, more to choose from. I did leave my personal pillow, called and it took they a day to find it, Hotel did not mail it to me told me it would cost $25.00 to mail, Luckly […] my daughter was able to mail it back for the cost of $12.00. "Wrong room????"
When I arrived, my check-in was quick....then I went to my room...and found it a mess. Obviously it had not been cleaned that day. The desk clerk gave me another room very quickly, but commented that it was not the first uncleaned room his shift. My new room was hot...the air was off. "good location horrible pillows"
the location of the hotel was really good plenty of eats and shopping very near by the room was good the bathroom was good all clean the pillows were too soft u got plenty of them 4 per bed but they were entirely too soft i would stay again just bring my own pillows this time

My family and i stay was wonderful at the Sleep Inn. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Its a very clean environment throughout. I will most definitely be using the Sleep Inn again on my next visit.

Enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants. The breakfast was minimal--boiled eggs only, no meat. Coffee was very good. The only maintenance issue I had was the room I had on the third floor had water stains on the ceiling. The rest of the room was okay.

No hassels, fair price for location,within walking distance to restaurants, will stay there again when I'm in Chattanooga. Did not raise rates because of area event like hotels in Crossville Thanks

Enjoyed my night at the Sleep Inn. Very quiet and relaxing. Bed was comfortable. There was a stain on the wall as though a bottle had been broken and the hallway smelled like mouthwash, but other than that, it was fine. Convenient location within walking distance to Cracker Barrel, Applebees, O'Charleys, and other good restaurants.

Room w/queen bed was perfect for my overnight stay. Stand up shower was nice, but bathroom was very small as well as sink & counter. The room was clean, but the air conditioning was turned off and the room was very warm. We made the reservation as an overnight stop on our way to Florida, just want to check in and sleep but it took about an hour to get the room cool enough to sleep. The room was nice for the one day 1, but the bathroom is really small and hallway smell like smoke even though I was on a none smoking floor.
"Great for the price"
At our price range, all the other options looks sketchy at best. The Sleep Inn was clean and comfortable, which is more than I had hoped for. It's not the Ritz, but for the price, it's awesome.

Staff was very friendly and polite upon checkin and there were no problems finding my reservations. The room was freshly updated and very clean. We didn't take advantage of the continental breakfast so I cannot comment on their breakfast. Check out was speedy. I would definately stay here again!

"Sleep Inn Hamilton Place"
No pool...know that up front. Although it is a non-smoking hotel, the smell of smoke is deep in the carpets and walls...you can definitely smell it. Room was okay...no bathtub, only a shower....but a pretty big shower. Very hot water which was great. Door leading to the lobby locked late night which was a good security feature. we enjoyed our stay at sleep inn in Chattanooga. we were in walking distance to everthing we needed. We recommeded this hotel to other people we know. the enviorment was really nice.

"Do Not Disturb MEANS Do Not Disturb"
The hotel, for the money, was fine. Both nights, I put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. Each morning (8:00am & 8:15am), I heard the employees yelling at each other regarding which rooms needed cleaning. They ACTUALLY woke me up, they were so loud. Someone needs to give them a dictionary.

This is a clean, well kept hotel with a great price. I wish they had a microwave in the room but everything else is great. Their rooms are pretty compact with plenty of space for you and your things. they look updated and very modern. You can occasionally hear the people walking around in the room above you (I have on a couple of my stays there) but […] overall it is pretty quiet. The hotel is squeezed between a few other hotels, Cracker Barrel is conviently across the street, The first thing you notice when you walk into the place is the security Night window, with a piece of paper that says do not block window. Check in was convient and easy, the elevator had a security camera that you would find in a housing project. The […] non smoking room smelled of old smoke the same with the towels. The commode and shower area is small and the cleaning staff could have payed more attention to the shower door (mold). Complimentry breakfast fast lacking, Coffee, OJ, cereal, boiled eggs, and mini donuts, just didnt cut it. Thanks for Cracker Barrel. The hotel is convient to the highway, and for a one night stay and a cheap rate its ok. But to stay for a few days I would stay at one of the other Hotels in the area. Good room for the money.Convenient to freeway, about 15 min drive to Chattanooga attractions. Attitude of some of the employees needs to be "upgraded". No refrigerator or microwave in room. Breakfast area was not kept tidy or well stocked during breakfast hours.

"Great room for the money"
me and my friends stayed in Chattanooga for a weekend getaway. The hotel was in a great area. right down the street from the mall and other major areas of Chattanooga. The room itself was very nice. It was clean and had enough room for the four of us. The only compliant was the bathroom. It was clean but the lock didn't work and it wasn't in a secluded […] area. As soon as you walk out you walk right into the first bed. But overall all the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and it had an awesome price. I'm not sure about the breakfast. "Good Location"
This hotel is in a great area surrounded by many other hotels, restaurants, the mall and a Walmart. As stated in other reviews, the room and bathroom is very small, but for a place to sleep for the night it was great for the price.

The price was right and so was the location. Several restaurants are right across the street and Hamilton Place Mall is right down the road. Not too far from downtown area either.

The room did not have the AC running in the room when I arrived, so the room had the sense of stagnant air, this was quickly solved by the window AC unit. I left the air on while out of my unit and came back to a well cooled off room. The room was clean and the bedding was clean. There was no odor of smoke. I was placed in the room furthest from the […] elevator so there was no noise throughout the night.
