Hoi An Hotel - Hoi An

Check in was hassle free. Done promptly and efficiently by courteous staff. Breakfast was nice and good. Hotel is near to town, just a walking idstance away. One thing we wish to high light. TV was not functioning properly. Would consider go bach to stay in this hotel

A good location just a short walk to hoian old town. our deluxe room was large and comfortable with a king size bed, but the room was let down by a rather tired bathroom which could do with a refit. There was occasionally a bit of noise from gardening work and from a couple of parties held in the function room. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the courtesy bus a great idea and on time.

when we arrived the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room we got was facing onto a garden/work area and when we expressed our disappointmennt they had no hesitation in upgrading us and moving us to another room at no extra charge - so 5* for customer service. The new room was comfortable and good size. The bathroom was definitiely […] usable but was slightly tired and could have done with refitting considering the smartness of the rest of the room. Extra pillows that were in the cupboard did not smell as fresh as the ones on the bed but a quick call to housekeeping would get that sorted out. Wi fi connection was good enough to make clear Skype calls. A nice touch wass the provision of umbrellas in the room that you could use meaning you didn't have to buy one (for $2) in town. Breakfast was provided with the room. Pretty standard buffet with fruit, cereals, juices (slightly watered down I think) vietnamese pancakes, bacon, sausages, eggs, breads and pastries. Here's my review based on a recent stay: Hotel - the hotel grounds are large, there's a great pool, and the hotel is well maintained. It's exactly as advertised. Service - Our room was not ready when we arrived, we had to wait on the sofas. After 30 minutes, it was ready. That was the downside. FALSE - the hotel advertises free internet throughout […] (including your room). We could not get internet even in their lobby. Getting internet in the room was impossible that we just gave up. Since we're tach-savvy and rely on the internet, I found it to be FALSE to be advertising free internet when clearly it is weak at best, but more near non-existent. So don't stay here if you base decisions on whether internet is available or not. Had I known this, I would have chose another hotel. Location - the hotel is located a block away from the main street of tailors and shops. So location-wise, it is perfect (quiet street too). Walking distance to the centre, nice spacious rooms, nice pool, excellent breakfast. Some rooms are noisy because of the nearby school and have no view (you can see only a wall).

we stayed at the Hoi An hotel for 4 nights at the end of June. It is located just outside the old quarter which is good, but there was a lot of maintenance going on so it does not have much street appeal. The pool was a god-send in the heat. We chose not to eat at the hotel. The experience was fine until we departed when while waiting for our shuttle […] the staff turned up to say we had drunk 100ml out of a bottle of water in the minibar. This was completely not true as we had not even touched the minibar at all. As we had no time we chose to pay the bill so there was no fuss. 53,000 for a bottle of water that you can buy for 10,000. We stayed at the Hoi An hotel during our multi week trip through Vietnam and it was the only hotel that disappointed us. On arrival the hotel tried to give us the lowest grade room available even though we had pre paid for an upgrade. The room was musty and a third floor walk up. When we showed them the confirmation for a better room they tried to give […] us the same room on a lower floor. After difficulty with the staff the hotel finally gave us a room of the grade we had paid for. We found the staff to be the only unfriendly staff we encountered in Vietnam. We stayed here over a long holiday weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is newly built (it has no elevator - apparently no planning permission from the city???) and the stairs , while wide and marble, are numerous. There are a few kinks that still need to be ironed out - there are still a lot of wires (for lamps. lights etc) sticking out […] of the concrete in the walls. The floors have a black finish on the wood which comes off on your feet and transfers to your shoes. The staff - is for the most part pleasant but they speak very little English and as this is primarily a tour group hotel - things would go better all around if there was a bit more English. spent only a day and a half in hoi and and this is the best bang for your buck! within walking distance of everything, huge, clean room, although it was quite cold and dirzzly when i was there and the windows left a draft even when closed.

We spent 3 nights here before we left to go to a 5 star. Honestly we wished we had all 5 nights here. Our room was just beautiful, a large suite overlooking the pool. The breakfast was the best selection we had experienced in 3 weeks. We felt we were paying for a 5 star experience. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Only a 5 minute walk to the old […] town, so a perfect location. The only down side was the shower, which was great if you were 4ft... Other than that we can not complain. This hotel exceeded expectations for their price point. It was assumed that their price point was somewhat driven by their extremely prime location, but their service, very large rooms, and cleanliness were impressive. To have doorstep access to Ancient Town (and their stretch of beach as they have hourly shuttles to and from their beach resort a couple […] of miles away) was something that we'll always be thankful for. Check rates on this website. They charge full rate if you just turn up. Renovations happening at present. it is also good staying down at the beach, the water is cooler not to mention the sea breeze and great seafood restaraunts

I would stay at this hotel again because of its excellent location( only a few minutes easy walk into town),, excellent large clean pool plus quiet , clean modern, comfortable room. The breakfast had a good choice of fruit and pastries as well as hot dishes. It was extremely good value. Pool service was very good. I travelled as a family group.

Wir hatten zunaechst ein etwas lautes und weniger nettes Zimmer, wurden aber recht schnell in ein schoeneres umgebucht. Das Hotel liegt gut zentral zu den wichtigsten Spots in der Stadt und hat einen netten Pool. Das Fruestuecksbuffet war eines der besten auf unserer Reise in Vietnam

フロントのスタッフは日本人だと日本語で対応しようとホスピタリティーは有りますが、上手でない日本語で対応され時間ばかり掛かり申し訳ないけれど途中で英語にしてほしいと申し出ました。日本人だと英語や他の言語は苦手と言う潜入感が有るのでしょうか。部屋のお湯が殆ど出なくなり電話すると、結局そのウィングの部屋はバスタブ上部に温水器が設置されており３０リットル分が無くなると又新たな水の補給とその沸騰に夫々２０分から３０分掛かると分かり出来たら部屋を変えて欲しいと申し出ました。 その際もフロントのスタッフからの電話で英語は理解できるかと尋ねられました。私自身はそう思いますがと答えておきました。又部屋交換にはエクストラチャージが必要とも言われ連れと相談後明朝返事すると答え一旦切りました。直ぐに意見がまとまり変 […] 更依頼の電話をしたのですが次の朝内容は交代したスタッフに連絡されておらず、眼の前で日誌を読まれ（朝確認の電話有りとのメモがそのまま残っていた）又時間が掛かりました。移った部屋はお湯も全館配管されている館でしたがやはりぬるめでした。同じランクの部屋だった為チャージは発生しませんでしたが、熱いお湯を使いたかったらチェックインの折り確認が必要でしょう。全体としては食事も美味しかったし、まあまあだと思います。 Przeczytaj więcej
