Hotel Lumen Paris Louvre - Paryż

Spent four enjoyable nights at the Hotel Lumen. The location is perfect, walking distance from all major tourist sites. The staff is fabulous: helpful and friendly. Dining was a delight, although a bit pricey. The area has many other places to eat, or enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. We highly recommend it to anyone wishing to enjoy Paris upclose.

Small rooms, but comfortable and plush. Very convenient location.. 5 minute walk to the front door of the Louvre

Very well-placed location for Louvre, metro etc. Could be excellent - they have nice touches like free half-bottle of wine in the room, bottles of water handed out on departure. The only problem is their maintenance. It must have been re-furbed recently but not very well so paint peeling in bathroom, taps wobbly, TV not working. I remember choosing Hotel Lumen because it was very close to the Louvre, but when my dad and I got there we realized it was at walking distance to many different places like the Opera House, Tuileries Garden, Champs-Élysées, restaurants and Paris Metro (there are 2 stations really close). The room may have been a little bit small but it was comfortable […] plus, it has a balcony and you can go outside to watch the view. The bathroom is also very comfy. The staff was so friendly and helpful; they were there whether for giving us directions or arranging for travel and making dinner reservations for us (every restaurant they recommended was really good). The breakfast was delicious, from croissants and mini baguettes to smoked salmon, prosciutto and Brie cheese (and this was just the beginning). Food at “Oscar” the hotel restaurant was really great. Plus, we got a complimentary half bottle of wine when we arrived to our room. The only problem we had was with the Internet connection, which got solved 2 days after we arrived. We spent a week at Hotel Lumen and I have to say that we had a great time. My dad and I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends. Przeczytaj więcej

overall this is a very nice hotel for the price and location. (i chose it because it is so close to the louvre.) it is also very convenient to the metro. the lobby and room were very nice. only one detail to point out- i booked a room for myself with one bed. my brother decided to come with me at the last minute and figured he would sleep on the floor […] instead of upgrading the room to two beds. the only slight problem was that the bathroom has two glass walls and one not so solid curtain. if i had been staying by myself it would not have even been an issue, but just a heads up to anyone traveling with anyone who might need normal bathroom privacy. This was my wife's first trip to Paris and this boutique style hotel was a great intro to the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful whether it was with directions or arranging for travel and making dinner reservations. An easy walk to the Louvre and a Metro stop at the end of the street.

It's great when a four star hotel goes beyond the service level you expect. The location was convenient, located a short walk from the metro, and the staff was top notch. Everything about this place, from the friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness of the room and quality of the bed, took that extra weight of travelling off of our shoulders and […] made us relax a little bit more. Hotel and room are tiny. Weird lighting in the hallway makes it difficult to see your room. Elevator was broken. Concierge service was the only nice thing. I strongly discourage selection of this hotel.

Nice hotel - though it was costly - Of course it was very, very, very small room - but what I expected for Europe. Its close by, so I was able to walk to the love

Hotel was nice. AC in room did not work made for a very hot night. Breakfast was good. Location was great. But the fact that we couldn't sleep in the heat ruined the whole experience. Plus the shower would not drain.

Whe had an enjoyable stay at the lumen hotel. Cleanlynes,facilities, and service where excelent, The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, very comfortable bed and good substansial breakfast. Overal very satisfied and would recommend hotel to visiting Paris and wanting to stay close to the action.

Perfect contemporary boutique hotel a few short blocks to the Louvre. The Regina is tad bit closer to the Louvre but my husband and I prefer the modern design. Everything at the Lumen was better than expected. The location is incredible. We took a cab once for a dinner reservation. Other than that we walked everywhere. The staff was warm and friendly and I felt that every attempt was made to make my stay perfect. Now, the only thing that annoyed me was that I had no TV service and the Clerk (Women) who registered […] me attempted to comp me with something that can't be compted free movies, the TV service was not working. Now, how is this logical??? I feel that I should have been compt, for no TV, not with a free movie that I could not see but with breakfast or something other than free movies. My girlfriend and I were in Paris for 5 days. She's an experienced traveller but this was my first time across the Atlantic. We found the Hotel Lumen to be a quaint little boutique hotel that was in a perfect location. The hotel is nice and clean. We chose the hotel because it was in the heart of where we were going to spend our time. We were able to walk to all the big attractions, as well as to many great little eateries and shops. nothing wrong with this hotel but nothing amazing either,3 out of 5. being a 4star maybe we expected a bit too much. despite being told in advance my partner has an allergy to feathers, the 4 pillows, duvet and mattress cover were all feather and finally after 2-3 hours of waiting it got sorted. however they had no nylon pillows so we had to use 2 […] cushions for the duration of our stay ! room was small and compact which we expected but with high ceilings so you didnt notice so much. complimentary bottle of wine on arrival which was a nice touch. friendly staff who spoke english. for some reason their bar/restaurant closed at 7pm (???) but price-wise it was on a par with all the local places (ie they were all expensive!) 10.00 euro for 2 coffees etc. what youre really paying for is the location, right in the heart of things and just a stones throw from the louvre. would recommend but dont expect too much Przeczytaj więcej

L'hôtel est très agréable et à proximité du de monuments et de grands magasins. La chambre était très confortable et bien équipée cependant un peu petite (petit inconvénient la salle de douche est séparée de la chambre juste par parois vitrées). Le personnel était très accueillant et professionnel.

Vi valgte hotellet ut i fra beliggenhet, og det angret vi ikke på. Gang avstand til Louvre og andre severdiheter. Servicen var helt topp og det samme var maten. Rommet var kanskje litt i det minste laget, men var pent og rent. Det eneste minuset var litt støy fra trafikken utenfor i morgenrushen. Für unseren Aufenthalt von 3 Tagen war die Lage mit der Nähe zu 2 Metrostationen, allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten einfach perfekt. Das […] Deluxe-Zimmer hatte (wie wohl alle Zimmer) eine hohe Decke, war sehr geräumig, komfortabel und hell (Eckzimmer mit drei grossen Fenstern). Die kleine Rotwein-Flasche auf dem Zimmer war ein nettes Begrüssungsgeschenk. Das Bad war stilvoll und sauber, doch die Beleuchtung vor dem Spiegel war etwas schlecht und es fehlte an Abstellplatz etc. In der Umgebung gibt es viele (japanische) Restaurants und Bistros. wifi の電波が、泊まった部屋まであまり届かなくてこまったが、シャンプーや石鹸がエルメスの上、ウェルカムワイン、ベッドに添えられたGODIVAのチョコなど、高級感を味わえた。

Esperaba mas de la infraestructura, crei que estaba mejor cuidado. Los ascensores viejos y con la pintura gastada. El resto es de 4 estrellas pero al subir al ascensor pareciera uno de 3 o menos estrellas. El personal muy amable, saben ingles, son simpaticos, con una sonrisa y buena disposicion. La habitacion es pequena pero encantadora, con una linda […] vista, me pusieron en un piso alto y vista a Les Piramyds como habia solicitado. En el hall falta mas decoracion pomposa para darle ese toque de 4 estrellas. Lo negativo, pero que no me hizo enojar, sino mas bien "entender que errar es humano": la cama estaba con sabanas limpias, lavadas, con olor a recien lavadas pero habia un pelo en ellas. Claramentre debe haber sido un pelo de quien hizo la cama(quiero creer eso) y no un vello pubico de otro huesped. Y loi segundo negativo: una noche vi que el conserje estaba en el comedor mirando por las esquinas y buscando algo...el cuando me vio fue al lobby y en ese intertanto pude ver una pequena laucha o raton metiendose por las rendijas de los muebles del meson del comedor. Se lo dije a el y este me respondio sin sonrojarse "bueno, asi es Paris, hay muchos ratones" pero con su mejor sonrisa. 2011年8月3日から6日まで宿泊した際の情報です。 とにかくアクセスがよい。 ルーブル美術館とオペラ座の間にあるホテル（ルーブル寄り）。マイバス社は目前、ミュウの集合場所も徒歩10-15分程でツアーにも参加しやすい。地下鉄ピラミッド駅からも近い。道も２車線＋両方に歩道があり（車は一方通行）夜中もちょこちょこ人通りがある。とはいえ一人歩きはもちろん控えた方がよい。ピラミッド駅の近くに夜10時までやっているスーパーがあり、食料品からお土産まで揃って便利。 ルーブル美術館までの間にマックやスタバ、札幌ラーメンがあり、食べなれたものが恋しくなったときに便利。 次に設備について。 部屋も一流ホテルには劣りますが、満足できるレベルでした。カードキー式。水回りも比較的新しくきれいでした。シャワーの蛇口に […] 癖がありました。右に回すと湯船、左に回すと天井設置のシャワー、更に左に回すとハンドシャワーが出ます（左右は逆かも）。お湯の熱さや量も特に問題なかったです。ドライヤーも普通の風量でました。アメニティはエルメスでした。歯ブラシはなかったです。毎日ベッドメイク後ゴディバのチョコが付きます。冷房も普通に機能します。不満を言えば最終日ティッシュが切れていた、滞在中バスローブ・スリッパが１人分しかなかった、机が小さい点です。一番不便だったのは、エレベーターが遅くてよく待たされました。廊下は独特のにおいがします。 ホテルの方はベルボーイまで英語が喋れます。対応もよかったです。 またパリに行くことがあれば、ここを使いたいです。 Przeczytaj więcej

Vi bodde på et superior rom, der det var bra med plass og balkong mot gaten. Trafikken var ikke sjenerende siden vi bodde i femte etasje. Teppene på rommet bør byttes snart, men til tross for det så var rommet velidg fint. Dusjen var stor, men desverre var det litt lite lys på badet, kan bli et problem for damer som skal sminke seg;) Ingen room service […] på søndager noe som er litt rart siden det er relativt få resturanter som er åpne da. Tre giorni senza ascensore, camere alle 18 non ancora pronte, bagni nei quali non hai neanche lo spazio per appoggiare il beautycase. Camere comunque piccole e mal manutenute. Il wifi in camera funziona solo se stai dieetro la porta di ingresso. Week-end rovinato.....

今回、パリ一人旅で訪れたため、どこへ行くにも便利な場所で且つ料金もお手ごろ、そして何よりも、安全安心であることがホテル選びのポイントでした。実際に3泊しましたが、予想以上の居心地でした。ホテルのスタッフの方も親切でフレンドリーでしたし、ホテルも綺麗でした。また、お掃除ごとにメッセージとGODIVAのチョコレートが置かれていたことはさらにポイントUPでした。唯一、言うのであれば朝食が毎日同じ内容であったため、少し変化が欲しかったです。けれど、全てにおいて満足することができました。女性一人旅にお勧めです。

Excelente hotel. O quarto superior é maravilhoso e se paga muito pouco mais por ele, vale a pena. O hotel é do lado do centro de informações turísticas e a 100m do metro. O louvre fica a 2 quadras. A localização é excelente e o preço acessivel. A recepção é atenciosa e o café da manhã ótimo. Recomendado.

Accueil et chambre très agréable. L'hotel est très bien situé dans Paris

Hotellets personale er meget venlige og hjælpsomme.Værelserne (Lumen) er hyggelige og godt indrettet, vores værelse var med franske altaner. Badeværelset manglede dog hyldeplads.Morgenmaden i den hyggelige restaurant var i top, og også her var personalet meget venlige.

Hotel très propre, jolie déco, personnel sympa. Chambre petite. Les couloirs de l'hotel sont très étroits et très sombres. La salle de bain est jolie mais il n'y a rien pour poser les affaires de toilettes, pas même pour poser le savon! Rideau de baignoire, pas très agréable. C'est un bon 3 étoiles, mais certainement pas un 4 étoiles.

Anbefales på det sterkeste. Ligger mellom Operan og Louvre. Gangavstand til "alle" severdigheter i Paris.
