Hotels.com showed pet friendly but hotel wasn't. This put the hotel and us in a bad spot.

Needed a nice getaway with my man. Was charged and the hotel cant tell me why I was charged after we left. Not real good on communicating with in staff.

My accommodation at this hotel was great...Very clean and comfortable, friendly, courteous and helpful staff. My only problem was how to access this hotel from Center Street. It's visible, but how to get in and out is a bit confusing. My map instructions were to turn at 177th street, but that is not a through street to the hotel.

The was the first time we stayed at the Hampton Inn, but it will not be the last. We were in town for the Holidays, and picked the Hampton Inn for the location and the price. What really stood out was how clean the hotel was and how friendly the staff was to us. The breakfast was excellent, and the were good choice each day we stayed. This is the second time we have stayed here. Other then the rooms being maybe a little small, its a fantastic place!! Very clean, great morning breakfast. Micro and fridge. Pool is very nice. We have family here and will be returning often. I highly reccomend it.

On 12-24-12, I encountered an issue with my car; I was locked out. The front desk clerk was very helpful in securing the services of a lock and key service. She went well above what I would have expected.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was super cozy and comfortable, and I really enjoyed their workout room, it had everything you could possibly need while being away and wanting to get some exercise in! I'd recommend it to others.

What you would expect from a Hampton Inn. The A/C unit was unbelievably loud. It also would get stuck on once in a while and would get the room down to sub zero temps. The morning breakfast was nice. Didnt do too good a job keeping things tidy.

Nice place had a nice quiet pool and a great full service breakfast. Great choice if you want to stay on the West end of Omaha. It still has good accessbility to West Dodge to get downtown.

After being in lots of hotels over this vacation this room was average. I thought the beds were comfortable with good bedding. The rooms were a little smaller than some and not brand new.

This is a nearly new facility with all the benefits you expect from Hampton Inn. It is in a nice neighborhood in west Omaha with a nearby walking trail and many options for dining.

Hotel was fine. Breakfast was good. Our only complaint was adults and young children running in halls, slamming doors and talking loudly until 11:30 p.m.

Stayed here Thursday through Sunday for Easter. My husband is a paraplegic, traveling with a service dog, so we were in a king, accessible room, and my elderly parents were conveniently placed in another room just a couple of doors away and across the hall. The Hampton Inn staff could not have been more accommodating. They were truly courteous and thoughtful […] and thorough, really making every effort to see that we were comfortable and took full advantage of every amenity they had to offer. Breakfast ran until 10 in the morning, and featured not just cereal and fruit, but omelets, bagel toppers, biscuits and gravy, French toast sticks, hot oatmeal with granola, slivered almonds, and other toppings, two different brands of yogurt, and sliced fresh fruit. There were multiple blends of fresh, hot coffee (with caffeine and without) and teas, other instant beverages and juices and milk. Coffee/tea/etc. and fresh fruit were available 24-7. Copies of USA Today were complimentary. A small shop was available to purchase food and other items, also 24-7. Our room was extremely comfortable: flat-screen TV with plenty of channels, microwave, small refrigerator, lap desk, great bed with lots of pillows and fluffy, snow-white bedding. Wi-Fi was free (the code was printed on the room key envelope, and pointed out by the desk clerk so we didn't have to call to get it). There were lots of outlets and plenty of storage in the room. Just be aware that they asked for a credit/debit card for incidentals when I checked in. Other motels that I have stayed at did not charge you if you didn't use incidentals, such as watching movies or making long distance calls. Hampton in charged me $15.00 and $35.00 for incidentals and when I called them about this - I was told that if I didn't use […] any incidentals that they would credit my account back the $60.00, but it would take 3 days. very nice & very comfortable. stayed on a busy weekend so breakfast was very busy, but they kept everything refilled and opened the conference room for additional seating. was pleased to find micro & mini fridge in the room also.

Short stay, very friendly staff. I only stayed for 1 night because of the convienent location for a quick trip. Staff was great. Took my family, and requested a roll away with no problems. Will stay again!

This is a GREAT hotel - our only 'complaint' was the breakfast buffet. We got there 30 minutes before it was supposed to close - and there was very little food left (hot food). It was never re-stocked. Otherwise, clean and comfy place!

This hotel is nice and clean. My family has stayed there several times. We no longer shop around. This is the only hotel we will stay in. Extra big breakfast and sack breakfast offered at no additional cost. You wont be disappointed.
