Great place to stay. Placed in quite district but also very close to most important place to visit. Good equipment, clean. Elevator is very helpful if you have heavy luggage. In near neighbourhood car parking.

The hotel is very well located for tourists - only few steps 3minutes walk from main pedestrian zone and a street full of great restaurants. 10 minutes walk from the river and right next to the castle. only one minute from metro if you are going to need it at all. Great view from top floor windows. Very helpful stuff. While walking around Lisbon I haven't seen any other hotel with such a good location.

"Mediocre at best"
Staff was rude, and not terribly helpful. Room was clean but bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Hotel was not in the same league as the one we had stayed at the previous night in Oporto, despite being in the same price and rating range.
Our stay at this hotel was nice. It was close to bus and train. A big shopping centre nearby and lots of restuarants and shopping too. It was convinient.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, staff were friendly and the rooms were modern and clean. It is situated right near the bull ring Campo Pequeno as well as the Campo Pequena station so transport was not a problem. The buffet breakfast was very decent even offering eggs & bacon

Very nice and convenient hotel, although a bit far from city centre. On the other hand only 10 minutes drive from the airport and with good metro connection to the old town. "The Turim Iberia in Lisbon"
We had a cozy and comfortable stay. Well equipped bathroom, good room service, changed the towels and cleaned the room regularly. The hotel may seem a bit far for some, but there's the metro stop and several bus stations just a minute's walk away at Campo Pequano, which brought us to the Baixa in around 10 minutes. Many good traditional eateries nearby […] where you can enjoy traditional meals. Excellent service from the staff, who were always polite and courteous, and went beyond the call of duty after we left. I forgot my spectacles in the room, they found it, and after promptly informing me by email and phone, carefully packaged it and sent it to me by post! Customer service par excellence. "Excellent hotel"
Room was very modern, clean and quiet with extremely comfy bed. Breakfast tasty. Although not located in the city center, it is around 15-20min trip by bus to get there (3min walk to the metro and bus stops). Reception could use better English.

The hotel was a short taxi ride from the airport and fairly well located regarding restaurants and other forms of transportation. The room was clean, seemed like they didn't change the sheets so that wasn't very pleasant. Bathroom did have a converted unit for 110V but there was no other adaptor in sight. Bar people were very friendly and helpful, breakfast […] was good (and included), and food was decent as well. "Espacio reducido pero de buen nivel"
Las habitaciones son muy estrechas (no tienes donde apoyar una valija). El equipamiento y su estado son muy buenos. Buen desayuno. La ubicacion requiere parking pago (en Campo Pequeno 9/EUR x día) pero tiene muchas facilidades de transporte publico. Yderst tilfreds med hotellet. Lækkert morgenmad, Hotellet er i pæn stand med moderne interiør. Fin rengøring. Tæt på Metro

El hotel en general esta muy bien. pero se oyen demasiado los ruidos de los vecinos y del pasillo. Además la ducha es malísima... Pero la relación calida-precio es estupenda y esta muy bien situado!

Vi bestilte romantisk rom (litt dyrere), fikk et kott hvor romantiken besto av 1 ltr vann og 3 gamle kaker. Skulle fikse safen, men kom aldri. Dette førte til at vi hadde verdisaker med oss, som senere ble stjålet. Hotellet hadde meget bra frokost, men for liten frokostsal, måtte sitte oppå hverandre.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e novo, o atendimento é perfeito, não há do que se reclamar. A localização é boa mas nas proximidades não existem bares e restaurantes em grande quantidade, por se tratar de uma área mais comercial. "Neu aber nichts wert"
Das Hotel ist relativ jung aber die Klimaanlage scheint nur in der Hotellobby zu funktionieren. Auch nach einem Zimmerwechsel (von der 7. in 6. Etage) hat die Klimaanlage nur heiße Luft zugeführt. Das Fenster zur Straße ließ sich zwar öffnen, da es sich um eine vierspurige Durchgangsstraße handelt, war der Straßenlärm beeindruckend. An Schlaf war somit […] aufgrund der hohen Temperatur alternativ des Lärms nicht zu denken. Die Zimmer sind - verglichen mit anderen Hotels dieser Kategorie in Lissabon - sehr klein. Das Doppelbett war ebenfalls sehr knapp ausgelegt, so dass 1,8 Meter Länge unterzubringen schon Probleme bereitete. Im Bad ließ sich der Abfluss des Spülbeckens nicht mehr öffnen, da hier der Einbau des "Hebers" vergessen worden war. Die Ablageflächen im Bad waren zu knapp bemessen, so dass die Kulturbeutel nicht ausgepackt werden konnten. Vor der Nutzung des Zimmertresors musste das Servicepersonal den Tresor vor Ort freischalten. Das Frühstück ist ja in Lissabon nicht berühmt, hier aber wird versucht die Begriffe Langeweile und Lieblosigkeit neu zu definieren. An vier Tagen aufeinander immer das gleich Programm. Keinerlei Dekoration und was auch geht, kommt aus der Dose. Das Personal ist immer höflich aber es kommt nicht von Herzen, da hat man auch schon mehr erlebt. Die Umgebung ist geprägt von Büros, so dass man Abends in der direkten Umgebung des Hotels nicht "mal eben" ein Bier trinken gehen kann. Dafür ist man allerdings sehr schnell und günstig mit dem Taxi in der City. Bei Nutzung der U-Bahn muss man einmal umsteigen. Positiv ist zu bemerken, dass das W-Lan (WiFi) einwandfrei mit guter Leistung funktioniert hat. Przeczytaj więcej

hotel situé assez loin du centre ville. 20 miinutes en metro mais proche d'un centre commercial et salle de spectacle. charmant petit hotel propre, chambre impécable mais de petite surface. très bel hotel pour un 3 * mais insuffisant pour un 4 *.

Vi bodde 4 nätter på Turim Iberia och det började med en stor besvikelse. Checkade in ca. 19,30 och fick ett rum på 9:e våningen. När vi kommer till rummet var det ej bäddat ej heller handdukar. Vi klagade och fick ett rum på 4:e våningen mot bakgården där en hund skällde från morgon till sen kväll. En eftermiddag när vi kom hem och skulle duscha fans […] det ej några handdukar, vi klagade och blev lovade handdukar omgående, det kom inga, ny kontakt då blir vi informerade att handdukarn anländer ca. 20,00 från tvätteriet. Att klassa hotellet som 4-stjärnigt är för oss obegripligt det fanns inte ens tillgång till hjälp med bagaget. Frukosten var dock helt ok. N o A Przeczytaj więcej

Für einen Stadtaufenthalt in Lissabon genau das richtige: Günstig, ruhig, gutes Frühstück und nah an der U-Bahn, nicht mitten im Zentrum aber doch schnell überall.

"WLAN not working properly"
The hotel was in principle ok, offers all the amenities of a four star hotel and is very centrally located. However, I have to remark that the free WLAN (which was one of the reasons I chose the hotel) did not work properly (only from time to time). The staff of the hotel did not show much enthusiasm in dealing with the problem and reluctantly granted […] me 30 free minutes in their business center (two computers, one attached to a printer and not working - bad luck, since I wanted print my boarding pass).
