Bałam się, że za tę cenę nie mogę spodziewać się niczego rewelacyjnego, ale pomyliłam się - hotel urokliwy, czyste, dobrze wyposażone pokoje, obsługa - przefantastycznie miła, godna zaufania. Hotel Giardino jest położony w samym centrum Prato, przy ryneczku. Polecam to miejsce z czystym sumieniem.

Malutki hotelik na 3 piętrze (winda) w samym centrum Florencji. Pokój dość duży i bardzo czysty. Całkiem dobre śniadania. Wszystko czego potrzeba

very nice service, great breakfasts, localization not in the direct centre but you need just 15-20 minutes walk to get to the centre. Rooms were clean but too extravagant and small for us (it is not enough place to feel comfortable there with you lugggage). Also, you have to pay for the wifi connection (and you don't have the it all over your room, it's too weak). It's a pity cause it's 4 stars hotel. Nevertheless it's a place worth recommendation.

Hotel potencjalnie 4-gwiazdkowy. Parking (podziemny), śniadanie i internet w cenie. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i miła. Jedyny mankament to pokoje i łazienki lekko "niedosprzątane" - pajęczyny i pozostalości śmieci w zakamarkach. Ogólnie jednak polecam.
Za dodatkową osobę może być wymagana dopłata, której wysokość zależy od obiektu.
Przy zameldowaniu wymaga się przedstawienia ważnego, oficjalnego dowodu tożsamości z fotografią oraz wpłacenia kaucji kartą kredytową lub w gotówce na wypadek nieprzewidzianych kosztów.

This apartment was surprisingly big and beautiful. There was 4 of us staying and there was plenty of room. It was not the cleanest but it wasn't too bad. The beds were very uncomfortable, however, and the shower drain clogged. It had a nice feel though and was very close to the city center. If you are staying here, DO NOT go to the address that is given […] by hotels.com. You have to call before hand or when you arrive in Florence to arrange a meeting with the owner. Wij hebben een goed verblijf gehad in Florence appartments. Redelijk grote appartement voor 2 personen. Ligging lag wel wat uit het centrum. Het is wel verstandig om idd voor vertrek ze te bellen over het krijgen van de sleutels en het exacte adres.Het betreft namelijk los apartement verhuur. Dus er is geen sprake van een receptie. Sleutels werden door […] iemand langs gebracht. Ons werd ook een kopie van legitimatie gevraagd maar is nooit door medewerker opgehaald. But this is not a hotel but an apartment, so there is no reception, and you won;t have the address till the arrival day, and you have to make a call the day before arrival, then they will have someone to wait, and ask to pay Euro15 as tips, if you will arrive after 18:00, they didn't mention this point in advance. appartement lumineux, moderne et très bien situé en plein centre ville. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, séjour à refaire et très agréable.

El apartamento está situado en el centro histórico de Florencia, pero... El aire acondicionado era una maquina transportable o pingüino, que era incapaz de refrigerar ni la habitación, ni el comefor, por lo que habia que mantener las ventanas abiertas y por desgracia hay una discoteca justo en frente, que cierra alas 3:00 AM pero el bullicio en la calle […] se prolonaga hasta casi las 5:00. A las 7:30 empiezan a pasar los camiones de limpieza y de basura... o sea que si se quire descansar, mejor irse a dormir al parque más próximo. Que sea un tercer piso sin ascensor, pase, que las escaleras sean muy estrechas porque la finca es antigua, pase, pero que el somier de la cama se desmontara cada noche y acabara el colchón en el suelo, y que cada vez que lo montaras, a los 10 minutos volvieras a las andadas hasta que conseguí que lo atornillaran al tercer día.... que la campana del extractor de humos de la cocina no tubiera otra salida, que directamente al armario...que te aseguren que tiene aire acondicionado y que el equipo sea lo más parecido a un abanico.... Vamos, que me fastidiaron la semana en Florencia, muchas gracias. P.D. me comuniqué con la empresa alquiladora para expresarles las deficiencias del apartamento, por telefono, por email, del que claro está guardo copias y por último me personé en sus "oficinas" de Florencia y lo único que conseguí fue que atornillaran el somier de la cama, todo un logro. Super Sache, wohnen mitten in Florenz. Das Appartment hat uns gefallen. Leider war das Bettsofa nicht mehr ganz, es liess sich aber gut darin schlafen, wenn man sich nicht zu schnell drehte. Der Empfang war sehr nett von Leah. Wir haben auch einige gute Informationen erhalten. Mit Kindern ist eine Wohnung ideal. Wir würden uns wieder für eine Wohnung […] entscheiden. L'appartement est bien situé (15 min à pied du centre de Florence). Joliment décoré, mais immeuble bruyant, mal insonorisé et climatisation obsolète. Le petit déjeuner, de très mauvaise qualité, est à prendre dans un bar situé à 15 min à pied.
