Rocabella Mykonos Art Hotel & SPA - Mikonos

We had booked this hotel from websites only and were totally delighted with our rather guessed at choice! From the moment we were greeted the hotel staff charmed us with their constant graciousness and generosity, offering to help us with other travel, shuttles into town at all hours and their meticulous care of the hotel itself. The hotel is in the […] process of being upgraded in its quality of room finishes so we expect to see many upgrades by our next visit. It is a beautiful little gem of a hotel, with a simple warm and comfortable open design that makes the best of it's amazing views overlooking the water. We were nervous to stay directly in town and wanted a quieter place that was still very close by, this did the trick perfectly. This location was the perfect fit. The staff were the true stars however and are highly committed to making a memorable stay, really special service. thanks god that i reserve this hotel, the view was unbelievable ! just like heaven, the room service and the reception !! what can i say they are sooo kind sooo helpful and soo polite welcoming caring ... there is no question i will coming back:)))

Great service great views. I preferred the fact that it was just outside of the main area. Only a 10 minute drive if that and they were extremely accomodating to get you in town should you need to. Actually preferred it. Clean rooms, neat views, and great design.

This hotel surpasses any expectations. The team go out of their way to deliver great customers service and are very welcoming. The pool is a little small but never crowded. The town is around a 5-10 minute drive away but the hotel organise a free shuttle and this is not a problem.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night on our way to Italy. The location was quite away from Mykonos town but i believe they have a free shuttle that will take you there, on the plus side it is much quieter than a hotel in town! We thoroughly enjoyed the Rocabella Mykonos for the following: 1) a fantastic view to the sea. 2) it's architecture. 3) the quality of it's staff: it is rare to find such dedication & empathy across all hotel staff members. Spyros and his colleagues are to be commended for their welcoming attitude. I couldn't be more pleased with the Rocabella Art Hotel and Spa on Mykonos. The location just out of town was perfect. Away from the madness of Mykonos town and very accessible to the roads south to Ornos. The hotel was chic. Nice rooms, clean and comfortable with a great view . Everything is well maintained and if you have a problem the response is […] immediate. The staff, from the front desk to the wait staff were friendly, responsive and probably the most intelligent group of employees I've experienced at a hotel anywhere.The concierge was very knowledgable and genuinely concerned that you have a fun filled and great experience on Mykonos. Hotel is service-oriented, the reception tells us everything we need to know about the island. Room is spacious and clean. Variety of breakfast is fantastic and you get to have breakfast in bed.

Great views, incredible service. Only drawback is that it is located a good 2 miles from the town . . . , need to add the E10.00 rides to and from town each time.

Loved the room, especially with the upgrade. Room was large and so was the outside patio. Liked how minibar prices were reasonable. Wifi only in lobby, would have like it in rooms. Rooms were clean with nice showers. Service always available, friendly, helpful. Loved breakfast. Helped arrange taxi cabs to Mykonos town which was only 5 mins (5-10 euros) […] away. this hotel is new,with nice authenthic rooms.the stuff is SO nice and helpful.they all smile all day ,and make you feel at home,trying to fill all your needs.this is PARADISE.the owner of the hotel was taking part in making sure that we are ok and are getting what we need.i really recommand,

This was an outstanding hotel with outstanding views and outstanding service (even during an off-season). Kami was extremely helpful with everything. If I had to pick a downside (and a minor one at that), it would be hard to pick--the jacuzzi was not quite temperature regulated, but that's about it. Overall a wonderful hotel in Mykonos. It is set […] a bit far back and during off-season is obviously not quite all spread out (pool is closed, etc., obviously), but the personal service during the off-season (including in-room delivery of food) more than makes up for it. Hôtel confortable très calme à cette période de l'année les chambres avec vue sur mer sont à recommander. La vue est extraordinaire . Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas couverte ou chauffée à cette période fin octobre et que les jaccuzzi soient difficile à chauffer.

I stayed in this hotel for 2days with my wife. We were so impressed with their service such as the welcome drink, and the clear and kind interface. The ocean view from our room was also outstanding. The location was a little bit far from the town, but we could enjoy with the transfer service for free.

L'hotel est magnifique, une vue sur l'ocean a couper le souffle. les chambres sont grandes, spacieuses, confortables et tres bien decorees. Dans l'ensemble l'hotel est donc tres bien mais le plus est le service. L'equipe fait tout pour rendre votre sejour agreable et cela se ressent! Hotel Design avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Mykonos. Chambre un peu trop petite, du coup le confort s' en trouve limite lorsque vous avez des bagages volumineux. Armoire ridicule (juste un portique). Piscine agréable mais non abritée du vent, ce qui peut être dérangeant.. Petit déjeuner excellent pris a l' extérieur a cote de la piscine. Personnel […] très agréable et toujours dispo pour essayer de vous satisfaire. Le problème majeur de cet hôtel est un certain amateurisme notamment au niveau des services (nettoyage des chambres, déjeuner et dîner excellents mais 50 minutes pour avoir une salade césar quand le resto est vide...pas toujours de serviette dispo pour la piscine, etc...) Wir haben dieses Hotel aufgrund der vielen guten Bewertungen ausgesucht. Leider aber wurden wir enttäuscht. Das Hotel liegt schön über de Bucht von Mykonos Stadt, mit einer Wunderbaren sicht auf den neuen Hafen und Mykonos. Dass ist dann aber schon auch alles. Die Zimmer waren nie sauber geputzt. Schlampiger Zimmerservice, um nicht zu sagen der schlechteste […] welcher ich je hatte. Unsere Zimmer wurden nie vor 17 Uhr gereinigt, einmal sogar erst am abend nach 21 Uhr! Es wurden nie alle Tücher wieder so gewächselt wie mann dies normalerweise macht. Das Zimmer hatte auch schon starke Abnutzungserscheinungen, im Bad zum teil auch Schimmel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Whirpool gebucht. Der Whirpool war aber extrem dreckig und hatte gar Ablagerungen von Schlamm in den Düsen. Das Wasser war beim ersten und 2ten mal einlassen braun gefärbt und richtig eklig. Auch ist zu beachten das es grosse unterschiede gibt von den Zimmer her. Unserers hatte ein grosser Balkon aber andere haben nicht wirklich so eine Tolle aussicht. Schade ist auch das mann auf dem Balkon keine möglichkeit hat für ein Schattenplatz. Der absolute Tiefpunkt war aber das Frühstück. Jeden Tag die 2 gleichen Brote, nicht schön angebratenen Speck, langweiliges Rührei us dem Tetrapack, marmalade welche mehr ein Sirup war, trockene wohl aber selbst gemachte Cookies, sowie kleine trockene Gipfel welche in einer kleinen Büchse serviert wurden. Orangensaft welcher aus der Packung war und Kaffe aus einem Automaten. Uns ist es auch vorgekommen, als ob das Hotel etwas Führungslos ist. Viele Junge leute die wohl gar nicht gesagt bekommen was genau ihre Aufgabe und welches Services Ziel sie haben. Alles in allem war das Hotel zwar OK aber für diesen hohen Preis doch sehr entäuschend. Wir können dieses Hotel so nicht weiter empfehlen.
