Wonderful feel of luxury! Breakfast on real dishes? Go on! There was only one thing I would change: the showerhead was pretty lame. But, if that's the worst I can come up with.........

Clean, comfortable. Pleasant and knowledgable staff. Breakfast is nothing special. Price is a bit beyond where it should be for a hotel of this type.

We really enjoyed our stay with our little grandchildren. They really enjoyed the pool, the game room and of course the breakfast spread the next day.

Hotel staff were very nice and very accomodating. Got a call after being in my room for about 10 minutes, just to ask if I had everything I needed. I didn't; my deodorant was taken at the airport and the hotel provided me with a travel size, right away, no charge. Cool. Breakfast was free and very good. "Convenient, friendly though a little chilly"
This is the fourth time we've stayed at this property- the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are fine and the location convenient. We realized that our past stays have been in warmer weather and we fought a battle all night with a chilly room this last Monday. We though we had it auto set to keep it warm but not so. It was easily remedied by […] jumping out of bed and manually raising the temp but it was a mystery. I'd also have liked to see a handle in the shower and texture on the bath tub surface for folks talking showers. All in all we'll definitely be back. Great location; attractive building, inside and out; clean, quiet, comfortable rooms with a lot of homey touches; generous breakfast; and smiling, helpful staff. I will definitely stay here every time I come to Grand Rapids.

I just spent 4 nights at this location over the Labor Day weekend. It was absolutely wonderful. The service was great, hot breakfasts each morning and my room was always well taken care of by the time I returned in the evenings. I will definitely be staying here on future visits to GR.
All in all a very nice place to stay.

I absolutely loved staying at the Hotel! The staff was extremely nice and the facility was clean at all times. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel and I would definitely recommend the hotel to someone else!
"Country Inn and Suites-convenience was key"
Just had an overnight stay and was pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. It was close to the concert I was attending. Only trouble was the road construction which made the turn into the driveway a challenge. But, hey, it's Michigan and construction season!

Our stay was perfect, thanks to Country Inn & Suites. The staff was outstanding, especially the woman taking care of the breakfast bar area (Mary?). She was helpful and kept the breakfast bar well stocked and immaculately clean. It is a pleasure staying at such a well run establishment.

"Well managed hotel close to Meijer gardens"
We found staff and accomodation to be a great value during our recent visit and room was surprisingly quiet as it is at a convenient expressway access.
