GREAT SERVICE , GREAT BREAKFAST ! We had a very goord time , we stayed for 2 nights ,we reserved 6 rooms everybody had a very goord time at the poll also !

very comfortable bed and loved all the pillows on the bed , Just disappointed in the pool. It was fine for the kids just thought it would be bigger. The breakfast was ok I think more fresh fruits and and another waffle maker would help out too. Lines were too long for the waffle maker. The hotel was comfortable even though the specific room we booked was not available. The breakfast was the bomb!!!!! We will probably stay the next time we go to sea world because it was convenient and close to places to dine.

I booked a two queen size bed room and was forced to accept a king size bed room. The front desk was not very friendly and refused to accomandate my family in this uncomfortable stay. This type of service is totally unacceptable.

This location wasn't the one I thought I'd booked, but upon arrival, staff was friendly and helpful. They provided index type cards when asked where specific places were i.e. zoo and the Alamo and also with the return directions to the hotel. "marriot courtyard seaworld-excellent location"
We found this location close enough to destinations without being right in the center of downtown noise & traffic. The desk clerk was also very helpful with driving directions & helpful parking tips. Also, the pool & hot tub were clean & the area well maintained.

I stayed at the hotel with my 3 kids. The indoor pool was one of the reasons why we stayed there. We were not disappointed at all. The pool was just perfect for the kids. It was not a very big pool so I was able to watch all my 3 kids very well. The place was closer to restaurants, walmart, shopping area (Ingram Mall), and just about 10 min away from […] Seaworld. Easy access from main road, with a steakhouse next door. Our room was spacious, shower was wonderful. Matresses seemed a bit old, not plush or cushy soft. My husband can usually sleep well anywhere, but even he complained about an aching back the next morning. Breakfast buffet was a bit pricey for being your basic breakfast fare. "Excellent"
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I was in Texas to see my son graduate from Boot Camp. This hotel was close to everything. I didn't have to travel far for a good meal since a restaurant was right next door. The area was really quiet and the hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. I will defintely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard Marriott mainly because the front desk was so courtesy and helpful. Thankfully the room was immaculate and comfortable after a long drive. I liked the fact there were several restaurants nearby to choose from. Overall the hotel is in a good location.

"Great stay, we'll be back!"
We lived in San Antonio for a long time so we knew the area. This is an excellent location for us. Folks with kids should know they have everything kid could want withing five miles of the hotel.

"Clean Clean Clean"
The room was very clean and new and that was the most important thing for us, having the extra sleeper sofa bed was great for our four years old. The only thing I did not like was the indoor pool, any way I did not use it.

If going to Sea World nice location. Rooms were very clean and maintained. Some employees could use customer service training. Employees need to review their service manuals. We paid for the breakfast but the information did not make it to the morning manifest. We felt uncomfortable explaining that we did pay when reserving the room. It was a holiday […] and staff put away breakfast an hour before time. The time was printed in manual and kitchen manager seemed to be unaware of holiday hours. So we were out money at the hotel and went out for breakfast. Front desk did offer a free breakfast if we stay at the same hotel again. Pool had to much chlorine, burned you eyes.
