Cichy, ladnie polozony w tropikalnym ogrodzie nad zatoka, niedrogi hotel z mila i pomocna obsluga. Niedaleko od portu , skad mozna i warto poplynac na La Isla Mujeres. Okolo 400m od pieknej publicznej plazy i pelnego morza. Basen i przy nim sympatyczna restauracja w stylu karaibskim. Polecam:)

A very modern and clean hotel! Superfriendly staff and nice pool area. The hotel is almost at the end of the beach area, but it doesn't really matter since you have buses running every 10-15 minutes (took us about 15 minutes to get to the centre - although it's cancun, so don't expect too much, it's basically like entering an american mall...) Regardless, I'd recommend this hotel!

Very nice quiet hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Good location /11,5 km/opposite Tacos bar and small market open 24 hours.Try Habaneros and their tacos which is in the next bulding basement. Well known in Cancun Margaritta Ville is located approx. 150 m from the hotel.Bus stop 50 m. Car rental just accross the street. I spent in Baccara Avalon a week in November. I recommend it for singles , couples and families. Sławek /Poland/

Chef's Plate - International haute cuisine with new five-course menu created each day; the leisurely pace of the meal allows time for guests to discuss dishes with the chef and wine with the sommelier. Dinner only.
Royal Coffee House - Serves espressos, cappuccinos, teas, light sandwiches, and pastries. White and dark chocolate fountains. Sugar-free choices available. Open from early morning to late night.
24-hour Lounge - Features Ping-Pong and billiards tables, plasma TVs, appetizers, snacks, and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Lobby Bar - Overlooks the infinity pool and sea, with live music nightly. Features hanging bed lounges and upholstered and leather seating. Hosts the Tequileria and Cigar Bar with Mexican tequilas and hand-rolled and imported cigars; the Wine Corner Bar where wine-tasting is held; and Royal Martini Bar.
Tradewinds - Swim-up bar with both in-pool seating and a platform with swings to sit on while cooling off.
Room service - Available 24 hours; items are delivered to and picked up from the suite's private box next to the guestroom door.

A freeform pool winds the length of the property, offering in-water and deck chaise lounges with cushions and adjustable shades. White-curtained cabanas with space for two line the beach and both a beach butler and pool butler are available with books, magazines, drinks, suntan lotion, and towels. Introductory scuba lessons, snorkeling equipment, and boogie boards are provided.
While spa products, treatments, and services incur surcharges, all guests are free to use the men's and women's indoor spa tubs, plunge pools, saunas, steam rooms, showers, and locker rooms without charge. One outdoor spa tub looks out over the sea and four additional spa tubs are in a quiet area lined with pots of bougainvillea.
A fitness center includes an array of strength-training and cardio equipment, along with free weights; towels and water are stocked at each machine. Classes in Pilates, yoga, and spinning are offered. A rooftop tennis court allows both day and night play. Billiards and ping-pong tables are found in the 24-hour lounge. The Cancun Hotel Zone rests on a slit of land bound by a lagoon and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Sunseekers crowd the white-sand beaches. At night, the action moves to the restaurants, clubs, and bars that line Boulevard Kukulcán, the area’s main artery. This road passes by the El Rey ruins, believed to be a king’s tomb.

"Beautiful"
We loved our stay at The Royal in Cancun. The room and decor was gorgeous, not to mention the breath-taking view from your room. We would most definitely stay again, however.... be careful when you select your room, even if your request a king, they can put you in a room with two kings or two queens instead. Well the name describes it all and they sure do the royal treatment. Hotel wonderful customer service,food,drinks and servce is exceptional will definitely recomend it and can't wait to go back.

The Royal Cancun was the most amazing hotel ever. I knew as soon as we were greeted with champagne while checking in that it was going to be the best vacation ever! The open lobby leads straight to the infinite pool with a swim up bar and restaurant. The room and view was also a great plus. It just kept getting better and better. I think the thing […] that most impressed me was the service at The Royal. Everyone was so helpful and accomodating--you really couldn't ask for more. It's one thing to stay at a nice hotel, but if the service isn't great, then nothing else really matters. The spa at The Royal was also amazing. We all got a massage outside in the cabana and it was by far the best massage I've ever had. It was worth every penny! I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is going to Cancun! "simply the best"
if you want to feel like a king,then the Royal is yours choice,I have visited over 70 hotels in last 3 years (Bali,Thailand,Singapore,Sri Lanka,Mexico),and the Royal is best one.All of them were 4-5 stars. After Royal,I went to Secrets Silversand and felt disappointed.Beach,food,room,service...everything was perfect.
立地的にはアメリカーナがおすすめです。 英語は通じるので、不便では無いと思いますが、 日本人コンシェルジュは不在時間が多く期待はしない方が良いです。

Desde que chegamos ao aeroporto o atendimento impecável do hotel já se fez presente, uma vez que o motorista que contratamos junto ao The Royal já estava nos aguardando e nos recebeu muito bem. ロイヤルジュニアスイートオーシャンフロントに宿泊。 全体的に良いです。 レストランは基本どこも美味しいですが、ASIANAの刺身は微妙です。（まぁ、日本食は日本で食べましょうね。） また、シェフズプレートは１０月の閑散期といわれる時期に行きましたが、満員でキャンセル待ち状態でした、運よくキャンセルが出て食べることが出来ましたが、そのときに出た料理はイマイチでした。曜日によって異なるので運や好みもあるのかもしれません。 また、シェフズプレートでは他の人達と席を並べてご飯を食べますので、コミュニケーションを取ったりすることが苦手な人は向かないと思います。 我々はアメリカ人の女性二人と一緒だった程度でしたので程よい感じの会話で食事できましたが、日本人２人に回り１０人の他国の方に囲まれたら、結構大 […] 変かもしれません。 部屋の広さ、眺め、設備、アメニティなどは大変満足できました。 ただ、アクティビティに関しては若干問題あり。 これはホテルの根本的な問題ではないのですが、ホテルが契約している「アクアなんちゃら」とかいう会社が問題。 このホテルのオールインクルージブにはｼｭﾉｰｹﾘﾝｸﾞセットが貸し出しできることになっているはずですが、実際にはありません。正確には多くの人数に貸し出しできるほど、この会社はセットを持ってないです。５人分くらいかな？ しかも、貸し出しの仕方が悪く、よく貸りパクされているようで、我々が行ったときには「返さない人が多いからもう貸さないことにした」とか訳の分からないことを言い出す始末。 「そんなんうちらの知ったこっちゃねぇ。」といい無理やり借りていきましたが、腹立たしい思いをしました。 ちゃんと契約をしておけば問題ないことだと思いますが、この辺はちょっと甘いですね。 それ以外はいい人おおいし、楽しかったです。 ちなみにタックスバックは空港でやろうと思わないで下さい。空港は朝６時から開きますが、時間通りにはあきません。ウチラは出発直前の７時くらいまで待ちましたが開きませんでした。メキシカンタイムです。 ラ・イスラでも夜７時くらいまで出来るらしいので、事前にそちらでやっておくことをお勧めします。 このホテルはいいホテルです。また行きたいと思いました。 Przeczytaj więcej
"静かに過ごしたい人にはちょっと・・・・"
毎晩吹き抜けのロビー付近で夜10時半から11時くらいまで爆音でのライブがありました。。。 飲んで騒ぎたい人にはいいかもしれませんが、部屋のドアの隙間から、ものすごい音が聴こえてきて、翌朝の早起きのために早く寝たかった私たちには正直なところ拷問でした。 もともと夜は比較的静かに過ごしたいタイプだったので、 そういう方には向かないホテルかと思います。 また、オールインクルーシブの方が楽かな、と思ってこちらのホテルにしてみましたが、やっぱり外人さんみたいにガツガツ飲んだり食べたりできないので、ちょっともったいなかったように思いました。 正直なところ、レストランの味も、うーん・・・という感じだったので、これならちゃんとしたレストランでお金を払って、好きなものを好きな分だけ注文した方が良かったように […] 感じます。（特に、タパスのお店は残念でした。） 部屋からの景色と、プールからの景色は素晴らしかったので良い思い出にはなりましたが、もしまたカンクンに行くことがあっても、こちらには宿泊しないと思います。。。 Przeczytaj więcej

"オールインクルーシブ"
ぜひオールインクルーシブを利用してみて下さい。SPAとマッサージ以外は全て料金に含まれていて、料金を気にする必要がありません。これって思っていたよりもけっこう気が楽で快適です。ホテルの中にレストランだけでもいくつかあり、オールインクルーシブを楽しめるように気を配られています。その全て使い放題。設備も新しいし人もよく教育されていると思います。英語もほぼ問題なし。お試しあれ。
