Hotel jest polozony w bardzo dobrym miejscu przy Operze, dworcu kolejowym i dworcu autobusow miedzymiastowych Supratour. Korzystalem z tego hotelu przy okazji udzialu w maratonie, ktorego start ma miejsce w odleglosci okolo 2 kilometrow. Bardzo dobre polaczenie z lotniskiem autobusem 19 albo taksowka.

Miałam okazję wypróbować z mężem 3 pokoje w tym hotelu (107, 109, 110) bo wracaliśmy do niego podczas naszej wycieczki po Maroku. Ogólnie jest dość czysto choć pokoje nie są super odnowione. Mały problem jest z klimą, którą pracownik nam włączał na prośbę i zabierał pilota w związku z czym można albo marznąć jak za długo klima działała albo ją wyłączyć manualnie i znów prosić na recepcji o włączenie... raz tylko zostaliśmy wyróżnieni i dostaliśmy pilota na całą noc. Lokalizacja super - bardzo blisko głównego placu; po przeciwnej stronie od największego meczetu. Słychać więc modlitwy, co daje fajny klimat ale w nocy może przeszakdzać (szczególnie w czasie ramadanu). WiFi tylko przy recepcji i na tarasie (nam działało tylko przy recepcji).
Lokalizacja.
W dzielnicy Gaj palmowy miasta Marrakech, Palmeraie Village Apart'Hotel jest przyjaznym dla rodzin obiektem typu hotel apartamentowy i znajduje się w pobliżu takich wartych uwagi miejsc, jak np. Hipermarket Marjane. Do dodatkowych okolicznych atrakcji zalicza się Suk Zrabi i Suk Laghzel.
Opis obiektu.

"Great promise but disappointing"
This hotel has great potential. The grounds are lovely and the apartments are laid out very nicely with great views and a wonderful wrap-around terrace. The problem is in the details. First the basics: (1) When we got there, the telephone was broken. It took asking them 3 times to send someone over to fix it, and that didn't happen until the following […] day. Because it is so spread out, you have to request a ride to reception or other areas of the grounds. If you don't have a phone, you're stuck. (2) We had reserved a 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom apartment for 5 guests. They had stocked one bathroom with 2 towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper. They only send a cleaning person every 4 days, so they never refreshed any of our supplies. (3) Ants. There are ants in the bathrooms. My sister watched as a number of them dragged a dead insect carcass over to a crack in the wall while she was in one of the bathrooms. (4) Kitchen cleanliness -- the coffee machine water reservoir was stained, and the electric hot pot to heat water had an exposed rusted heating element. (5) One of the sliding door locks was broken so we couldn't lock our doors at night. Beyond those basics, hotels.com advertised that they had in-room high-speed WIFI which turned out to be completely incorrect. They have spotty WIFI in the reception area and around the pools. The reception WIFI was so slow, it was unusable. The poolside WIFI was faster and more consistent but still went in and out. The location is outside Marrakesh, and the signage on the resort grounds is confusing. We got a very competitive rate, but were I to do it again, I would pick a place in Gueliz. Much more convenient. Lastly, if the hotel was interested in improving, I'd be happier. But when we calmly provided some feedback at the end of our stay, not only did they not apologize at all, they seemed bored. "Palmeraie Village - lovely setting out of town"
The hotel provided all we needed. Many people staying at the hotel had cars but it is quite possible to manage without a car. It is about twenty minutes taxi ride to the centre of Marrakech but taxis are usually available from the car park outside reception or the hotel will call one for you ( cost about 100 dirham). There is no longer an airport shuttle […] available or a shuttle into town. Transport is provided to the larger nearby partner hotel the Golf Palace and other local restaurants every 15 mins. For self catering or just a few groceries the shuttle can drop you off at the local supermarket which is less than 15 mins walk away. The large hypermarket Marjane is a taxi ride away but on the main route into town. The apartments are spacious and have either terrace or balcony. They have effective air con, comfortable beds, shuttered windows and fridge freezer in the kitchen. Lounge furniture is a little tired but ok.The gardens and grounds are well kept and the swimming pools lovely. Sun loungers tend to get taken early on however! The ample breakfast buffet is served in the attractive canopied poolside restaurant and drinks and meals are available there until 9pm. That was the only restaurant on site. Reception staff were helpful and spoke English. Tours can be booked at reception and there is a ATM in reception too. There are fitness activities programmed daily. We thought that the hotel provided very good value and would stay there again. As far as we were concerned the attractive setting more than made up for the need to get a taxi to go into the centre of Marrakech. Przeczytaj więcej
"Nice Hotel but...."
Beautiful hotel with beautiful garden and nice two bed apartment. But they charged extra taxes on top of what we paid to Hotel.com. Disappointed. Plus, staff speaks little English and rooms have no outside telephoen lines.

en general el hotel esta buenisimo si tomamos en cuenta lo varato de las habitaciones las instalaciones son muyy bonitas , las personas en recepcion muy atentos al igual que el personal de el hotel , necesita bastante mantenimiento el hotel , pero si quieres algo mas nuevo y lujoso por un lado tienes el palmeraie club golf hotel ke es mucho mas caro […] !!!! "very nice place for family holiday"
We went on holiday to Marrakech and staid in Palmeraie Village. We really liked the apart'hotel, because of the very nice decorated and large apartment, beuatiful swimmingpool, and gardens. This is perfect for a holiday for families with children. Staff was superfriendly, we really will go there again next year!

Une implantation très chouette dans la Palmeraie avec une belle construction typique, Néanmoins, c'est dommage que: - d'un coté on a le luxe et en face de l'hotel, il existe encore un bidonville (cela ne devrait plus exister dans le maroc moderne !); j'espère que l'hotel est une entreprise responsable qui embauche, qui investit dans la formation et […] dans le développement local. - l'antagonisme entre un appart aux décorations luxueuses (zelliges, plafond, faïences) et le peu d'apparails fonctionnels (pas de micro onde, cafétière bidon, robinet qui coule, tiroir bloqué,). Hôtel décevant: très joli, jardins bien tenus, mais très mauvaise acoustique, on entend les voisins à toute heure, personnel peu accueillant, serviettes non disponibles à l'arrivée, cuisine de l'appartement pas équipée et à l'hygiène douteuse !!, snack disponible à toute heure mais qui ne sert rien en dehors des heures de repas !! "Rummelige lejligheder, udenfor Marrakech"
Lejlighederne til 6 personer er meget rummelige, store værelser. Dejlige terasser. Området er skønt bare at gå rundt i, pool'sene er fine. Der bliver "passet på" gæsterne, fx. ved at der er vagter i området hele døgnet, de er supersøde og venlige. God hjælp i receptionen, da vores ene kuffert ikke nåede med flyet fra København. Hvis man selv vil lave […] mad, må man klare sig med en pande og et par gryder, det er ikke et velekviperet køkken. Men fint nok til at lave morgenmad og enkle middagsretter. 5 minutter fra hotellet er der et kæmpe supermarked "marjane", med alt hvad man kan tænke sig. Przeczytaj więcej

endroit charmant apart pour 6 pers très grand ,mais mal entretenu toile d'arraignée au plafond ,grande cuisine équipé comme on nous la présenté sauf qu'il ni a rien pour cuisiner on a du réclamer des casseroles le frigo était dans un état lamentable pas d'éponge ni produit à vaisselle ni torchon on a dû acheter un torchon une éponge et le produit à […] Majane l'équivalent d'un Auchan et pour manger sur la terrasse dur dur on a été embêté par les chats et on avait des chaises en fer forgé sans coussins ce son pleins de petit détails mais qui on leurs importance c'est quand même un 4 étoiles sinon la piscine nikel le bar de la piscine j'ai commandé une théière pour 5 pers j'ai trouver cela un peu chère surtout pour un pays ou l'on boit énormément de thé .
