Our stay was very nice. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Nice quiet location and close to all kinds of restaurants. Will definately stay there again...

The hotel was in great condition; the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the location right off the freeway was extremely easy to find. HOWEVER - please note that the address is Campbell Oaks Drive, not Campbell Street. Hotels.com has the address wrong and I first drove to a less desirable part of town. "Nice place to stay"
Very friendly staff, CLEAN, safe and quiet. The only issue with staying there is there are no restaurants at that exit so you have to get back on the freeway to go eat but that wouldn't stop me from staying again. This was my 4th stay at this hotel and I am still very impressed.
Hotel staff was great when I checked in and also if anything was needed the staff was very perfessional in asisting. THe location was great close to I40 but very quiet. I visit Jackson Tenn alot because of my family there. Will surely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Everything was totally perfect. We were very happy to stay in a clean, comfortable room since we had a bad experience the night before. Would stay there again and will when we're in the area. Great breakfast!

"Hampton Jackson misleading address"
The physical address provided is not where the hotel is located. We were mislead into thinking it was on the 45-bypass, when in fact, it was 3 exits away. And because the wrong address is provided, we drove all over Jackson looking for the place. And then, when we finally got there, it turns out they were aware of that problem, and had never bothered […] to correct it, and weren't even apologetic about it. And to top it off, while we were waiting to check-in, which took a ridiculously long time seeing as how we had paid in advance, another couple waltzes up and gets a far better rate for a suite than we got for a regular room. "I'm glad I picked this hotel!"
I reserved this hotel at the last minute because of a change in our travel plans. I based my decision on reviews and everything was wonderful. The check-in process was the quickest ever - the desk personnel are professional and competent. The room was nicely appointed - loved the bathroom. They provide a full size hair dryer that is not attached to […] the wall - very nice. It has a spa feeling. My husband's wifi didn't work initially but he contacted the front desk and they provided him with a cable that made everything work perfectly. In the morning, we were very happy with the breakfast bar and the friendly people keeping it stocked. One review commented about the distance of restaurants. This hotel is very new and very nice. We stayed in a master suite and loved the different lay-out it provided. The room was very clean and breakfast was at the high standard Hampton Inn always maintains. High speed wireless internet worked great. This is the kind of place we always try to find.

This hotel is conveniently located, clean, nice and the staff was very helpful.

Front staff were very professional, courteous. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, room door card reader was a little temperamental.
