friendly and accomodating staff, comfortable room. Clean. Furniture and TV's were a little dated, but overall a great stay. Breakfast wasn't half bad. Will stay here again.

not a review just some thoughts; the room needs, napkins in the kitchen, a bottle opener, you might consider mounting the TV in the bedroom up high on the wall and removing the dresser, that would make it much easier to get around the bed. if the suite needs a dresser put a smaller and taller one in the sitting room under the TV, remove that shelf it […] is likely to fall off the wall someday. all in all, i could live here, it's a nice hotel and the staff were great. Clean room, comfortable bed. Would prefer a king, but they don't offer it. Great service and complimentary breakfast. Will stay here again when in town.

It's a temp. place to sleep, Way!! over priced. It is what it is, the bed was clean , couldn't walk around it the room was so small, but the toliet flushed, and the water pressure was good. It served us well.

the hotel was nice and the breakfast was great but not having air condition in room 318 was very uncomfortable. they gave us 2 floor fans but it was still very uncomfortable.

I stayed at Chisolm for one night in August. Once I entered the hotel, I smelled cigarette smoke right away in the lobby and also in the small only elevator the hotel has. The place is kind of old, but good enough. Room was clean, but there were some stains, little bits here and there, not a major concern. I had two A/Cs in my suite. The one in the […] living room only spitted out normal air. The one in the bed room worked fine though. The water was a little weird. Hot water worked. Turn on the cold water knob and you get hot water also. I thought this was due to the hot weather outside, but no, I took the shower for about 10 minutes with cold water and it was still hot! Anyway, the bed was so comfy!!! There is a mall behind the hotel, but it was pretty quiet. My most disappointment for the stay was the fact that the "computer station" stated on the hotel info page only has 1 computer and a printer. Sadly, the computer comes with only the monitor! So to speak, that sole computer was not usable :( If you are very against cigarette smoke, this might not be a good choice for you. If you stay in a non-smoking floor, you do not smell it. Very nice hotel. Employees were very helpful and made sure we were happy. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. definitly stay again :))

I was born and raised in Duncan but we no longer have a house here in town. I love the fact that I can come home and be comfortable during my stay. The people are nice and the rooms are clean. I love staying at the Chisholm Suites.

Every time we walked in the lobby it smelled of smoke. The desk staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Had to ask for soap when we arrived. The pool was closed. Hotel needs attention to detail. Breakfast was o.k. Could use some variety such as muffins or bagels instead of slices of bread. Would rather pay a little more and get better quality. Liked having […] the seperate bedroom. Staff was professional, bed and room was comfortable. Nice TV's. But, my room had no soap or shampoo - which was unexpected and untimely.

The hotel was nice, staff was nice. We were in town for a funeral and needed to do a late check out. Normal check out is noon and we couldn't check out until 1 pm due to the funeral. Well.. it's $10 for every hour you check out after noon. Wasn't that big of a deal - but just be aware of the fee if you plan on checking out later than noon.

The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was very curtious and the price very reasonable. Only complaints...no ice machine on our floor, one end of the sleeper couch was completely sunken in, once I sat down I sank to the springs, and the comforter on the bed had seen better days, you could tell it had been washed and dried one too many times and was […] really lumpy. Everything was very nice, however the desk clerk didn't know if the pool was open, nor did she seem to care to find out for us. Room was spacious and clean. Very nice. I would definitely stay again.

2 room suite- bedroom was so small you couldn't use the dresser or walk in front of the bed. Had to climb over the bed to get to the other side! The foot of the bed butted against the front of the dresser. Kitchenette consisted of a sink and microwave with small refrigerator, but there were dishes provided. We booked a room (#315)with a queen bed and a sofa bed. We got ready to make the sofa bed for our daughter, went looking for linens, there were none in the room! Her father pulled out the bed and the mattress was very stained and soiled. We called the front desk, they moved us to another room, which was a two bedroom suite,(# 311) where the walk in […] closet had a major water leak with a bucket of water catching the water. The ceiling was all over the floor. It is now after midnight so we stayed in the room, but we could hear the water dripping. The carpet was really stained, my daughter, being very nosey, found there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and we could not get the lamps in sitting area to work. At check out, the state of the room was brought to the attention of front desk and her comment was "oh yeah, we know' . We had booked a king suite and got a queen suite. The hallways smelled strongly of smoke. The shower hot water would barely get warm. The toilet ran constantly. There was supposed to be a hot breakfast but the only thing "hot" was frozen waffles that you could put in the microwave or toaster. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Service was great !! Room had peeling paint from water damage. It would have been nice if we knew the pool was going to be out of service at the time we reserved the room.

this is a great hotel to stay in, my mom and i were visiting for a rabbit show in town, and both of us were very pleased with the hotel. the staff was friendly, the whole hotel was clean, pool was a little dirty, but we didn't have much time to swim anyways. comfy bed, we plan to stay there again when we go back to duncan.

This hotel is great have stayed there several times. Always good service. My only complaint is the last time we stayed there, the room they gave us the air conditioner didn't work properly, and the shower was broke. I went down to tell them and they told us they shouldn't have put us in that room because it had a work order for those two problems, from […] the last people who stayed there. The comfort of the room was great, but for the 3rd year in a row, the pool was closed. I stay in Duncan, OK, at this time of year for a horse show. We want a pool for the kids to swim in after their events. I find this to be unacceptable. Is the pool open at all? One year is was maintenance. This year "chemical imbalance". Excellent accomdations for families!! Rooms were clean and staff was OUTSTANDING. Our ou=nly disappointment: the pool was closed for the season! Other than that they were extremely courteous, the cook for the free breakfast was FANTASTIC and friendly, too! Overall the stay exceeded our expectations - especially for small town USA under TORNADO WATCH! This hotel was more than I expected! My family and I were very impressed. Would stay here again, and tell all my friends, and family to try it out!!!!

My family and I have stayed here anytime that we are in Duncan and need to stay in a hotel. We have never been disappointed with your room and the way we were treated as a guest. I would recommend the hotel to anyone that go to Duncan. It is the best hotel in the whole town and that even includes the Holiday Inn.

I would suggest some rooms remodeled to have king sized beds. Take out couch, wall and make it more comfortable for sleeping.

We had to stay in Duncan for the night because of a family wedding. We had a relative check in the day before us and had to move motels because of no hot water and because the air conditioner didn't work very well, so we were worried that we would have to do the same thing. When we checked in, I asked about both of those issues. The hot water was fixed, […] but I was told it would get cooler in the rooms at night.
