Very nice hotel, staff is very attentive and professional.

I was upset with my reservation....when I presented my confirmation from Hotels.com to the concierge, I was told the description of a "larger room" which was what I signed up for didn't exist. My husband and I stayed for the weekend. The hotel is nicely decorated, Rooms were clean and comfy. Hotel staff was nice. Five min away from City Place maybe 10 min from Clematis. My husband is a picky guy and he was satisfied with the hotel. Kinda difficult to find but worth it once you get there.

We rented this place for a family member that was coming into town. It is less than 1 mile from PBIA and they have a shuttle to bring you to the hotel. They are close to Walmart and restaurants and easy access to I-95 for travel. The hotel room was very clean and well maintained. There was a microwave and small refrigerator in the room.

The hotel was clean and in good repair. Our preferred status was acknowledged at check-in. The breakfast was of good quality. The room we were first assigned had not been cleaned. We reported the condition to the front desk, and we were immediately given another room. The Desk attendant escorted us to the new room to ensure it was satisfactory. It was. […] This was not a major inconvenience for us, though after a long day of travel, we certainly would have preferred to receive a clean room first, so we did not have to return with our luggage to the lobby to get another room. The room was large, clean, and modern. The staff was really helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel looked nice at first, but then we noticed ants in our room. If we put any food down, there were ants on it immediately. There were even ants around the coffee pot and microwave. The final straw for me was when I grabbed a mug to pour my coffee, and the mug hadn't been cleaned. None of this was a really big deal, but it was gross. I don't […] like making a big deal about stuff so I just mentioned it as we were checking out, and the lady looked puzzled and said she was sorry but didn't offer anything. All we can say is the staff at this place was the best, room was clean. If we are ever back there this will be the place we stay

Even though it's rated as a 3 star hotel, it felt more like a 4 star business class hotel. It was clean, the decor was modern and trendy. The room was cozy and pretty. The A/C unit was against the window but it was controlled by a thermostat on the wall, and didn't rattle at all. The bathroom was really clean and upscale with granite counters. It was very close to City Place, and they also have a shuttle that goes there every hour til about 9pm-ish. We were higly satisfied with service, nicely furnished room, great location and on-cll shuttle service to and from Palm Beach interntional Airport.

The Hotel Garden inn West Palm Beach Airport was perfect! The desk clerk, Ricky, upgraded our room for our four-night stay simply because he was able to do that. When the soda/water machine on our floor didn't work, he helped us out in a generous fashion. We will definitely stay there again when we return to West Palm. Thanks!!!

Was a little tricky to find the first time, but worth it. The staff was very nice and the comforters on the beds were soft and comfy. Pure white so you know they were clean. There was no backlight on the bedside clock which made it impossible to read in the dark, but that is the only negative. I tend to be picky, but this is a very nice choice.

The hotel was fine, but you have to drive through the parking lot of another hotel to reach it. We were also surprised to find that the breakfast wasn't included. For the basic continental breakfast, the price was $5.95 per person, and if you wanted eggs, sausage, bacon, panjcake, of waffles, the breakfast charge is $9.95. We had a great time, The staff was very pleasant and helpful as we were new to the area. The pool was a little small but we had it all to ourselves! We had dinner at the hotel and everything went smoothly.

Absolutely loved it from the lobby to the pool to the immaculate hotel room. One of the best hotels i have stayed in.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location so close to the airport is great and the hotel has a free shuttle. Nice pool and decent fitness center (no free weights). Unfortunately the restaurant is very expensive and only serves breakfast and dinner--mediocre food. I've been coming to Sunfest from Miami the last 5 years, decided to give this place a try. Usual hotel games, gave me the coveted 'by the elevator' room to start, then gave me a room 1/3 the size of the other. Not crowded. Only 2 nights so I moved on. Shuttle hours are not synced with Sunfest, dropoff at Cheesecake Factory at CityPlace only. Bus service […] to CityPlace is a short walk, corporate neighborhood so nothing commercial around, Fairly safe for men, women during the day. Cabs still expensive.Hotel about 30% overpriced. Lobby, pool and common areas smaller than the site pictures by a factor of approx. 10 to 1. Unfriendly and aloof staff chatting with friends (not a problem) and didn't like interruptions (a problem), place appears staffed on a shoestring. Very clean rooms,. Beautiful lobby and room, convenient outdoor and food locations. This hotel and it's surprisingly good food bettered all of my expectations! It would get a perfect 100 if it's name were on both sides of the building. The staff could not be friendlier.

After a hard day of work, traveling and airports all I wanted was a bath. Came to find out my room did not have a bath tub. I returned to the front desk and their answer was: you didn't request it, only rooms with two queens beds have a bath tub ???? and we are sold out. Terrible customer service at front desk. The room had relaxing decor and everything I needed to enjoy my stay. I really liked the granite bar with mini-fridge and microwave, and the granite bathroom. The location is convenient to City Place, the convention center, restaurants, and other shopping.

This is a very nice, clean hotel that is close to the airport. They provide free shuttle service to and from the airport and to the City Place (5-8 min ride). The only draw back is that there isn't much around the hotel, so you either have to drive, catch the shuttle to City Place, or a taxi, if you want to go eat somewhere other than the hotel restaurant. […] (However, that is to be somewhat expected with the hotel being near the airport. This is close to the airport, yet only 1.5 miles to West Palm Beach (an easy walk on sidewalk to downtown). The rooms are comfortable and clean. Pool is heated. Workout room functional. Business center provides Internet, printing, stationary, etc. Staff is helpful and friendly - very courteous. Hot cookies show up at the check-in desk early evening. I […] stayed here twice (at both ends of a trip). Saved my day by allowing a very early check-in on my return, which gave me the afternoon to go into town. Above and beyond the call of duty - very appreciative. First stay, I was in a room facing the front of the hotel (parking lot and pool). Second stay I was in the back, facing the street. Preferred the first room - quieter - even though the sun rises on the road side of the hotel. Both rooms were comfortable. There's an iHOP, some Fast Food, and a convenience store within a few blocks (toward the airport). Walking to downtown West Palm, there's a grocery store, cinema, theater (plays), and restaurants. Car rentals are walkable. Hotel shuttle will take you to car rentals, airport, or even into town if you don't want to walk. Enjoyed the breakfast deal at the hotel. Good food, omelets to order + small buffet. Dinner, I wasn't as impressed with. Each room has a refrigerator and microwave, so you can fend for yourself if you make the trip to town. Enjoyed my stay here, it was much like a Marriott Residence Inn, or Holiday Inn Express (without the free breakfast). But, I think the rooms are a little nicer than the others. Happy I stayed here. The Staff was very friendly and professional and the room was very clean and neat upon arrival. Enjoyed my stay very much and would definitely retun to this hotel if in the area ever again.

The hotel staff was very friendly. We had been at a concert and arrived late. They upgraded us to a suite. The room was clean and well taken care of. The lobby is so pretty. Check out was just as easy.

my stay at this hotel was very pleasant. From the moment we checked in till the time we check out, everything about the hotel was very nice. The room was kept well, the view frrom our room on the 4th floor was nice. I would most defintely stay here again.

Very friendly service, great quality and comfortable stay

Hotel was nice and the staff was super nice. Only downfall is the restaurant on site is only open from 5pm to 10pm. We checked in at 2 and came back around 11 so they lost our business when we arrived and when we returned at night. Room service and the bar close at the same time 10pm.

Was nice when we first checked in, except for the front desk clerk, who seemed a little put out giving the keys out. Nothing bad happened, until we returned from the family function. We then found that someone came in too one of my rooms and helped them selfs to some leftover food in the fridge. The hotel acknowledged that a employee took it and offered […] to return the food. Seemed funny to me when the clerk said to me that "it's only a piece of cheese cake". I always thought when you take something from someone else, thats considered wrong, no matter what it is. Again they seemed put out that we mentioned anything. They offered a half price night at that hotel only or give them a receipt for the cake and they would pay for it. Easy access to downtown West Palm Beach shopping and to PBI Airport. There was some confusion about shuttle access to town and airport. Each person asked gave a different answer. Be prepared to spend a ridiculous amount of money if you have to catch a cab from downtown to the hotel and cannot wait for the shuttle. The hotel staff were courteous and […] helpful. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows. The pool was clean and warm, even in December. The only issue with the pool was having to walk through part of the lobby to get to it - not pleasant to have people checking in check you out on your way to the water and back. There is no restaurant within a convenient walk of the hotel, other than the one within. The food there is tasty but overpriced.
