Piękny, świetnie utrzymany hotel, czyściutki i bardzo komfortowy. Znajduje się praktycznie w samym centrum, świetne połączenie komunikacyjne. W okolicy same markowe sklepy. Jeśli nie chce się korzystać z restauracji w hotelu, to trzeba odbyć spacer do nieco odległych sklepów czy restauracyjek. Ogólnie okolica bardzo przyjemna.

Spędziłem w tym hotelu trzy noce i byłem bardzo zadowolony. Oddalony od centrum, ale oferujący kilkakrotnie w ciągu dnia bezpłatny dojazd własnym busem do głównej ulicy miasta. Niedaleko dostęp do komunikacji publicznej. Położenie tuż przy jeziorze z przyjemnym widokiem na wodę. Czysty pokój (gorzej na korytarzach), dobrze wypozażona łazienka, klimatyzacja, uprzejma obsługa w recepcji, dostatecznie wyposażony pokój biznesowy (komputer, drukarka) ogólny bezpłatny dostęp WiFi do Internetu, basen, w pokojach ekspres do kawy i lodówka, co dzień nowa porcja kawy i herbaty do samodzielnego przyrządzania, telewizor (choć nie najlepszej jakości i z małą liczbą programów, ale to nie było dla mnie najważniejsze), na korytarzu maszyna do lodu i automaty z napojami. Jedno co mi nie odpowiadało to posiłki w restauracji hotelowej, zwłaszcza oferowane podczas śniadań (jajecznica, chyba z proszku, dziwne jakieś mazie, dziwne w smaku kiełbaski itp), ale to zapewne typowo amerykańskie potrawy, a wyczucie smaku to oczywiście rzecz indywidualnego gustu. W każdym razie były dość urozmaicone i zawsze uzupełnione o świeże owoce. Raz w tygodniu w rozsądnej cenie ( 20 dol.) kolacja typu - bufet, z zadziwiająco dużym wyborem dań (część nawet mi smakowała, a jestem przyzwyczajony do dobrej kuchni - zwłaszcza ryby, których oferowano kilka rodzajów w różnej postaci) towarzyszyła temu muzyka na żywo i sprawna obsługa kelnerska. W sumie OK.

Duże pokoje, dobre położenie - dobry dojazd do lotniska i miasta. Jedyny mankament to śniadania do godz. 9:00 - zdarzyło mi się zejść o 8:30 i gdy poprosiłem o uzupełnienie pustego baru otrzymałem w odpowiedzi, że przyszedłem za późno ;-( Jednak trzeba przyznać, że zdarzenie to było jednorazowe...
Za dodatkową osobę może być wymagana dopłata, której wysokość zależy od obiektu.
Przy zameldowaniu wymaga się przedstawienia ważnego, oficjalnego dowodu tożsamości z fotografią oraz wpłacenia kaucji kartą kredytową lub w gotówce na wypadek nieprzewidzianych kosztów.

Good hotel with a great location... ground floor entrance less than impressive, but room was clean and comfortable and the subway and trains are within a block or two. Breakfast is nothing to die for, but more than adequate.

"Great stay at Hampton Majestic"
We stayed here on a family vacation and were very pleased with the location, service, and hot breakfast. The location was perfect - within walking distance of most everything we wanted to see in Downtown Chicago. The staff was very helpful and friendly - some more than others but overall very good staff. The hot breakfast every morning was great. Broad […] option each day and it changed daily. Eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, hash browns, omelette, etc. Plus a big selection of fruit, yogurt, pastries, etc each day. Great way to start out each day. My only complaint at all is the room. Overall what you would expect for a downtown hotel room but would have liked a little more sitting area. Beds were okay and the bathroom was actually pretty good. Just would have liked to have had another chair or two in the room. The Cleanest room I have ever stayed in -very comfortable bed - great location - staff was helpful - appreciated the breakfast lasting until 10am (many places close up at 9am) - I would absolutely recommend this place

I needed a well appointed reasonabley priced hotel for a business trip. This covered all my requirements, no flash lobby but very friendly and obliging staff, the room was very clean, quite spacious and quiet. The gym although extrremely basic delivered what it needed. Convenient location and nice facility for a good price - recommend
Staff was very helpful with maps and suggestions of forms of travel to specific destinations. We had to check out and our train didn't leave until late that night and staff more than happily stored our luggage for us and we were also allowed to check-in a bit early too, which we cannot express how helpful that was; what a break!

even though they make you aware of it, keep in mind this is a very old building the hotel is in. The rooms are extremely small, probably the smallest hotel room ive ever stayed in. (not kidding) felt very cramped and not comfortable. the staff was nice, hotel situated in a good location. Elevators are slow. Would not stay here again.

Great staff. They were very helpful. We went with an infant and needed to access microwave for sterling, warming up milk etc and the staff did not hesitate to help us out even at 3:00 AM. Parking is expensive but valet parking is super convenient. A very pleasant experience overall.

This is a great option for someone wanting to be in the middle of things but wanting a more affordable price. Loved being able to get to the train lines we needed on the same block as the hotel. We wanted to visit Willis Tower and thought we'd be taking the train to it. As it turned out, we could walk a few blocks to it. "Great location, Friendly staff"
Just 50 yards from the Blue Line stop coming in from O'Hare. You are literally "in the Loop" when you stay at the Majestic. All hotel staff, from bellmen at the entrance to main desk to housekeeping are friendly and helpful. Gray Line bus tours depart from the next block and all of the "L" lines of the Loop are accessible within 3 blocks. NPR's "Wait […] Wait, Don't Tell Me" fans will like that it is just around the corner from the Chase Bank Auditorium, where the show tapes on Thursday nights. (You must buy tickets online several weeks in advance) Breakfast is the only negative - leathery waffles, cold cereals but only low fat milk to eat them with - yuck! Very comfortable - there is even a laptop tray for lazy surfers like me. All the staff were pleasant and helpful, and I like the fact that there is a buffet breakfast included. My only tiny gripe is the paper cups in the room - I like to have my coffee in a proper mug.

Just arrived back from our first time in Chicago and the first time in a Hampton Hotel. We had a fantastic time which was only enhanced by the hotel and staff which were so friendly and extremelly helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast had everything we needed. The seating area was small but it didn't matter to us as we up […] and out early. Great location with easy access to CTA lines and walking distance to parks, lakefront, Sears Tower, etc. Lots of stores and restaurants are closed on the weekend so be prepared. Room service provided by The Italian Village which was excellent. The room was comfortable and very well maintained. My only complaint would be with the fact that we had only […] a large TV stand and a desk to store clothes which was a little undersized. Housekeeping and doormen were very pleasant and professional. I think this hotel has like a 3 Star official rating but it has a personal 5 Star rating from me! Great, clean, friendly hotel for much lower price than other hotels. Room is spacious and clean! Hotel employees always helpful! Good location! Free breakfast is high quality and there is always coffee in the lobby! Would definitely go back!

...is very convenient located, between Art Institute, Wacker Dr and Sears tower, all in walking distance. The free breakfast is okay, don't come too late. Staff was very friendly. We liked the hotel.

I hate to tell you how terrific this place is as I want to return and I don't want it to be booked up. Loved it! Loved everything about it. Particularly the location but was happy with every element of this hotel. Don't tell others. Please.

This hotel was located within walking distance of a lot of spots we wanted to get to. The staff was very friendly and customer focused. It has an air of theater in the decor which we appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel for any type of travel.

They had a great breakfast, the only negative of the hotel were that the pillows were not good at all. Great location to shop and it was within a few blocks of the Ford Theater allowing us to walk to and from the show.
