Super nice rooms, great breakfast. The only bad part was the pool was out for maintenance. We will stay there again next time.

Classy service. Hyatt is really stepping up their game. Gotta tell ya Hilton better get on the ball, because Hyatt is making them look like a second rung hotel chain. What a pleasant surprise! This hotel really had all the comforts of home along with a great view, location and wonderful amenities such as full breakfast and happy hours! The front desk staff - just terrific! We will certainly be back!

Very well manicured room comfortable beds and couch. The only noise heard that didn't come from your own room was maybe a shower in the next room other then that very quite.

This is a great hotel. It was inexpensive, but had everything a hotel 2x the price would have. Large rooms, very clean and everything in good working order. Even the complimentary breakfast selection was good.

We really enjoy all this hotel offers. The rooms are more than one gets from a traditional style hotel room for a less expensive price. They have a one room (or suite option) with a full kitchen and full bath. The living room space is seperate from the bedroom which is nice too. Their breakfast is more than continental with options of eggs, bacon, sausage, […] cereals, fruit, yogurt and all kinds of coffee, juices and other bread choices. Our stay was during a blizzard, so we did not go out to the hot tub, but that would be nice on another visit. The power went out twice due to the winds of this Colorado storm and when the appliances powered up again they beeped and woke us... but this was an unusual circumstance. The staff was helplul and friendly. The service was better than most hotels I have ever stayed at. I'll pay more for great customer service. All in all, a very nice stay at an affordable price. It was a quick little getaway for my birthday. The staff was very nice and even offered me free ice cream for my birthday. The room was wonderful and very clean. Recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. We will return.

Hyatt House was perfect for us. Close to the light rail, with a free shuttle service. Loved the kitchen in the room and full hot breakfast. The service was wonderful (Sam was very accommodating). We will definitely be back!

Quick response by hotel staff to my complaint of about a panhandler in the parking lot when I arrived. The staff was always polite and cordial.

We stayed here a while ago when Hyatt had just taken 'ownership' of this hotel and it seemed nice for us and our two boys. However there have been no upgrades and it really feels like a very dated Residence Inn. Very disappointed in the generic soaps as Hyatt usually has nicer products. Just outside our room at 8:00 pm four police cars, a fire truck […] and ambulance arrived to help an intoxicated guest passed out in the parking lot, I think that speaks volumes for the crowd that stays here and I'm very upset my young boys had to witness this. We absolutely loved our stay, especially for the price we paid! Our suite was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect. The amenities were good. The breakfast buffet was great, especially in comparison to many other breakfast buffets we've encountered over the years at other […] hotels. The only thing I would suggest is to use real eggs in the future as opposed to egg substitute (in the scrambled eggs, omelets, and egg pizza). The eggs were pretty unappetizing.
