Great hotel centrally located - within walking distance of old town, market place and lovely restaurants. Had only one night to stay - Thursday 27 August but will definitely be back, DV.

The location was excellent, directly over the square from the train station and 5 mins walk to the main market square. The standard of the hotel exceeded all expections. I have never stayed in a hotel which was such good value for money. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Being our first visit we had no idea where we were staying and this couldn't have been better. It was centrally located with the railway station just across the square. A lot of the things to see were within easy walking distance.The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfasts - plenty of choice and hot. If you only want a snack in the bar beware the club sandwich - it is really good but HUGE!! The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The bathroom was great with coloured lighting and very modern. A hotel we would definitely recommend and we would certainly go again. We have even looked for other hotels in the chain for when we go on another short break. This trip was for our silver wedding and it really felt as we were being pampered a bit.

Krakow is a lovely city and Andels Hotel is the perfect place to stay. Tours can also be booked from the Hotel, which I felt was very helpful being picked up just outside the Hotel. Food was very good and room and shower was excellent. Would highly recommend this Hotel

Other than the scrambled eggs at breakfast (underdone), the hotel was wonderful. I didn't expect such a modern establishment and was pleasantly surprised. It is on the plaza by the train station and a 5 minute walk to the square. What a super location. The hotel staff was very helpful.

Directly opposite the main railway station, a chic hotel with excellent service and at a fair price. Shopping centre next door, 5 minutes walk to the old Town - breakfast terrific - ten out of ten in my book in all areas.

This was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms was lovely and modern with fantastic facilities. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Brilliant location just a short walk from the old town square and beside the train station and shopping centre. Breakfast buffet was great. I could not say one negative thing about this hotel. Hoping to return next year.

Andels Hotel is in a fantastic location to explore Krakow Rooms were lovely bathroom was v nice Restaurant was also v good and reception staff were v helpful booking restaurants and organizing driver for trips to the salt mines and Austwich would stay here again and highly reccomend it. One tiny quibble mini bar was not cold and no milk with the tea and coffee in the room

I have traveled all over the world, and I found this hotel to be one of the best in terms of location (directly opposite the train station and an easy walk from Old Town), its exceedingly friendly and helpful staff (including a breakfast to go at 3:30 am), and the beautifully decorated room. I have absolutely no fault to find with the hotel, and I would gladly stay there again.

I really like this place. It is in the heart of the city and near everything. There are not many new hotels in Crackow so, this is another plus. Great service, good breakfast included. Only drawback that I found was that power occasionally flickered! Maybe the power grid in Poland is not as stable as it is in the US...

Spent 3 nights in the Andels and fought it to be a beautiful and very clean hotel. Bed very comfortable and room just looked fantastic. Located beside the massive shopping centre Galeria Krakowska which i think had around 200 odd shops. Will definitely go back to stay in this hotel when i go back to krakow.

We stayed in Andels Hotel for 4 nights end Feb/ beginning March 2009 and will definitely go back. The hotel is gorgeous, very modern and trendy, situated on a lovely square directly opposite the main railway station and beside a fabulous, new shopping centre with 270 shops (happy days!!). Also only a few minutes walk to the old square (we used the underpass). We stayed there as a treat for my husband'd 50th birthday and I'd booked an executive room. Well it was fabulous and the bathroom was to die for!!! Also the maid came in in the evening and emptied bins, turned down the king sized bed and left us 2 chocolates. Breakfast was lovely with such an assortment that you could have spent the day there eating!! There was also an egg station where you could have your fried egg done fresh or have fresh scrambled or an omelette made. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the fruit tart.... well I thought I'd died and gone to heaven!!! The food in the bar was great value too. All in all a lovely experience for our first visit to beautiful Krakow.

Booked hotel on recommendation of our daughter. We made an excellent choice. The warmth of the reception was most pleasing. The location of the hotel beside the railway station and shopping arcade were a definite plus together with its proximity to the market square and other city attractions which were well within our walking range. The hotel itself was very clean and the bedrooms were most comfortable. The breakfast was as substantial as one wished. I liked also the evening meals and was taken in by the Polish menus which I had each night of my stay. The service was very courteous but for my wife and I we felt a little slow. Keep up the good work

We had 3 nights in this hotel. It is perfectly situated near the train station and the staff were very friendly. When I discovered our room had no bath, they immediately sent someone to take our cases to another room which had this facility. We were booked for breakfast which was very good. We also had the buffet Sunday lunch which was eat as much as you like and wine, beer and soft drinks were included. It was a great £20 worth. Would definately recommend this hotel for anyone.

Fantastic hotel we got great value for money and the breakfast was the best I've seen from any hotel. If I was ever in Krakow again this is where I would stay.

The Andels hotel opened earlier this year. It is in a great location, seconds from the train station and a huge shopping centre. The hotel itself has a very modern design with interesting lighting in the bathrooms and a nice big flatscreen TV in the bedrooms. The breakfast is excellent with a range of choices. The only minor point that could be improved is the fact that they use single duvet covers , even on a double bed. I could not seem to keep warm at night as the small duvet was not enough to keep me wrapped up and I'm quite a small person. Apart from that, all round I would recommend the Andels.

Hotel is great especially for the price. Has a great central location, very clean, great breakfasts. The rooms were relatively small, but that's not unusual for continental Europe. Would stay there again if I go back

We had a wonderful weekend discovering Krakow and the Andel's Hotel was the perfect base close to the old towne, convenient to the train station, with all the mod cons necessary for a comforatable weekend away. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, the rooms comfortable and the decor contemporary. The breakfast buffet was a nice start to the day. The only issue we had was with the constantly blowing a/c even after we had turned if off. We would both definitely recommend Andel's Hotel and stay there again.

Central location, near the the main square without the noise! Very close to the train station - excellent for arrival. Staff very friendly & speak excellent English. Breakfast yummy - missing it already! Hotel gave us a free city guide - this was far better than the lonely planet / rough guides we had purchased!!!!! Room very clean and comfy - all you need for a short city break. Staff happy to help, baggage safe storing service for no extra cost. Excellent service all round.

Andels is situated next door to the railway station so very easy to get from the airport where the service runs every 15 minutes or so. Also next to the hotel a very modern and new shopping centre with everthing you would need. The hotels is modern and clean and the rooms are very smart. I had a great bathroom with power shower and a big bath which was very useful to soak the sore feet after miles and miles of walking around a beautiful city. Meals in the hotel were good and the weather was good enough to eat dinner outside facing a large square - could have done with a little more lighting in the evening. Reception staff knowledgeable and helpful on the city and trips which they were happy to book on your behalf. Also available is a limo service which you can take back to the airport if you don't want to go on the train. Would suggest a room overlooking the square would be the best. My roonm overlooked the road which was not very pretty. Really enjoyed Krakow and if I go again would certainly return to Andels, excellent location for walking into the old town.

I went to Krakow for a weekend with my husband, it is a great city and the Andels hotel was fantastic. We stayed in a standard room, it was very stylish, clean, comfortable and a great location, just a few minutes away from the main square. I would go back without hesitation and would highly recommend it.

We stayed at the Andels Hotel for 3 nights in March 08 without exception the staff were all polite and helpful and spoke excellent English (as did most of the people in shops, resteraunts etc.). We did not have dinner at the Hotel as there are any number of good places to eat in Krakow however the breakfasts were excellent. Our room was clean and well furnished and everything in the bathroom was clean modern and worked properly (thats not always been our experience elsewhere) and there was an apparently never endind supply of hot water. The hotel is an excellent position next to the Station and a new shopping centre and only 5 minutes walk from the main square of the old town. If you are looking for old world charm this is not the hotel for you otherwise its an excellent place to stay when visiting Krakow.

We were hugely impressed by Andels, friendly and helpful staff with excellent English, in the most pleasant hotel I've ever stayed in. Breakfast buffet goes on till 11am (handy if you've made friends with the local bison grass vodka or the rocket fuel towers of beer in C.K. Browars!), and it has a large selection. To top it off, the flat screen tv lets you play your mp3 player through it if you take along a phono cable, and the supplied dvd players also play divx films! Krakow is a great city to visit, and Andels is a faultless place to stay. Great location too, 100yds across a plaza from the train station, and a 5min walk to all the action in the old square. Stop looking and get booking!

A very nice new hotel. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept on and the bathrooms are very modern. Very convenient for travellers as it is only a short walk across the square from the train station. A pleasant 10 minute walk through the park to the main square & for shoppers there is very new and large Mall right next door to the hotel.

What a surprise and what a find. We didnt' realise but the hotel is newly opened earlier this year and is all new and gorgeous. The bathrooms are fantastic, the beds comfy and the amenities all you need. The location of this hotel is PERFECT, right next to the train station, right next to a fantastic new shopping mall, and a pleasant 5 minute walk to the central square and old town. no faults on this hotel at all.

Arriving at Andel's hotel in Cracow was one of the best experiences ever. Nice hotel, nice staff, excellent rates and best of all, a complete spotless hotel in walking distance to everything. 2 minutes to train/bus station, 1 minute to trams, 10 minutes to city center Rynek Glowny, 10 minutes to spa, next door to the largest(?) and best shopping center in cracow and so on.. The food was great, both breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just about perfect for a nice pre-christmas shopping spree! Can recommend this to everyone!

Hotellet var väldigt fräscht och ligger nära tågstationen och gamla stan. Jag rakommenderar verkligen detta hotell.

Jeg ble oppgradert da jeg sjekket inn - veldig positivt. Flott hotel, men en grei beliggenhet til det store shoppingsenteret. Stille og rolig. God frokostbuffet. Kommer gjerne igjen!

Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt. Rett ved tog- og busstasjonen. Nærmeste nabo er Galleri Krakowska, et av de største kjøpesentrene i Krakow. Dessuten er det en kort spasertur til gamlebyen.

Perfekt beliggenhed, især hvis man er på gennemrejse.

Det som trekker ned er to ting: 1.) Ville gjerne ha et høyt servicenivå, men lykkes ikke helt. Av syv frokoster, måtte vi etterlyse kaffe og te ved tre av måltidene da de hadde glemt oss 2.) Måtte betale 80 NOK for internett pr. døgn. Meget dyrt for en tjeneste som vanligvis er gratis på mange andre hotel

Hotellet var precis som andra resenärer beskrivit det. Ett positivt ex. min fru fyllde år och jag kollade om blommor till rummet tillsammans med frukosten. Receptionen föreslog att jag skulle gå till en närbelägenaffär och köpa blommorna och lämna dem till receptionen så skulle de ta dem till rummet med frukosten "Det blir mycket billigare för dig än om vi ordnar dem". Den inställningen gillar jag och så fick jag välja buketten själv.

Modernt med mycket bra serive. Luxuösa rum med luftkonditionering och om du har tur med utsikt över torget. Kanonläge bredvid stora shopping-gallerian, 100 meter från tågstationen och precis vid kanten till gamla staden med alla sevärdheter

Ypperlig beliggenhet, svært hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening og sist men ikke minst,- for en fantastisk frokostbuffet.

Riktigt trevligt och fint hotell med bra läge. Superfint rum, jättegod frukostbuffé och trevlig personal. Har inget dåligt att säga om det här hotellet!

Svært bra hotell, ypperlig beliggenhet kun et par minutter fra togstasjonen og 5-10 min å gå til sentrum. Store, fine rom.

Ich habe in Krakau schon viele Hotel ausprobiert. Muss zugeben im Andels habe ich mich mit am wohlsten gefühlt! Die Location ist perfekt... Altstadt 3 Min., zum joggen benötigt man 5 Min. zum Fluß und läuft durch einen Grüngürtel. Für mich ganz wichtig.. gutes Bett!!! Und Badezimmer schön eingerichtet. Die Dusche darf man auch Dusche nennen! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Andels hotell var et meget bra valg får vårt opphold i Krakow.Selv om været var noe gruffent, varmet det alikevel med et opphold her.Hotellet har en høy standard,god mat,god service,rent og moderne over alt. Dette hotellet kan vi anbefale på det varmeste.
