"Chisun Hotel - good price, good quality."Komentarz: Beata R - "Warsaw", dnia paź 7, 2010
Nice hotel, nice room, enough for 2 people, we stayed there 3 nights. Clean, tidy, and the staff was nice. Opposite the street is Lawson 100 - you can buy there products for 100 yen.
"Rewelacyjny hotel"Oceniony przez gościa grupy Hotels.com w dniu lip 11, 2010
Bardzo dobre położenie. Cena nieco większa niż innych w ofercie, jednak hotel warty wydania większych pieniędzy. Bardzo blisko położony do trzech kluczowych stacji metra, również spacerem można iść i zwiedzać okolice Pałacu Cesarskiego. Obsługa słabo znająca angielski ale starająca się być pomocna w każdej sytuacji. Serdecznie polecam.

High on opulence and popularity, Ginza was one of the city’s first districts to implement Western-style brick buildings and gas lamps. Set in the heart of the city, it is the place for those who don’t mind crowds, and serious spenders. But it takes very little to see Asia’s largest fish market, a traditional kabuki play, or the latest gadgets at the Sony building.

"Good hotel with small room"
Very well located, clean, but the room size was unpleasant for two persons.
"Very well located at a good price"
Despite the room was small, it was clean , comfortable and very well located. Surrounded by stores, restaurants, and close to metro stations.
Good ^^
"Perfect location"
As a frequent traveller to Tokyo this hotel was a very good combination of price and location. I don´t spend much time inside the room beside sleeping so if your requirements are quite surroundings yet perfect location, good shower pressure and a ok bed then this hotel is perfect for you. If you spend several hours outside sleeping at the hotel and […] are in need of more services than you better look at tripple priced hotels in Ginza as Dai-Ichi, Imperial or so. I highly recomend this hotel for busy business people or couples travelling to Tokyo that look for cheap, good value for money hotel in the heart of Tokyo. Przeczytaj więcej

"Disappointed"
The first room I was given was in a non-smoking floor, but the room had a really strong smoke smell to it. I thought they must have given me a smoking room so asked to be moved to a non-smoking room. They initially told me the hotel was fully booked and nothing could be done, but when I asked to cancel my booking, they suddenly could find rooms. They […] then moved me to a smoking room. Finally after much confusion I was moved back down to the non-smoking floor and into a room that did not smell like someone was smoking in there before. 2 days later, I needed to change rooms because i had another reservation for the next 4 days (i had arrived in japan early and couldn't just extend my original reservation). They seemed prepared to give me a new non-smoking room, but this room also smelled of fish and smoke. When I asked to look at another room I was given the same run around about the hotel being booked. The rooms don't seem that well cleaned. I had to book a double room the first 2 nights despite being on my own. After the first night, the maids just removed the towels I had used but didn't replace them. I've never in all my years of travel seen that before in any country. Despite all this, the rooms have a large array of amenities for such a small space and the hotel is in a very good location. I don't think I'd stay again though no matter how cheap the rate it. Przeczytaj więcej
"Budget Hotel in the Heart of Expensive Ginza"
This hotel's main selling feature is its location. It is very convenient to all of Ginza's shopping and subways lines. The price is the second main selling feature of this place. The hotel is new and modern in appearance, offers free coffee and wifi in the lobby only and nice vending machines. There is a free hard wired internet connection in the room. […] The hotel staff is mostly friendly, speak basic English, but still struggle at times. I didn’t feel they really went out of their way to help you with your luggage upon arrival or to make sure everything is in order with your room as is common at most hotels. The hotel is pretty much self-service, so don’t expect a concierge or bellhop. The first night we slept there, we were awoken to loud construction noise at 8:30 AM. (Drilling, hammering, and all sorts of other noises). They were renovating a room at the end of the hallway. That was something I did not pay for, nor did the hotel management alert me to prior to my stay. I can't imagine how upset the hotel guests closer to the construction noise must have felt. I asked the hotel staff to move me to a different room, which they did, but didn't seem to offer any apology for the noise or for the inconvenience. The second room they moved me to was next to the janitor's closet which the janitors started using at 8:30 AM waking us up again on the second day. There were also mattresses sitting out in the hallway for a good part of that first day for no apparent reason. I am sure these are not common experiences for everyone and are rare occurrences, but I felt like I was not getting exactly what was promised. Over all, stay at this hotel if you want the low price, clean bathroom, but don’t expect perfection, even in Japan… Przeczytaj więcej

"Great localization in Ginza"
Good hotel for the price. Close to station, stores, restaurants. Small room. Good service. Very clean.
"Good Location - But some downsides"
In Ginza is the best benefit. Downside.. small room with no wireless internet, however everything was in good conditions and worked fine. The rooms are just very small. their is no flexibilty with early check in. anything before 2PM its 8000 Yen, eventhough rooms is available. That erks me a bit.

"Great location"
good to go any place. looking well for suround.
As previous people have put, it is very convenient. We had a lot of gear on us too as we had our snowboards, so was easy to walk from station to hotel. Ginza is a great area too for shopping. The room was basic and clean with the usual mod cons. It ticked the boxes for somewhere to rest your head for an affordable price.
"Fantastic Location"
You really can't beat the location of this hotel. It is right in the heart of the Ginza. Metro is 2.5 blocks away. You are 1 stop from Tokyo Station and you can easily connect with other lines from this location. It is very central. The neighborhood boats many high end shops and department stores along the Chuo-Dori. 24 hour convenience store around […] the block. I stayed in a single which was small by Western standards but completely functional. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Shower was fantastic. It was tight even for one person so I definitely would not recommend this room for a couple. Like most Japanese hotels and inns you are supplied with bath essentials: robe, slippers, soap, shampoo and conditional, razor, face wash, toothbrush, toothpaste and hair dryer. There is no need to bring any of these things with you as they are good quality products. The hotel staff speaks so-so English. The reception is a little cool but nothing to complain about. They will help you find something if you ask. Breakfast is not included. It's a little on the expensive side at around $20 US but it is a nice mix of Japanese and Western foods. The coffee and croissants are really quite good. I would definitely stay here again. You can't beat the price for such a location. Przeczytaj więcej

"Ginza Gracery"
Hotel should buy new computers for lobby use and also a small printer for example for internet check-in for flights etc. document printing or map printing. Court side rooms are very dark and there is some strange whisling sound form heat pump or other machines. During my sty all night long. tenant restaurant service was anpolite. So, nice hotel but […] should re consider a new tenant for restaurant. Otherwise nice hotel! Przeczytaj więcej
"Hotel Gracery Ginza - Great Value"
We only had one night in Tokyo, and like many tourists, the Fish Market and Ginza were on our short list of things to see. This hotel was in the perfect location - just off the main street in Ginza, close to Abercrombie. We were upgraded for free and the room was surprisingly spacious, especially for the price, and complete with a massage chair! Free […] Wifi and coffee in the lobby is a nice touch, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Przeczytaj więcej

"Beautiful and Stylish"
this hotel is new still new ,clean and beautiful (2012Feb),i stayed 1 night with single room that was not big (but a single room around here r same this size) much on the price.
"Great location, comfortable business hotel"
We were three travelers, each with our own single rooms which we fully expected to be small and cramped, but were pleasantly surprised: large windows overlooking the street below let in lots of light and opened up the space considerably; there was enough room to sit comfortably, watch tv, unpack... bathrooms were also larger than the Tokyo prefab cubicle […] standard. You can't beat the location either, it's just 2 minutes from a Family Mart konbini with everything you could need for snacks/breakfasts, and all of Ginza's shopping and eating is just as close. Getting to the metro station is no more than 5 minutes each morning, and a very scenic prime city district walk at that. Przeczytaj więcej
"okay"
The location is great. Overall service is good. But the cleanning people did not even change the dirty sheet.
"Closest to everything u need"
This hotel is in perfect location, close to ginza st, yurekucho st, simbashi st..minutes away from tsukiji fish market if u are into fresh sushi in the morning..lots of shopping stores are just in the neighborhood, from Abercrombie, shiseido, Swarovski, Salvatore,Zara, forever 21 and many more..Me and husband will definitely staying here again...
free coffee/tea in the lobby, free internet
"An Excellent Value for Money"
In my experience, there was no nonsense and my stay with this hotel was simply pleasant. The staff was helpful. A cosy lounge for reading newspapers turned out very important, especially because of the space of the so-called 'Tokyo size' room. My room was a comfortable double bed for a single person, where everything was clean, compact and tidy. One […] good service of this hotel is that you can get a free movie view card from the reception if you opt for an eco-housekeeping that encourages all to reduce unnecessary laundary of linens. It is conveniently located in central Ginza and you will have no difficulty finding travellers' amenities in the neighbourhood. My room was free from any noise, and I suppose this hotel is not exposed to an external source of annoying noise, despite just two narrow blocks off the busy street. Check-out was virtually only to say 'good morning and thank you' but nothing else, very fast, since payment was made on-line and there was no other change. As I mentioned, if you do not mind the Tokyo size room, this hotel will be an excellent value for money for many. Przeczytaj więcej
"shocked to be charged an overstaying fee!"
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary in Tokyo and stayed in the Hotel Gracery for 5 days/4 nights. We were happy with the hotel's location being in the vicinity of shopping malls and train stations. But what disappointed us was upon check out, I got shocked for being charged an extra fee of JPY1,500/person for checking out 45 minutes late! I have […] stayed in various hotels in the US, Europe and Asia and have never been charged for checking out late especially for just 45 minutes. We didnt receive any reminder beforehand from the front desk that there would be such fee and that the check out time was 11am and not the usual 12noon. I asked kindly if this could be waived and was answered in a rather stiff tone that I was late and therefore should pay the Y 3,000. It slightly ruined a rather lovely stay... Przeczytaj więcej
"Great position, clean and compact rooms."
The hotel is in a great position to explore Ginza and it's surrounds. The rooms are tidy, very clean and compact, as is the case with many Japanese hotels that aren't international hotel chains. The price was the most reasonable part given the position and the facilities. I would definitely stay again for a short visit, but don't stay here expecting […] a large room for a long stay. "Hotel Gracery Ginza, Tokyo"
The hotel was conveniently accessible from JR Shimbashi station. It only took 10mins to walk from the station. I had a semi-double bed and it was larger than expected which comfortably fitted 2 people. The room was really clean and cozy. I love the hair shampoo and conditioner in the hotel.

"Location, location, loacation"
One short block from main street Ginza was perfect. Comfortable room, great shower, friendly service. Only one request, a light breakfast choice instead of a full meal.
"Hotel Gracery Ginza"
Location is good, most of the brands' stores are be in Ginza and close to a hotel with limousine service, however, price is a bit expensive.
"Excellent Location and Decent Size for Tokyo"
Hotel Gracery Ginza has an excellent location near to the center of Ginza and the JR and Metro lines. Decor is sleek and modern and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are of a decent size for Tokyo (small by US standards) with the best value being the double room.
"HotelGracery Ginza - great value in upmarket Ginza"
This hotel is good value and I would definitely stay there again. It's easy to get to other parts of Tokyo because it's close to at least 3 or 4 metro stations. Right across the road is the Lion Beer Hall which has a huge variety of reasonably priced meals. In the back streets are the cheaper noodle bars. There's a reasonably priced Japanese cafe with […] an English menu on the 6th or 7th floor of Matsuzakaya. The best way to and from Narita is by the Airport Limousine Bus to the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel. Facing the front of the Marriott, take the road on the left and walk up about 3 short blocks to the Gracery -about 5 mins - reception is on the 3rd floor. Although our semi-double room was small by western standards, we found it very satisfactory as we were sightseeing for most of the day and the bed was comfortable at night. This is a great mid range hotel, superbly located in the heart of the Ginza. Rooms are small as you would expect, but comfortable and stylish. Very clean and tidy. Good level of English spoken by the very helpful front desk staff. Lots of thoughtful amenties. Superb value for money. Highly recommended.
"Hotel Gracery Ginza - Great Location, Small Rooms"
There's no doubt about how wonderful this location is, two small blocks from the main thoroughfare / matsuzakaya, abercrombie & fitch, etc. which makes it perfect for short vacations, given the reasonable rate. Rooms are tiny, as expected, but clean and well organized. If you arrive after midnight, but hungry, as I did, you'd have to wander the district […] to find food, which isn't hard or all unpleasant, but it would be nice if they had stocked vending machines, or something other than green tea in the mini bar. The Japanese and Western style breakfast buffet was adequate. Service is great, as is standard in most Japanese businesses. Przeczytaj więcej
