Wybrałem ten hotel, poniewaz bylem w nim juz raz. Lokalizacja nie jest rewalacyjna, ale bedac w LA należy miec samochod, a stamtad samochodem bylo w miare szybko do wszystkich interesujacych mnie miejsc. Obsluga OK, mila. Na plus zalicze: darmowy parking, darmowe WiFi i wliczone śniadania (co prawda kiepskie: tosty, płatki z mlekiem, owoce, kawa, soki), ale nie jest to standardem w USA. Okolica spokojna, w pobliżu sklep z jedzeniem i alkoholem, dużo dobrego jedzenia (w pobliskim Topanga Center polecam sushi), a w pobliżu rewelacyjna knajpa meksykańska. Blisko do Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Universal Studios. Szukający atrakcji na południu LA, badz plażowania powinni zrezygnować z tego hotelu. Pokoje duże (nie po pół metra z każdej strony łóżka, tylko da się przespacerować), trochę mała łazienka. W środku odkryty basen. Ogólnie polecam.

Our stay at the Four Seasons Westlake was superb. Although this time we were only able to stay for one night, it once again met our expectations. The cleanliness, beauty, and service were all outstanding. The only complaint is that the room felt a bit warm even with the a/c turned way down. Will definitely be coming here agian....and again

"Fabulous hotel, fantastic food, amazing service"
My wife and I have stayed here twice. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The level of guest service is second to none. There are four wonderful restaurants on site too. There is no need to leave the grounds. Wonderful spa too. The Four Seasons Westlake Village has it all and then some.

"Very beautiful Hotel"
Beautiful hotel. We had a very large room, very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.
Always love 4 Seasons, but they are a bit disorganized. When asked about umbrellas, getting change for tips and early check in, it took 4 tries each time with 4 different staff members. But hotel itself is 4 Seasons and beautiful. Loved the indoor pool.

What can you say, it's a Four Seasons. Besides Ritz Carlton, no other hotel chains compare.

Excellent place, Mark at the front desk was beyond helpful and professional, and the folks in the spa were great. The house car was very nice to drive us to mastros and pick us up. Nicest hotel in the L.A area PERIOD! I live in L.A and wanted to take my wife to a great spa for the weekend. Nothing Nicer in Los Angeles Guaranteed!

I love the 4 seasons but was suprised by how average the suite was. Not impressive at all. The decor looked dated with yellow and aqua curtains. The staff was professional as you could expect but the suite was a little disappointing. I think a 4 is a fair report of this hotel.

"Even a bed for the dogs!"
We travel in the US a lot. However, this was our first time in a 5 star hotel so I cannot compare what should or should not have been available. We chose the hotel only for its convenience as a stopover off of the freeway when travelling with our two small dogs so the business area setting was not important or noticed. We used a restaurant, room service, […] mini bar, and the spa. The spa was a wonderful bonus and we were able to change our check out time to accommodate wraps and facials. Despite the attitude of the hostess, we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at ONYX. When we arrived no one was there to seat us. After waiting a few minutes, we decided to seat ourselves at the sushi bar. The hostess ran after us stating they would only be serving for 15 more minutes and she was not sure if we should sit down. My husband asked, […] "Is this because you want to leave?" and she replied, "Well, yeah." The extremely pleasant waiter then came to us and assured us that we had plenty of time to order and from then on we were never once rushed. Excellent hotel for those with privacy and health concerns and purposes. Very elegant, spacious, clean and beautiful. Note of improvement - at check in the guests probably ought to be acquainted with the layout and map of hotel.

"Enjoyable one night stay"
Recently had an overnight stay while attending a wedding in Malibu. Room was lovely and service at Reception friendly and efficient. Specifically the day Manager (we left on Sunday 25 September ) was extremely helpful. We only had one meal -lunchtime on the Saturday - and all staff we encountered were very professional. Food was good too. The only […] nitpick was that service was very slow at lunchtime in the lounge restaurant. Did not use any of the other facilities such as pool or spa. We went to a wedding nearby and needed a place to stay, we got a great deal on a suite. The service is great and the facility is great. Be sure to check out the indoor pool. "The Four Seasons Westlake Village"
i had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons - it is a beautiful hotel. I found the service to be very friendly and had a lovely dinner at the Lounge Bar. I was a little disappointed by the room service - as i had ordered a half bottle of wine - and did not realise until it had been opened by the waiter that they had given and charged me for a full bottle […] - they rang to apologise but did not offer to only charge me for what i ordered. In such a high quality hotel i would of expected that to be the least they would do. However on the whole my experience was fantastic and i look forward to my next visit to this beautiful hotel. Beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. They went out of their way for our kids and for us no matter what our requests were. Everyone was upbeat, courteous and professional. We will go out of our way to stay here again.

"A reason to go to Westlake"
Thank heavens there is a Four Seasons in Westlake Village/Thousand Oaks area. And it's a fine one at that. The staff is top notch, the rooms beautiful, and the food fabulous. My only complaint is that the music is too loud in the bar in the evening and if you don't like it, there is nowhere else to go to have a quiet drink. We love this hotel...

The service was outstanding in every aspect, from the front desk, bartender at the Lobby Bar, and the SPA area for the serienty pool. This place deserves the 5 star rating in my book. Tip for Dining, If your looking for a great Italian Ristorante, I highly recommend Tuscany on Westlake Blvd.

"Serene, Accomodating & Absolute Comfort!!"
I loved my stay. This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been in and I have travelled for 20+ years. The surroundings, the restaurants, the spa, the art gallery, the kids game room & pool (the entire space) was absolutely beautiful. I wanted to stay for at least 1 month. And the beautiful Westlake Studios complimented the grounds, GARDEN […] and all. I was absolutely impressed with the House Car that will take you wherever you need to go within the area. GORGEOUS!!!! I consider myself an avid traveler. I often stay in four seasons and premium boutique hotels. The spa at this location is outstanding, one of the best I have been to. The decor of the hotel is not the usual four seasons decor, it is a lot more conservative leaning more to classic decor.
