Overall the hotel was great and what I was looking for on this trip. I wanted a reasonably priced, clean hotel. I would have given it all 5s but for the fact that it got missed for a daily cleaning so it was a little disappointing to see my bed not made and no fresh towels. I mentioned it to the the staff and no credit or coupon was given to make up […] for this oversight. That was disappointing. We enjoyed most aspects of the hotel, with the exception that the water pressure wasn't very strong, and it took a while to figure out the hot water in the shower, which wasn't very hot. Other then that, it was quiet, clean, comfortable and our room had a fridge, microwave, free movie channels and free wi-fi with no password set up! Overall, I was very impressed during my stay at this hotel. Because I was looking for something as inexpensive as possible, I opted for this two-star hotel. I think the star rating should be changed, however. I think it could pass for higher. The staff was friendly, my room was much larger than I expected, and breakfast was great. I was glad to see […] that my room had a really nice television, a decent sized fridge, a microwave, coffee maker, and lots of space. Not to mention, it was extremely clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was continental, but it included homemade waffles and other great options. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I was ever in the area. This hotel is very convenient if you have business at CFB Trenton. It is perfectly fine but has been used over the past couple of years by work crews working at the Base and it is getting quite worn, especially in the public spaces. Though the room it self was very clean, when I went to get a coffee cup out of the cupboard, one of the cups was chiped and the other cup was dirty(it had been washed, but not fully) The over all appearance of this hotel was that it is ran down. Qveralll the rooms were quite comfortable. The staff were very helpful with all the little problems that we encountered.
