Upon arrival the resort looks great, we got a good price which meant the four star side for us, there were not enough bell hops to show us to our room, so we were given rather scarce directions to our room, needless to say we got lost, as we were on the 4 th floor, which wasn't easy to find on rather difficult to follow map. The resort is huge and has […] a rather magical feel to it, the pools are amazing you kind of feel like you are at a palace. But the overall feel for us was the resort is in serious need of some maintenance. Our toilet once flush would continue to make loud noise for up 15 minutes, the bathroom fan was extremely loud, and the pool tiles needed touching up. We had requested a double bed, we got two singles pushed together ( which has happened to us before, and its not an issue) but they were made as two singles not as one bed. When I took a shower a ratty hair tie was still hanging on the hook from the previous user of the room, which made me question how clean the bath was. Cocktails in the bar were great and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I've seen. The final sour note was checking my bank account a few days after checkout to find they had charged my credit card 3 times for the same thing at check out. ($85ea) After I sent an email it was quickly rectified but no apology , was given. I would return here again but I'd like to see them do a bit of maintenance to return it to it's former glory, and I would pay for the 5 star next time also. Przeczytaj więcej

Superb Hotel great location, yet the customer service was very very poor. Its no wonder it was half empty the owners should teach the staff some manners and respect

The hotel and staff were very professional and attentive though not interfering. A beautiful location for anyone wishing to simply relax and unwind. Problem with car due to a flat battery - my fault - was rectified by mechanic from golf course within 10 mins of reporting it to reception. Having been to Villaitana on a few occaisions, it seems to be suffering from an identy crisis recently. Set in a beautiful location, this large hotel lacks personality and in the restaurants the staff reflect this. The service was that of a 3* in the 4* area and a 4* in the 5*. The hotel was very easy to find and was very welcoming. It was extermely large and therefore a little difficult to find our room but on the plus side at least it gave us a chance to look around whilst we tried to locate it. Well after about ½ an hour we finally found it and the room was very nice & clean but it did lack a few home from home comforts […] such as a haridryer and although there was a fridge in the room there was no tea & coffee making facilities and as we were so far away from many of the cafes on site it would have been nice to have been able to make yourself a hot drink. The breakfast was amasing with everything you could possible think of to set you up for the day. On the down side it took 43 minutes to check out only to then hand in the room keys and wait 20 seconds to be told thank you for your stay! We have stayed here several times both in the 4 and 5 star sections.This time it was in the 4 star side.The standards have gone down since our last visit,ie no bathrobes or slippers in room.They state it is a separate shower.It is not ,it is over the bath.Only one glass in the bathroom.We had to ask for another.Many of the restaurants closed on a night,leaving […] only the very expensive Indigo or the buffets.On the day we arrived the main pool bar/restaurant was undergoing renovation and not open.This was the middle of July.It did open late the next day.They have changed the sunbeds on the 4 star side to plastic ones when they used to be the same as the 5 star, iron with a thick cushion. The hotel Villaitana is amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful with several swimming pools and enough sunloungers that you dont have people laying there towels out. The staff were extremely polite and professional, If you are looking for a little bit of luxury with only a ten euro/ minute cab ride to Benidorm then this is the place to go.

Un hotel cómodo con unas muy buenas instalaciones y en un entorno agradable y orientado al disfrute del ocio familiar. A destacar sus estupendas piscinas. Un placer para todas las edades.

Nos tuvieron que cambiar la habitación porque olía a tubería.

Excelente hotel para realizar diversas actividades lúdicas con amigos, familia, etc... las instalaciones están perfectamente mantenidas y el servicio es genial.

Todo perfecto, excepto por el detalle, que para un hotel de su categoría, tienes que pedir cuando llegas a la habitación el secador de pelo manual.

Un hotel realmente recomendable para aquel que quiera estar en Benidorm lejos del ruido de la ciudad

flott hotellkompleks,lett å finne frem,vi hadde leiebil å kjørte fra Torrijeva,litt uheldig med været den ene dagen men knall bra,vi reiste uten barn men neste gang blir de med.flotte store rom med stort bad,bra service,sentralt ca 10 min med bil til sentrum av Benidorm.anbefales for alle.

Was hier buiten het seizoen (Maart) en wellicht heeft dit geholpen in de positieve waardering. Villaitana is een resort dat gebouwd is in de vorm van een dorp (dus met marktplaats, kerk, etc.). Bij de bouw is er niet bezuindigd: zowel materialen als afwerking zijn uitstekend. De staff is vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Kamers zijn voldoende ruim en […] sanitair is goed verzorgd. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed. Naast het complex liggen 2 golfbanen. De omgeving buiten het complex is kaal en Benidorm is verre van inspirerend, maar daar kan Villaitana weinig aan doen.
