"5 minutes from National Museum of US Airforce"
Night place at a very good rate. Given HUGE suite. Free cookies. Good hot breakfast available. Only discomfort were the crumby pillows. Just down the road for the US Airforce Musuem (a must see).

The hotel on Colonel Glenn Highway had easy access to various shopping malls and places of interest. The staff was great and very accommodating. I especially loved the fresh-baked cookies!!
"Clean, comfort no so much"
Hotel was very clean, pool area was a little small but for kids if was fine. Room was near the highway, a little noisy but not terrible. The only complaint' that I can give is that the beds were not the most comfortable beds I have slept on, but for 1 night I could manage. Overall a very good place to stay.
I got the suite. It was very nice and would stay again. Close to National Museum of the Air Force.

"Great hotel-with great ammenities"
Room was clean and the pool/ hot tub was nice. We loved the breakfast in the morning too! Great comfortable hotel for families. The books in the lobby are nice to have. Great for reading to your kids or even some for the adults.
"NIce hotel but serious road noise in odd rooms"
Typical Country Suites by Carlson hotel. Nice rooms. Very friendly staff. Clean. Odd numbered rooms face the on-ramps to the interstate and the noise of trucks, motorcycles and cars accelerating to merge onto the highway clearly come through the walls and windows. If you can get an even-numbered room, stay here. If you can't, don't.

"Clean and Comfortable"
There is nothing bad to say about the hotel staff, rooms, etc. The breakfast selections were above average and the whole place was very clean. Try W.O. Wrights pub just in front. $4 beer pitchers on Thursdays (other specials other nights) and half price bar food/appetizers from 2 til 7and the wait staff were friendly.

Hotel was very close to a Meijer store and about 2 miles away was a nice shopping mall/restraunts. Rooms were quiet even thought next to interstate. Check-in/out was very easy and staff assisted us with need for extra roll-away bed. Roll-away wasn't the most comfortable, but was much better than the floor. Excellent location for Wright State University, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, shopping, restaurants...nice area of Dayton...room was clean, comfortable with full breakfast...could use some more variety of fruit in the morning

Excellent service at check-in and check-out. Desk Clerk provided exceptional service. Would highly recommend this hotel location.
Very nice Friendly staff Nice pool CLean comfortable rooms. The only negative was the breakfast . Only one person cooking and working the dining room She did a great job but it was so busy she couldn't keep up with demand Need another person cooking or helping. Overall I would definitely recommend

It was everything and more. This is an amazing hotel in addition to the price being low. This hotel has free cookies and popcorn anytime you want. The rooms are big with plenty of room. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. They gave us a coupon for 10% off at Texas Roadhouse. The only bad experience I had was the club out front was noisy. The customer service and staff at this Country Inn and Suites is amazing! Extremely courteous and friendly, they go out of the way for their guests. They called us in the evening in our room to inform us that they had made chili if the guests were interested in dinner in the breakfast area for free!

Had a minor problem with the heating unit. Told management of the problem upon our departure and they said they would get a maintenance person on it right away. (They don't know it's broke if the guests don't tell them). Overall I was very satisfied with my stay and was pleased to see them take notes when I told them of the heating problem. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff were really professional. Wireless internet is free although slow at times but manageable. Free delicious cookies at the front desk. These freebiess are really nice especially after being in Europe where you have to pay for EVERYTHING. One thing I would suggest is better pillows.

"Close to many attractions."
Driving to things we wanted to do was 30 minutes or less. Lots of food and shopping options in the area of the hotel. Traffic was never conjested.

Nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Hotel staff was helpful. Only complaint is that the rooms were noisy. Our family had 2 rooms in separate locations. I love Country Inn, but this one was not updated like the one stayed at in Maumee, OH. It was a fine stay. I was just hoping for the wonderful beds from my other stay:( Sort of dated room. I could hear every step the person took on the floor above me. If I had needed to sleep past seven I would have complained, but I was up anyway.

My wife and I spent three days at the Country Inn while attending the Dayton Hamvention. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Our room was on the third floor facing the highway which was noisy if you want to sleep with the winows open. It was fine with the windows closed. My wife did notice an oder when we would enter the room probably from one of the cleaning products used by housekeeping. I really didn't notice it once I was in the room a few minutes. I would stay there again except for the fact that it was a 20 minute drive to the Hara Arena which is where the Hamvention was held. I would like to stay closer. The only unfortunate thing was that my husband lost a cross necklace that meant a lot to him, somewhere in the room we thought. I called about it but it was never turned in. Was it lost there for sure? Don't know. Never got any calls regarding it.
