"Worst hotel experience ever!!!!!"
This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. First, they tried to put us in a smoking room even though we reserved a non-smoking room. They moved us to room 209, the only non-smoking room they said was available. When we tried to close the door, we discovered it was falling off the hinges. The walls looked like they had tried (unsuccessfully) […] to paint over mold. The carpets felt sticky when I walked on them. The bathtub was covered with soap scum and leftover used soap was on the sink. When I complained I was told that there was nothing they could do except talk to the manager in the morning. We laid on the beds and tried to sleep, but after less than 2 hours of itching, decided we could not stay in that nasty room. The clerk gave us no satisfaction and told us we could not get a refund, so we might as well stay. We gave her the key and let her know we would prefer to sleep in our van in our daughter's driveway. "No quality at this Quality Inn"
This hotel room smelled of cat urine. We told the front desk and they offered us a room on the second floor. We had been driving all day, South Carolina was our last stop & we were too tired to carry our luggage upstairs. There was mold on the wall behind the beds and the bathroom was not clean. The laundry was outside & it looked like our clothes would […] be dirtier after we washed them. We went to a local store and paid over $5.00 for a small can of Lysol spray do disinfect the room. My husband accidentally left his Iphone charger and called as soon as he realized it after we checked out. They said they found it and would mail it to him C.O.D.,but didn't ask for an address. After a few days he thought they might not have our address since we booked through hotels.com, so he called back. They said they did not have the charger, and only had a broken one. (his was brand new). This has still not been resolved. Do not stay at this Quality Inn. it was o.k.,it served its purpose,the pool was very buggy,I asked the hotel manager if there was a net to get out hte bugs so that my children could swim,he had no idea what I was even asking for.All he could tell me was that they don't take care of the pool,a pool service comes once a week.and the room did not have enough towels for 4 people just 1 […] when I reserved it was for 4.it was also kind of dirty,in the room.had some ants in the room too.I saw another guest and i asked how things were with there room and stay and he told me the same,and they have been there before and it was the same then too. "quality inn Elkton"
The hotel was not bad. The service was something to talk about. When we checked in there were no towels in the room and the front desk lady would not bring us the towels. We had to go to the front desk to get them. Housekeeping did not clean our room at all during our stay. Also the pool was dirty and no maintenance given to it.

Upon our arrival, the front desk clerk tried to give us a room that was very smelly, had a small tv, and it was probably a smoker's room because I could smell it. I had asked for a non smoking, no pets room because of my allergies. When I told the clerk that I hope he had another room available, he sent us to the other side of the hotel and there several […] rooms vacant, in much better condition, with bigger tv's. We took one. "Price is ok....."
The price was good but it was not clean. Not dirty but not clean either. It was close to St. Augustine but not close enough for me. I will go in the city next time.

This hotel was awful! Do not stay here. The rooms were old, dirty, and even had ants in them.

for the money i could probably find something better the beds had stains and nobody cleaned our rooms when we were there the breakfast was good the hotel staff was fine its kind far from downtown but okay

"Nothing great, nothing wrong"
Pros: Reception, Room cleanliness, Breakfast Cons: Bathroom was not as expected (only one soap was provided), the shower curtain was torn, the location was little far from the St. Augustine city and not many restaurants near to the hotel But overall it was an okay experience.

Got the hotel really cheap so no complaints. You get what you pay for. Hotel is fine for a base. Really handy for Interstate. Easy to find and close to gas stations / food outlets and handy for travelling into St Augustine. Room was clean and breakfast was excellent. Didn't feel pressured and there was plenty of choice. "Good breakfast"
The location was good because it was close to my business meeting. The room was okay, but the shower was hot and the air conditioning cold. The breakfast was incredible. From the choice of hot to cold foods and drinks everything was great.

"Great Suprise"
For what we paid, I expected a moderately clean room and a breakfast of cereal and muffins. This is no 5-star but I felt safe with my 6 month old, and I will return for sure if the occasion arises.

"Dreadful"
This was an awful hotel. We were given 1 room in which half the lights didn't work. We moved to a second non-smoking room which stank of cigarette smoke. The pool was filthy and the hotel populated by dozens of construction workers carrying around packs of beer. Not the place to be with a 7 year old! one of the rooms I rented did not have a fridge or microwave. queen no smoking. hotel seems to be located in a more rural area than expected. location of hotel was great, right off I-95 and 1 mile away from the park where gathering was held. overall satisfied.

"Nice place, met all of our needs"
Check in and out was fast and the service was very friendly. Pool was clean and heated, bed was comfortable, and everything in the room was clean.

The hotel was right off 95, however there are no restaurants around for breakfast. The bathroom door would not close and the tv was old and hard to watch

The hotel staff were very accomodating. They really went the extra mile to make us comfortable. Hotel is older and has usual challenges that an older facility has. Breakfast was good.
