"A better time remembered."
Stayed here six years ago for another getaway. Remembered how great the bed was. I was looking forward to it again. The bed firmness adjustment was broken. Seemed to be adequate until I woke up in the morning sunk into the bed on my side. My back was not feeling to great. Now on to breakfast, ordered the special eggs benedict, they were delivered cold. "Great hotel"
The only complaint i have is that the heating unit in our room made a ton of noise when it kicked on. The Valet Parking fee was a little much ($15 a night) but it is what it is. If you want a downtown hotel location you have to pay one way or another. I would def. go back though. This hotel's best asset is its proximity to downtown amenities - shopping, restaurants, etc. We stayed in a deluxe double which offered city views on two sides. Rooms are pretty quiet except for the very loud in-room HVAC. Vallet parking is always readily available, despite its $15 per day price tag. "Pillow Talk"
