"pool is dirty and across the street from hotel"
We arrived late after driving all day. Hotel front desk help was not helpful and just short of being very rude. I had called from the road to explain that the kids wanted to swim and was told the pool closed at 9p. We arrived at 8:30p to find out the pool was across the street. It was pouring out. We went back to car to drive across to the pool. The […] pool house was a rec-center. The area was dirty and dark, the ceiling was falling apart and the hot tub was disgusting. There were no towels at the pool and the desk clerk didn't bother to mention that. I had to leave kids in rec-hall b/c they were wet and it was cold & raining out, to run across street to get towels. "Ramada in Strasburg PA"
Very nice accommodations. Excellent restaurants nearby in the center of town. Staff at the hotel were courteous and helpful. Very pleased with our stay.

Very convenient to Middletown Battlefield for Cedar Creek Reeactment. Excellent staff Very pleased and will stay there again
"Not terrible but definitely overpriced"
The place just seemed like they did everything on the cheap. The elevator and halls smell like the Mexican restaurant downstairs. We stayed in a non-smoking room but the bed cover had several cigarette burns. The sheets seemed clean but had some stains. The rooms are big and the host seemed friendly but I would look for someplace else.

Waffles, eggs, sausage, SOS, biscuits, juice, etc. Nice gym, good mexican restaurant on site. Very convenient with meeting rooms.

My wife and I stayed here b/t GA and NY. We called 2 hours before we showed up to check on a crib...not ready when we got there. Option 1 - wait 20 minutes, Option 2 - "set it up yourself" because she "didn't have time to do it". The bed was hard to sleep on. The continental breakfast was hardly that. Bread was moldy, juice was warm, fruit was canned […] in syrup and not fresh, the cereal container was broken, the dining room consisted of 10 tables for a rather large hotel. They were all taken when we showed up. Upon checkout, the front desk guy was not well groomed and had long fingernails (longer than my wife's nails). "Not Again"
The online photos do not represent the end product. The rooms are a bit worn. The pool is part of a rec center across the street and is SHABBY. The hot tub is not hot and does not jet properly. The wires on front of the not tub were exposed and were not fully covered. There was an excess of chlorine used in the hot tub to the point of burning your eyes […] and throat. A wheeled folding bed was asked for with the room and was not delivered, you want it go to hte front desk and get it yourself. No swim towels were available at the pool or the front desk. Spend the extra money and stay at the Fairflied Marriot about 500 yards closer to the highway. The third floor STUNK of Liverwurst. "Ramada Strasburg"
Great hotel, great staff, great room cleaniness. Address on Hotels.com didn't work for GPS. Ended up about 8 - 10 miles off track, lucky we weren't arriving late at night. GPS address that did work was "35 Brandy Ct. Strasburg, VA" Thanks Ramada!

"Hotel Ramada Inn Strasburg"
I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It was clean, service was efficient, very friendly and the breakfast was served early and was delicious. The best was the restaurant, Rancho Viejo, very very good, service excellent, happy and prices very reasonable. I can't say enough about my experience. TERRIFIC.

Great little jewel. Front desk staff was very nice. Restuarant next door was very convenient. The only negative was the location of my room, which was next door to the connection corridor from the hotel to the restuarant. It was a bit noisy during peak times, other than that, it was fine.
"Good for the price"
Overall good for the price, clean enough, had a good Mexican restaurant connected to hotel. My only complaint was the noisey air conditioning system.
It was a nice place to stay at. The breakfast selection was great, but the eggs were always cold.

The rooms are very large and spacious, well maintained, clean and comfortable. We'll definately stay at this hotel again.

"Good value and location"
Overall our stay was a good value for the price. The evening staff was friendly and helpful moreso than the morning staff. I think I had higher expectations for a Ramada. The only complaint was a clogged sink, otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.
"Good room"
Check in was easy and effortless. Room was far from desk, but no problem. Room was rather large, with all appliances working. Fridge, Coffeepot, Microwave, Iron, Hairdryer all in good condition. Remote control for TV clean. Bed in excellent condition. Did not eat breakfast. Check out effortless. Will do again.

"Ramada inn Strasburg my Halfway Stop ALWAYS"
I travel to NY from NC about 5-8 times a year and the last two trips have stopped at this Ramada. Rooms are huge, new and very well laid out. Price is great for what you get and there is a Mexicon Cantina and Restaurant on site which has wonderful food and friendly service. "Needs changing"
The address listed sent us on an extended trip, that ended on a dirt road. The hotel was aware of the problem,because after we contacted them,a different one was given.

Hotel was fine. The address ,as per our GPS system, was terrible.Since the hotel is located at or adjacent to 35 Brandy Court, then use that address ! !. Our directions were to 21 Signal Knob Dr. a location miles away, in the real "Boonies". It is no fun driving 8-9 hr.s then find it necessary to phone the hotel for their location.
"Very Pleased"
When I booked this hotel, I went a little off our planned route as I was having difficulty finding something that I felt was a little nicer. When we checked in the staff was very pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable and an excellent value for the money. We had two rooms and both were excellent
