The people at receptin were helpful, the room was alright (though the hotels.com call centre person stuffed up and booked me the one queen bed room rather than the two queen bed room and the latter would have been far more spacious) but it was a little bit tucked away. But for what i needed it worked OK.....

Other than the bathroom this hotel was very good. The bathroom was just a little grimy and tired but still reasonably modern. Very well located.

Quite a pleasant place to stay in a central location with clean rooms and a pretty good buffet breakfast which is extra. Would probably stay there again if the opportunity arose

Great location, planning to stay in Brisbane again in a month and will definitely be staying at the Ibis again. Really easy to find and really easy to get around the city due to the great location.

"Good quality at a reasonable rate"
I was pleasantly surprised with my room at the Ibis Brisbane. On a journey with an itinerary containing nearly a dozen hotel stays between Melbourne and Townsville and to Ayr in far north Queensland, I rank the Brisbane Ibis in the top four of those hotels. We had ready access to South Bank and the museums and art galleries, to Roma St station for several […] trips to family in the suburbs and within a few minutes more we were able to access Queen St Mall. We were not impressed with the comfort of the bed, the springs were popping out and our bodies were sore when we woke up from a sleepless night two nights in a row. Stayed there for 5 nights. Very modern hotel, quite large room and very comfy bed. Staff very helpful and cheap internet and washing machines in hotel. Good location, only 5 mins walk from good range of shops and places to eat. Would defo stay here again.

We often stay at the Ibis when going to a concert at Boondall. Good, clean, reasonably priced. We go for dinner at the Criterion which is great. Breakfast is either at the hotel or at the Cicada in the city. We will be staying again!

I am very happy with the Ibis service. I feel it would be nice if there was some financial reward for regular customers as I can back again to stay a further two nights as well on 28-8-11 & 29-8-11. Great Hotel. Our room was clean and tidy. It was modern. Great position. Close to the Casino, Queen Street, restaurants, bars. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks once again.

Clean hotel, hard for the taxi driver to find, the staff were very nice and the rooms clean. The beds were hard as rocks. Seems like they were done recently, bit the beds were very, very uncomfortable.
