This hotel is family run and a much more authentic European experience than the couple of chain hotels that we had stayed in. The owners were very helpful about information on the area and very friendly. The hotel is clean and well kept. We had 4 beds in our room, although the sleeper couch was not the most comfortable. Our room had a balcony with a […] great view of the Rhine. The rate includes a good breakfast and the hotel also has a restaurant, which was well-priced and had a variety of foods on the menu, including more traditional German foods and the usual pizza, etc. for the less adventurous. We used this little hotel as a stop over on our way to skiing in Austria and liked it so much we stayed there again on our way back. Although it is outside Koblenz it is a very convenient location and ticked all the boxes for us - a good beer in the bar and great food in the restaurant. The Hotel was a quaint small Hotel (not a modern Hotel at all) - The room was huge with good quality Linen, Huge Beds and a good bathroom. We were well looked after at Breakfast. Some of the decor was looking a little tired and the television was outdated but for value for money given its location we enjoyed our stay.

Clean and tidy. No elevator. It needs upgrading in linens, drapes, tv and furniture. Food in restaurant was excellent and service was quick and efficient. It was a family atmosphere and the owner/manager was lovely. The rates do not qualify for the quality of room.

The hotel is all OK. It is 5 - 7 minutes away from Koblenz by taxi (about 12 - 13 euros) or 10 - 15 minutes by bus. Bus stops right next to hotel but it is runs every 0.5 - 1 hour (depending on time of a day). We rented two rooms - so cost of a taxi ride was well offset by savings on the room price. This hotel is 6km from the city centre, and the bus only travels once per hour. The bus is fairly expensive - €3.10 each way. The hotel is at the top of a hill, and our room was at the front, so traffic noise was constant and fairly noisy. There is a nice beer garden at the back of the hotel, and the owners were kind about letting us keep our rental […] bikes there. The first day we were asked what time we would like to have breakfast, 8,9 or 10 and we said 8, but the hot plates with eggs were always empty by the time we got to the breakfast room. Really genuine people running this hotel. Very pleasant and felt like staying at a friend's house. Attached restaurant is very tasty (I recommend the goulash soup). Breakfast is the standard we found across Germany, bread, cheese and coldcuts. Free parking is a plus

We stayed there for 3 nights. Room really comfortable and clean. Breakfast included in the morning was complete and really good. There was a lack of infos about what to do in the area, just a table with some brochures. We went to the tourist information place at the train station instead. They are a bit far from Koblenz but there are 2 buses (8 and […] 358) that come pretty close to the hotel so it's nice and useful to get to the main city. Calm and nice residential area still a good walk to the grocery store and bit hard by bikes. Really nice and even more if you have a car or want use the bus. Would stay there again. Bom hotel. Bom cafe da manha. Excelente custo beneficio. Restaurante com boa comida e bom preco. Um pouco de dificuldade para estacionamento, consegui um lugar porque cheguei cedo.

Huoneemme sijaitsi kellarissa, jonne pääsi hotellin pieneltä parkkipaikalta. Etuhuoneessa oli valtava musta nahkainen kulmasohva, makuuhuoneessa sängyt ja kattolamppu. Hotellin ravintola oli viehättävän saksalainen ja aamiainen runsas ja hyvä.

Hotellet låg mitt i ett villakvarter ganska långt från centrum, men då vi bara skulle övernatta där så var det helt ok. Rummet var väldigt stort, vilket är viktigt då vi reser med tre små barn 1,6 och 8 år gamla. Färgsättningen var fräsch och inredningen likaså. Sängarnas bekvämlighet var inte toppen men ganska bra. Över förväntan då hotellet hade en nybyggd del som är superfräsch. Bredband fungerade tyvärr inte i den delen. Frukosten lite fattig annars vänlig personal dock begränsade engelska kunskaper.

Lähellä Vallendarin keskustaa, ei liian kaukana Koblenziakaan. Siisti pikkuhotelli. Aamiainen ei kovin kummoinen ja myöhässä yhtenä aamuna ! Henkilökunta palvelevaa, avuliasta!

Godt hotel flinke værter og fantastisk god og veltillavet mad. Ikke så mange muligheder for andre steder i byen og spise, nærmeste er Koblenz ca. 5 km.
