Had a small but comfortable and clean room with a very good bathroom. Excellent location close to Paddington station, easy access to Heathrow Airport via Heathrow Express, and to centre of London by tube or bus. Good hotel for a business trip, but could consider staying there also for leisure (for a couple of nights).

Had a great stay here. Fantastic location near Paddington station, a 15 minute ride from heathrow. Loads of food options around and a short walk to Hyde park. The room was fine and suited our needs, not overly flash but comfortable and not as small as i expected from other reviews. Great location, clean rooms, but very small, nice Continental breakfast.....only complaint were the TV's.....only get 10 channels and one was in French, one in Russian & one in Greek or some type of Slavic language.....so 7 channels in a hotel in a major International City seems ridiculous......My son & I only wanted to watch the Soccer Match's on every […] nite all week, but were forced to go out since Hotel TV's didnt have a single Sports channel.....unbelievable that would occur in a football nation like England, Pubs would not allow my minor son in after 7 pm so we missed all the Games, Hotel should address that!!! Great location if you arrive at Heathrow Airport. There`s a train (Heathrow Express) which goes direct to Paddington Station. It`s not the cheapest option to get the hotel but you travel very comfortable and with heavy luggage. The hotel is located just 2 blocks from Paddington Station. Although there´s no touristical attractions near the hotel you […] can take the tube or buses to anywhere. If you want to travel by tube during the week, try Lancaster Station (4 blocks from the hotel) instead of Paddington because Paddington is full of people who go to work. Buses are cheaper than the tube and you have the opportunity to see the city while you travel. Late at night many tube lines close but there`s a good bus services some of then during the hole night. Free wifi internet worked very well and breakfast was good. As first time travellers to London, we were pleased to have chosen Days Inn London Hyde Park. Firstly, it's convenient location - the hotel is about 15 minutes walk from Paddington Station, which is 15 minutes ride from Heathrow Airport (by Heathrow Express) or if you're not in a hurry, I suggest taking the Heathrow Connect (30 minutes ride) which […] is much cheaper. Paddington Station is also connected to the Bakerloo, Hammersmith & City, District and Circle Lines (Tube). There are plenty of restaurants and mini-markets nearby the hotel (including a M&S Simply Food and Sainsbury inside Paddington Station). There's also a bus stop for Big Bus Company where you can purchase a 48-hour ticket to hop-on-hop-off its route which covers most major attractions in London. Secondly, value for money - we felt the hotel was really good value for money as the room was adequately size #we still have walking room despite having 2 big suitcases) with a decent bathroom and free wireless broadband in room. Breakfast was good enough for us and the frontline staff were helpful when approached for advice and directions - they even helped us make a last-minute phone booking for day tour out of London. Very pleased with the reception staff. Welcoming entrance and very clean and tidy bedroom. Plenty to eat at the continental breakfast. Ideally situated between Paddington tube station and Hyde Park.

very plesent stay, it's the 2nd time for me, the first was with family, and i came again to have fun with my own and friends. very good breakfast! rich and yammy... clean and tidy rooms and bathroom. comftorbale bad, certenly will come again, verious way's of transporting to everywere. friendly stuff.

This hotel was excellent, the staff were very helpful and polite. Our room was clean and quite adequate and the beds comfy. My only disappointment was that the bar had run out of red wine when we wanted a drink later in the evening!

Good standard and very clean. Good basic breakfast. Only negative was the poor reception on the TV and the lack of channels - only BBC1 and Channel 4 plus a bunch of foriegn stuff, I would stay again - excellent value.

The hotel had a traditional, guesthouse feel to it. A bit different from your modern, purpose built chain type. The continental breakfast (help yourself) was included in the price, and i had no complaints about it. Overall, i was happy with my stay.

Worst thing about this hotel is the mattress. We couldn't sleep. We tried another room, mattresses are all old and deformed. Room small. Bathroom small.

The hotel would be better called Days Inn Paddington as it was a stones throw from the station rather than a quarter mile from Hyde Park as the name suggests.The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and gave us an excellent first impression. The lady who checked us out was again very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage with her, free […] of charge after we had checked out, so that we didn't have to carry it around the city with us on New Years Day. Hotel was in a very good location, close to the trains and underground. The room itself was clean and the staff were helpful but the only down side was that the room was too small for three people.

The Hotel is fine for one night, the listing suggested a reduction from a very high cost per night however the room and the hotel were not in that category. For what I paid it was an acceptable price, for a Hotel in a good location

Location was good for tube and train access to Paddington. We made a request for 3 separate beds, and the hotel was able to accommodate us with that, though the room reminded us of a very small dorm type setup with a very small bathroom. We had a few issues with stabilizing the radiator heating, but we adapted. The hotel was just a stopover and I chose it mainly as it was close to Paddington Station and I have a big suitcase. The hotel was in good condition and although I was opposite the lift I was not aware of the other guest comings and goings. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Apart from a tiny room (was a triple room but thankfully only 2 of us were staying there) & some noise due to the location of the room (near a fire door) no real compliants. All in all a pretty basic/average hotel which in fairness was reflected in the price.

I would stay here again. Hotel was well-maintained and clean in an excellent location. Room was on the small side but it did not matter to us, we were rarely in it. Several good restaurants and pubs nearby, centrally located - we walked almost everywhere - and close to tube station.

I only really stayed there for the night but the overall experience was fine. The room was small, but not unexpected for central London, although the bathroom felt smaller than usual. The room was clean and the staff were polite, so overall my experience was comparable to what I expected.

Staff was great. Free Internet. Rooms very small but it is London and they do what they can with the space they have. We were a family of three in the same room anyway. Great location near Paddington Station. Makes getting around very easy.
