Hotel godny polecenia, jedyne co nas zaskoczyło to niedzielny poranek godz. 9 rano, pukająca obsługa hotelowa, chcąca posprzątać pokój.

Super hotel, bardzo wygodne i wspaniale wyposażone pokoje. Obfity i bardzo dobry bufet śniadaniowy. Pomocny personel. Zdecydowanie polecam.

This hotel has everything you could ask for--large, modern, immaculate rooms, comfortable beds, all amenities including bathrobes and slippers, free health club, free wifi, in-room safe--but is a bus or tram ride away from most of the sights of Warsaw. Really good and comfortable hotel, with a not so far distance to old town, Zloty Tarasy and more. And the reception personal were very nice and helpful. Btw one of them was extremely handsome ;)

Very good hotel for the "Warsae beginner"... The location is not so good, the breakfast was very good, the staff is very kind. the best thing is the Gem but the bar is very poor (I'm not a Casino person)

Excellant property as expected 5 star service. Area surrounding hotel being developed as in many areas of Warsaw. Great weekend deal, will book again for next visit

Nice hotel, got an amazing deal, rooms are a decent size, very comfortable and breakfast was good. Only negative (and its a small one) is location, hotel is not really in a main part of town. The old part of town is a taxi ride away, there is a small drag with a few restaurants on it, about a 15 minute walk away

But too expensive to park your car in the garage. Staff was nice and friendly. Neighbourhood was bad. But there is always a taxi in front of the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I reached there way before checkin time coz I was driving through Warsaw. Reception staff was so helpful and got checked in without hastle. Would love to stay there again and recommend to all my friends if going Warsaw that's the place to stay. Well done.

Very central to business district but not many convenient restaurants by the hotel. Hotel was comfortable and clean.

I'd read many reviews before and after booking so I hope that my review helps with your decision to book with the Hilton. We stayed 9 nights in an Executive King Room. I found everyone to be very welcoming. The room was a reasonable size and a wonderful bathroom. The shower is a bit on the small side but that said I would give up the extra space to […] have that great bath tub any day. Yes the tub got used! Housekeeping was above average. The staff in the executive lounge were all great, helpful and professional. Some of the hot meal offerings could get redundant but there was a lot of other fare to enjoy. The 15 minutes exercise walking to the city centre or Old Town helped to burn off the extra calories from breakfast croissants. Looked at the pool but didn't get around to getting in. Hotel Concierge - Top Notch. Certainly a keeper. Helped with train schedules, tram and bus routes, maps and more. The staff were incredibly friendly; however, the room was not as tidy as I would expect from a 5 star hotel. There was a dirty rag left in the bathtub and someone had put an empty pringles can back into the mini bar. Otherwise, bed was very comfortable, there was no street noise and they provided a complimentary bathroom/slippers as well as 2 bottles […] of water. The Hotel is really great: clean with a really responsive staff. The location is ideal if you are staying for more than a couple of nights. It is close to the center yet with the comfort of a residential apartment.

A very clean and well managed hotel with an impressive gym and swimming pool. The SPA is very good and the lobby bar is not too expensive and serves good food. The parking is just underneath the hotel and is reasonably priced (20EUR per day). There's a casino in the same building. Hotel customers don't get towels in the gym, which is a little annoying. The […] hotel is quite far from the center and the surrounding area is a little scary. However, the hotel has it's own fleet of taxis, which are great and not expensive. Great rooms, good service, excellent value. The Fitness is amazing and the pool free - both complimentary. A nice bar and a rather big casino in the hotel. A little far from the city center.

Excellent overall, comfortable room that deserves 5 stars. Good breakfast buffet. The only quibbles were; two milk sachets in the room were out of date, my used coffee spoons were not replaced when the room was cleaned, and the receptionist wrongly billed me for the mini bar (but she was quick and polite the remove the fee when I protested). Warsaw Hilton is located in an ugly hard to aaccess part of Warsaw, away from all attractions and business district. On that score alon it is best to go to teh otehr 3-4 five-star hotels in town. This is a relatively new property with an excellent staff and attention to detail. The gym was out of this world fantastic, I rarely have come across such a well equiped facility. Bring your running gear and swim trunks. The only downside to this property is that is NOT near the city center. The neighborhood is going through change and there is a major […] construction site next door (should be completed by early 2010). Taxi transportation is plentiful and it is the only option to / from the hotel. The rooms are in the new "hilton" style of split room/working office. Very well done and worth the money and the stay. I forhold til andre Hilton-hoteller, så var niveauet ringe når vi snakker mad og personale. Vi gjorde flere gange brug af hotellets køkken, hvor priserne var opskruede og kvaliteten hovedrystende dårlig. Personalets engelsk var så mangelfuldt, at det var en kæmpe udfordring at bestille ekstra dyne, leje af film, bestilling af roomservice m.m.

Hotellet var virkelig kjempeflott!!! God frokost, fine og rene rom med både dusj og badekar, kort vei inn til sentrum med billig taxi, kasino på hotellet, på hotellet var det også stort treningssenter med LesMills timer hotellets gjester kunne bruke fritt så ta med treningsklær, Svømmebasseng med jacuzzi og steambad.

Hadde et flott opphold 4-8 mars 2012. Vil gjerne reise tilbake. Eneste jeg synes er å bemerke seg er at både bassenget og treningstudioet ikke er hotellet som driver, så det er et kommersielt treningsenter, ikke bare for hotellets gjester. Mye folk og stressende men bra fasiliteter.

Veldig greit hotell, mange fasiliteter, og vennlig personale. Utmerket rom, det anbefales å oppgradere til king size.

Har aldrig bott på Hilton tidigare, men blev väldigt överraskad. Bokade en hörnsvit med otrolig utsikt. Det var den skönaste hotellvistelse i mitt liv, och tillgången till loungen gjorde det ännu mer bekvämt. Restaurangen i lobbyn var bra, men självklart inte så prisvärd. Erinomainen hotelli. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja huoneet siistejä. Ruoka erinomaista. Ympärillä rakennetaan paljon, joten maisemat evit parhaat mahdolliset. 15min kävelymatkan päässä suuri kauppakeskus josta löytää kaiken tarvitsemansa.

Hotel Hilton i Warszawa ligger som en oase med eksklusive facilititeter i storbyen. Foruden velindrettetde værelser rummer hotellet en flot og lækker lobby og har et yderst velfungerende fitnesscenter med mange mulighed og en glimerende swimming pool med spa-bad og dampbad. Servicen er venlig og alt fungerede fantastisk.
