Nice hotel with good facilities, room spacious with nice sea view and jacuzzi on balcony (we had a superior room). The sheets and towels were changed every day and the room was clean. Free wi-fi is available. The outdoor pools are free, unfortunately the indoor ones are part of a spa facility, requiring additional payment. Some decor in corridors etc […] is a bit worn, not quite 5* standard (this is however reflected in the price of the accommodation). A car is needed to get around eg. to the restaurants and shops of Altea about 2 miles away. The hotel is by the sea, but it's a stony beach, sandy beaches are to be found in Altea for example. Hotel was excellent, only issue for a 5 star hotel I would expect free wi-fi and coffee making facilities in the rooms. We had a superior room which was spacious and very clean. The bathroom included a wet room as well as bath.

This hotel is nice, good breakfast, nice pool, walking distance to all kinds of nice restaurants. They should upgrade the bedding/linnens but that's about it. Our room had a door seperating the entrance/bathroom from the bedroom, so you don't hear sounds from the hallway.

El hotel es muy agradable y la estancia si hace buen tiempo es fantastica ya que lo mejor es la piscina y el restaurante exterior. Stayed here for two nights. The room was quite big, especially the bath room. The bed/mattress was slightly uncomfortable, but ok enough. The pools were big and clean, the outer area generally very nice. The spa area was very disappointing. It is very small, and many things didnt work. For example the showers and some of the "waterfall" functions in […] the pool. We both tried the therapautical massage 1 hour, and this was also very disappointing. The massage was not "therapeutical" more like a "comfortable massage", the staff at the spa is probably not certified masseurs. The staff gave us shower caps in a plastic bag before we could enter the spa. They "forgot" to tell us that shower caps costs 4 euros each and they charged our room for this. We were not aware of this before check out time. Even when we told the receptionist that no one told us they were to be handed back to the spa, we had to pay. They even called down to the spa staff, and even though we only speak a little bit of spanish it was clear that they were having fun at our behalf. Very rude receptionists! The hotel is located far away from Altea center, so it is necessary to take a taxi to visit the beautiful Altea old town. If you are looking for a spa hotel, you should choose some other spa hotel because this was the most disappointing spa I have ever been to.If you are looking for a hotel near Altea and the beach, there are plenty of other good hotels in Altea. Litt for langt fra Altea sentrum. Gikk ikke å gå pga ingen (lite) fortau. Måtte ta drosje, men den var jo mye billigere enn i Norge. Alt i alt et meget brukbart hotell med mye uteplass og bassenger.

Hotel ist mit 5 Sternen überbewertet: Wir konnten unser Gepäck selber ins Zimmer bringen, die Farbe des Bads blättert ab und die Wände im Zimmer sind dreckig. Wenn man nicht rechtzeitig reservierte konnte man draussen kein Mittagessen zu sich nehmen und musste sich mit Bistro-Pizza zu überteuerten 16 Euro zufrieden geben. Eneste minus er at de la oss inn på ett billigere rom den første natten, uten balkong, noe som vi hadde bestilt,,, De forsøkte å rette opp fra dagen derpå så etter det var alt meget bra, men ingen forslag om konmpensasjon for den dyreste natten og i det dårligste rommet..

Vi boede 1 nat på dette dejlige hotel. Meget flot poolområde og flot beliggenhed. Vi var meget tilfredse og kan ikke klage over noget. Vil anbefale at booke et værelse med havudsigt. Super god udsigt.

En general muy bien, pero el gym necesita un poco de renovación. Tambien tienen que cambiar su sistema para el wifi. No se ppuede cobrar por wifi en un hotel de cico estrellas. Y, si uno cobra, el precio - 15 euros por 24 horas - debe cobrar todos los instrumentos que tiene el huesped (Ipad, movil, PC etc.) Ahora hay que comprar wifi para cada instrumento. […] Eso me hace pensar antes de regresar otra vez. Morgenmaden var god og omfattende, men derefter var det svært at finde rigtig god mad i området. På hotellet er der en restaurant, de taler dårligt engelsk, serveringen er middelmådig og maden ligeså - kun prisen svarer til de 5 stjerner. Flott hotell med fin beliggenhet. Rent og fint overalt. Service nivået samsvarte ikke med tidligere anmeldelser på Hotels.com. Engelskkunnskapene til noe av hotelpersonellet som naturlig har kontakt med gjestene var så som så, noe som gjenspeilte kvaliteten på romservice. Flere av resturantene som vistnok skulle finnes på hotellet var ikke åpnet, selv […] ikke i begynnelsen av juni. Strandbaren var heller ikke mye å skryte av til å være en 5-stjernes hotell.
