Very clean and nice hotel, in a quiet village, very close to the Malpensa airport. If you are between planes it's ideal. I have only one complaint - about the free shuttle to the airport. It doesn't say on the internet adv that the shuttle works only between 8 to 10 am and 6 to 11 pm. The airport is only 1,5 km but if you take a taxi you'll pay 15 euro one way. Nobody will tell you that you can get there for free, just take the bus that goes from terminal 1 to terminal 2 and get out at the stop named Case Nuove, than 10 min walk and you're there.

The printer should also be replaced and somewhat upgraded since almost every time I printed something the machine jammed. We chose to have a room with a view of the lake but nowhere did it tell us that you didn't get the sun after about 9:00 am! A better option would be to have a room with a view of the pool and gardens as they get the sun for most of the day. The room was much smaller than we had anticipated from the photographs but it was very clean; the balcony was […] also very small. "A bit disappointing."
I was a guest last year and when the opportunity came up to return I couldn't wait. I was disappointed when the air conditioning was not working in our room and we were not offered a different room. The breakfast was not as good either. You can't beat the view. The service needs to be consistent.

El Hotel está para rehabilitar, hay habitaciones mejores pero a mi me tocó una habitación muy pequeña y oscura sin casi espacio para moverse a pesar de haberlo reservado con muchisima antelación y haber pagado lo mismo que mi compañera que tuvo más suerte con la habitación. No han cambiado muchas de las ventanas por lo que al ser de madera entra frío […] y no esta especialmente limpio. Tout est dit dans le titre, cet hotel du début du siècle est magnifique mais sans aucune insonorisation, on entend les bruits de douche, de wc, la musique de la salle de restaurant, ... C'est dommage car le reste est parfait (personnel, cadre, petit dej, ...).

Très bel hotel, idéalement situé dans la petite ville de Stresa. Copieux petit-déjeuner. Excellent rapport qualité / prix. Le top : le SPA au sous-sol avec sa grotte jacuzzi et les douches sensorielles. Les petits moins : mauvaise isolation sonore et pas de hammam/sauna le matin.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön am See und ist auch sehr gepflegt. Der Empfang wahr ein wenig chaotisch, die Damen an der Reception können kein deutsch was für ein 4 Stern Hotel nicht so toll ist, auch ist die übergabe der Zimmer auf 14 00 Uhr abgemacht, mussten aber bis 15 00 uhr warten. Auf der Terasse musste man froh sein wenn jemand vom Service kommt […] und einen bedient, am besten man geht hinein und bestellt. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Das Hotel hat die Erwartungen, die an ein Hotel dieser Klassifizierung gestellt werden ganz erfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Atmosphäre und der Service war empfehlenswert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Excellent sur tous les points de vu y compris sur la beauté et le concept de la piscine que je n'ai vu par ailleurs. Je recommande sans hésiter cet hotel.

"Sehr schönes Hotel"
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Innert Minuten ist alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Gartensicht, was störend war, der Geruch der Küche. Ansonsten nichts weiter zu Bemängeln. Wir würden dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

sehr schönes und stilvolles hotel mit flair in wunderbarer lage. einziger nachteil ist die wohl schöne, aber leider noch nicht ganz fertig gestellte wellnessanlage. hier ist nach erstem eindruck auch nicht alles durchdacht. sauna war kalt, dampfbad wurde als durchgang benutzt. duschen waren nur in der umkleide zu finden. kein personal in der wellne […] ssanlage. hotel regina stresa italie hotel très agréable, bien situé et surtout avec un garage fermé,très agréable pour nous qui voyageons souvent en voiture. La vue sur le lac est très belle et les prestations correspondent au prix
Idéal pour une première approche en grand confort du lac majeur avec les iles Borommées, en face de l'hôtel. Je recommande.
"Un Palace idéalement situé"
Ce palace est le premier d'une série, sur la promenade de Stresa, partant du centre ville. Le parking est gratuit, on peut tout faire à pieds : le centre et ses restaurants, la promenade splendide, prendre les bateaux pour les magnifiques iles borromées, à portée de voix, quasiment, ou encore prendre le téléphérique du Mottarone, ou un petit train pour […] la villa pallavicino. Le petit déj était inclus et très copieux et qualitatif. On l'a pris sur une terrasse fleurie. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables et protégés. Trés peu de monde en profite, au regard du taux de remplissage de l'hôtel. La piscine n'a pas de petit bain, pour les enfants. Du coup, c'est très tranquille ! Le bar de la piscine est fermé trop tôt, en fin d'après midi : ce qui empêche d'y prendre un apéritif. C'est très dommage ! A la piscine intérieure avec parcours aquatique, au hammam et aux appareils de sport : très peu de monde et c'est à volonté. L'accueil du sporting club ne parlait pas du tout français, alors difficile de se faire expliquer le parcours aquatique, les vestiaires, les serviettes fournies, etc.. Les soins ou massages se font dans 2 cabines soignées, sur rendez vous, environ 1 euro la minute, selon. Notre chambre était à coté d'un ascenseur et coté jardin et entrée des autos, mais très calme. Des concerts ont lieu dans les salles de réception magnifiques, au sous sol et donc sans nuisance, hormis le public qui accapare les places de parking, ces soirs-là. Un regret : que les personnels de salle du petit déjeuner ne fassent pas l'effort de parler français, même pour un café ! Idem pour la carte du restaurant. Alors nous avons fait l'effort de parler italien, autant que possible ! En revanche, à la réception, tout est parfait. Ce palace est chargé d'histoire, sa déco est superbe et authentique, sauf le bar interieur qui fait trop seventies. Globalement, séjour TRES agréable, à Stresa. Przeczytaj więcej

Hotel Regina palace heeft een fantastische uitstraling op een A-locatie bij het stadje Stresa aan het Lago Maggiore. Het stadje met de pleintjes met restaurantjes en winkeltjes geeft een heerlijk vakantiegevoel en het meer met de prachtige eilandjes werkt zeer uitnodigend. Je kunt in Stresa lekker en betaalbaar eten met een heerlijk wijntje. Echter […] het hotel moet de puntjes op de I zetten om de 4-sterren ook in de toekomst te behouden. Er moet veel onderhoud gedaan worden aan de gevels en badkamers. Daarnaast lopen een aantal zaken niet goed: Te weinig en verouderde liften en een paar keer problemen tijdens het ontbijt. Dit betreft beschikbaarheid brood en beleg, bestek etc. Sauna en stoombad defect. Bij op en aanmerkingen wordt echt Italiaans gereageerd, dat lost niets op maar je moet er wel om lachen. Wel een sfeer van grandeur en een beetje decandentie wat een prettig vakantiegevoel geeft. Heerlijk gerelaxed aan het zwembad met een zeer attente badmeester. Hotel parfaitement situé pour tous les départs des sites touristiques et du centre ville.Accueil chaleureux,chambre un peu petite et de plus la baignoire balneo ne fonctionnait pas.Mais vue exceptionnelle sur le lac.Hotel digne des palaces des années 30,déco,meubles,tapis et pianiste pour l'apéritif.Petit déj.trés copieux
