First time staying here. Loved the spa....casino...and restaurant. Room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the complimentary products in room. Will gladly stay here again.

The hotel meets all needs but did not feel that the service at check in was acceptable... maybe lack of experience or just plain rude! They need some sculpting in the customer service dept.

Overall this hotel was very nice to stay in. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The only compaints I had were that they have a casino in the hotel and parking is mixed in. They do have side parking but if you want to be able to see your vehicle from the rooms that face the lot, you […] have to find parking among the casino folks. The only other thing I did not like was that trying to get out of the hotel and go west was impossible. You have to go east and then find a place to turn around. Not too much the hotel can do about that but it was slightly frustrating. The stay did include a continental breakfast, with a waffle bar and coffee, and they have a nice restaurant there as well although it seems you have to go outside to get over to it. Not so nice in the rain. I did have a pleasant stay and the pillows were very nice. The bedding was clean and thick. The rooms were nice and fairly large. Again, overall...good hotel. The treasure cove hotel is attached to the only casino in Prince George so it's convenient if you are a gambler. It's within walking distance to Pine Centre Mall. However, the room I was in was in need of repairs ie. chipped paint/scuffed up doors and walls. I don't mean to nitpick but when paying what I did I would expect better up keep. "Treasure Cove Hotel - Great Casino and Breakfast"
We had a great stay at the Treasure Cove Hotel and really enjoyed receiving the $5.00 for the Casino for each day of our stay. We enjoyed eating at the Casino Restaurant also and having breakfast each morning in the Breakfast room. The rooms were very comfortable.
