Went to Christmas in the Woods. This location was easy to get to from buffalo, and easy to get to the show. There were good restaurants right near by- the helpful staff made great suggestions. Our overall stay was quite good. The biggest issue was at check-in. We arrived at 1440, and were told we could not check in until 1500, because the rooms were not ready. We left, and returned an hour later. Again, our room was not ready. We were told that they had a very busy weekend. The issue was, we arrived on a Monday, and a day late due to car […] problems. I guess we would have had to stay in the lobby, since apparently all the rooms were not ready to be occupied. Also, our room card was cancelled on the second night of our stay. A LOT OFCHAIN HOTELS SEEM TO BE BUILT RIGHT NEXT TO AN EXPRESSWAY OR BUSY ROAD.THIS ONE IS A FEW BLOCKS AWAY FROM A BUSY ROAD,SO THERE IS NO NOISY SIDE OF THE BUILDING,YET ITS STILL VERY CONVENIENT. THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE. I felt welcomed the moment I walked in the door. My room was execeptionally clean and comfortable. (The bed is comfortable but could be softer, though.) This hotel is centrally located but still in a quiet corner. There is a Sheetz gas station (with diesel fuel also), Bob Evans, Ruby Tuesday, and Inner Circle Pizza down the hill. There is plenty of […] parking that's easy to get in and out of if you have a truck or SUV. There is an overflow lot for those of you with animal trailers.
