i am very satisfied with this hotel. It looks much better in reality than in all these pics. Stuff was nice, we got really great room on the 9th floor. Food was amazing The only noise we could hear in our room was the swoosh of surf, so no complains about that. Definitely comming back!

Hotel znajduje sie nieco poza centrum Palmy. Jednak nie trzeba koniecznie brac taksowki aby sie do niego dostac. Wystarczy wsiasc na lotnisku w linie L1 i wypatrywac na przystanku lini nr 46 wowczas to wysaidamy i jedziemy az do przystanku hotel Belveder. Teraz pozostaje nam minuta spaceru do hotelu Blue Bay. Do plazy jest naprawde blisko, widac ja z okien. W okolicy sklepy i kawiarenki. KONIECZNIE POLECAM wykupienie obiadow. Szwedzki stol, bardzo duzy wybor i w dodatku bardzo smacznie. Za tak male pieniadze lepiej na Majorce sie nie wyzywicie :) !! Stan lazienki bardzo dobry. Restauracja, ogrod i basen zgodny z opisem. Pokoj niestety ciut przyciasny - lozko zajmuje jego znaczna czesc, wybor kanalow w tv odpowiedni do rozmiaow pokoju czyli marny ;) ale w pokoju mamy glownie spac a nie imprezowac. Warto zwocic uwage na badzo fajny balkon z krzeselkami w kazdym pokoju. Mimo wszystko szczerze polecam ten hotel ktorzy szukaja czegos za rozsadna cene w komfortowych warunkach.

Very disappointed - booked because the hotel had 2 pools, outdoor pool temperature suited polar bears! indoor pool closed until November, complained by email - no response. Room size smaller than expected, asked about this receptionist assured us all of the rooms same size, but found out a day later after we had unpacked that bigger rooms were available, […] complained to manager he said it was on the website and offered nothing. We were the only English family in the hotel everyone else appeared to be German, this appears to be the case in this area of Palma although everyone seems friendly enough and speaks English. The beach is great and the sea is much warmer than the hotel pool which was noted by other guests and reviews. Very disappointed by the manager not offering anything - even a free drink. This hotel is rated as an 4* but it does not live up to this rating.We were staying self catering for 11days. The Air conditiong did not work.they. They was no cereal bowls,no kettle just one small sausepan. We requested a kettle and cereal bowls and received them. There was dogs locked up in a compound across from our appartment and they barked all […] night and day. We had dinner in the Hotel on the day we arrived and we were informed at the desk that dinner was €24 each but when we were paying it was the cost for two dinners.Very poor communications skills at the customer srvice desk. German speaking people are very well looked after in this hotel not english speaking people(Irish). Overall we were very disappointed with this Hotel and it is not a 4 star grade. The hotel food was amazing, the service was excellent. The facilities were second to none. The only small issue which let it down was the bedroom which needed upgrading.
Vi bodde tre nätter på hotellet och hade all inclusive. Är nöjda med allt utom sängarna som inte var sköna, hårda och "nedlagda". Bra läge nära stranden och maten var bra. Buss till Palma nära hotellet 1,5 euro. Till/Från flygplatsen går buss 21, nära hotellet, men vi tog taxi för ca 15 euro. Wir hatten ein Apartment, Wohnraum mit Kochecke, Schlafraum, Balkon. Internet für eine Woche für 20, Das Frühstück war gut. Am Service am / im Zimmer kann man nichts aussetzen. Insgesamt haben wir einen sehr positiven Eindruck gewonnen, auch vom Personal. Das Hotel liegt 10 Minuten Fussweg vom Bierkönig / Megapark entfernt, wenn man nicht will, bekommt […] man davon nichts mit. Wir haben abends mal im Hotel gegessen, das war ein gutes Angebot mit passendem Preis, aber auch ein tolles spanisches Restaurant mit richtigem Koch gefunden, 10 Minuten Fussweg Richtung Palma, Sportrestaurant, da hat man weniger ausgegeben und dafür richtige spanische Küche erlebt. Das Hotel hat übrigens auch einen gratis-Parkplatz für den Mietwagen. Wir werden wieder gerne dort buchen. Es erlaubt die Mitte zwischen Nachtleben und individueller Zeitgestaltung. Przeczytaj więcej

Prima locatie, dichtbij het mooie strand, zeer ruim omgezet, moderne stijl. Uitgebreidt buffet, met een maar, te klein restaurant 2x 15 minuten moeten wachten tot tafel vrij was, daarnaast veel heren in korte broek bij avond eten, terwijl er toch lange broek beleid is. Nette ruime kamers goede bedden, hotelkamer aan de zwembadkant mooier uitzicht. […] Weer een maar, policy van het hotel, airco niet werkend in de toch warme kamers omdat het geen zomer meer is. super fint hotel god beliggenhed, tæt på alt,nemt at komme til palma og lufthavn. det eneste vi syntes ikke var så godt,det er et 4stjernet hotel, der kunde godt have været skiftet sengetøj 1gang på den uge vi var der.

"Great service"
We where checked in on a suite with no meals, while we ordered a studio with breakfast included. We keeped the suite and the breakfast was added - great. Nice location, and nice area. The boardwalk along the beach is great. Playa de Palma seems to be less expensive than for instance Alcudia. "Nära till strand och stad"
Helt OK hotell väldigt nära stranden och Palma centrum. Bussen till Palma och flygplatsen avgår exakt utanför hotellets entré. Bra pool och barnpool och personalen var mycket bra. Maten var god men skulle vilja ha ett mer varierat utbud av kött.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt durchaus empfehlenswertes Hotel. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut, schöne Poolanlage. Leider sehr hellhörig gebaut, daher nicht zum Ausschlafen geeignet. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung.
Et rigtig godt hotel med god service. Der er mange tyskere på hotellet og i området generelt, så man skal forvente, at blive tiltalt på tysk fra personale og andre - men alt i alt et rigtig godt hotel med en fantastisk morgenmad og god behandling. Et lækkert pool område for både børn og voksne.

Tres beau séjour dans cet hotel ou le personnel est vraiment a la hauteur : acceuil, restaurant et femmes de chambres tres aimable et pro. Le cadre est tres beau et les repas de tres bonne qualité. Vraiment rien a redire de cet hotel nous y retournerons en famille prochainement

"Rent og greit"
Servicen og renholdet var bra. Kan du prate tysk så vil det være en fordel da de færreste av hotellets ansatte kan gjøre seg særlig godt forstått på engelsk. Litt skuffet over at utendørsbassenget ikke var oppvarmet slik at det nok neppe er varmt nok å bade i før mai/ juni. Enkel og billig transport med buss rett utenfor hotellet. DAs Hotel liegt nah zur Haltestelle und gleich in der Nähe vonHotel kann man Auto mieten.Es gibt auch eine deutsche Arztpraxis, einen kleinen Supermarkt und viele Cafes.

Hotellin aamupala ja illallinen olivat ruhtinaalliset. Ulkoallas- ja sisäallasalueet erittäin siistejä ja hyvässä kunnossa. Myös huone todella siisti, ainoastaan huoneen pieni koko yllätti. Maksullisessa saunassa sai hyvät löylyt. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Merenranta aivan lähellä. Maksullinen langaton laajakaista ei toiminut […] huoneessamme (4. kerroksessa), mutta ala-aulassa hyvin. "Zentrale Lage"
Das Hotel ist gepflegt und in einem altersgemäßen Zustand. Zimmerausstattung eher zweckmäßig. Eine 3-Sterne-Deklarierung wäre hier angebracht. Die Verpflegung war optimal und wird einem 4-Sternehotel gerecht. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Sehr gute zentrale Lage.
