i needed an inexpensive place to stay in paris and found this location. it looked a lot closer to the train station but since it was late, i decided to cab it since walking the streets of paris at 11p didn't sound so exciting. upon arrival we were greeted by saber. he spoke english and was basically a no-nonsense front desk guy. he gave me the key and […] just sent us up. the rooms don't appeared to have a lock. they were fairly tiny. the bathroom had towels and shampoo/body wash. there was no wifi in the room which was a bummer but my hubby and i were so tired we just knocked out. breakfast the next morning was my highlight. they offered a croissant and two baguettes with orange juice and coffee. it was sufficient and i liked that it was part of our hotel package. we were able to leave our luggage while touring paris. i thought there would be a locked room but you store it right behind the counter. fortunately nothing happened to our stuff. since it was daylight, my husband and i decided to walk to the train station. it took about 15-20 minutes but saved us about 6 euros. if you're looking for cheap, no frills hotel - this is the place. "Clean but old"
The room was clean... but the maintenance was really poor, wall paper rippen apart, tiny bathroom with broken walls. Ok for sleeping and visiting paris (for a cheap price) Breakfast was not sophysticated, but more than enough. (coffee, tea, yoghurt, bread, croissants honey and jam)

"Good location, but no luxury"
Great location in Montmartre, pretty close to metro and nice areas to walk about in. However, the bathroom was so small that you had to open the door to turn around in it, and the sheets on the bed were, if not directly dirty, not spotless. As we were here during a heatwave with more than 30C during the day, and warm nights, sleeping was not very comfortable […] as the rooms had no A/C nor fan and our window opened up to the patio behind the hotel where all sounds of neighbours snoring etc could be heard. This is a budget hotel so the rooms are very simple. We stayed at this hotel for 1 night just to try it out (after reading aweful reviews). After reading negative reviews about bed bugs, I was very paranoid and I didn't get a good night sleep. The location is okay, it's a 10 minute walk to the nearest subway station. "Svamp på værelset"
Vi ankom til et værelse der lugtede fælt og var fyldt med svamp. Da vi nævner det i receptionen, får vi at vide at de godt ved det og ikke kan gøre noget ved det - på en yderst flabet måde! Vi får dog diskuteret os frem til et nyt værelse, men da hotellet er booket kan vi først få det næste dag. Vi nævner at vi ikke vil betale for en nat i et værelse […] der er svamp, men receptionisten er ligeglad og siger at så kan vi jo bare finde et andet hotel. Propre, Calme, très bien maintenu
Accueil sympathique avec nos remerciement pour le remboursement de nos ares. On a pas eu de problème de stationnement car le parking souterrain tout à côté avait encore de la place, mais bien sur un peu cher pour nous les provinciaux. Proche de tout avec les bus.

Arrivée à l'hôtel, on m'a informé que je n'avais pas de chambre suite à un dégat des eaux. On m'a transferé en taxi au Modern Hôtel.Tout était organisé à la réception de l'Hotel cependant heureusement que j'avais téléphoné la vieille pour demander confirmation de ma réservation.Sinon je ne sais pas ce qui aurai pu se passer. Séjour de quatre nuits dans ce petit hôtel bien tenu et charmant. Très bon accueil par le personnel, petits déjeuners copieux, très propre, literie neuve et de qualité. Les deux seuls bémols : la salle de bains minuscule et la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres.

Bon accueil, bon petit déj, prix interessants. Chambre style ancien, petite. SDB TROP petite (on a le coude et la tête au dessus de l'évier quand on est assis sur les WC !) Odeurs d'égouts remontant tous les soirs (dommage...) Le service de reveil n'a pas fonctionné ! attention à vos trains et avions donc !

On remarque que des travaux de modernisation de l'hôtel ont déjà été réalisés, surtout à l'accueil et dans la salle du petit-déjeuner. Le confort des chambres reste sommaire, surtout au niveau de la salle d'eau; mieux vaut ne pas être obèse ! Hôtel situé un peu loin des stations de métro

設備は最低限以下です。時計すらないのには驚きました。しかしながら清掃は行き届いていますしフロントの対応は大変親切で、金額を考えると十分だったように思います。また周辺環境も一般的な観光地と違い生活感があり、バーや商店の客や店員とも会話ができてとても良かったです。

Et coté bruit, les murs sont fins donc on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir. chambre moche. sinon les draps sont propres.

De eerste 2 nachten hadden wij een kamertje op 2 verdiepingen met een kleine trap en 2 separate 1 persoons bedden op verschillende etages, wij hadden gevraagd om een double room. De kamer zag er niet netjes uit, vlekken in het tapijt, lawaaierig en badkamer was te klein, je kon nauwelijks goed op de toilet zitten. In plaats van de afgesproken 2 persoonskamer bleken er twee eenpersoonskamers gereserveerd. Uiteindelijk kregen we een veel te kleine kamer (eenpersoons was mijn indruk), gehorig, slechte matras. We konden elkaar in de kamer niet passeren! Een kledingkast in een nisje was moeilijk bereikbaar en de deur kon maar half open. Karig ontbijt met 1 croissant […] en een stukje brood. 一番安いシングルで宿泊しました。 中庭に面しており、窓がなく、ベッドでいっぱい の部屋でとてもせまかったです。 今回は２日間だったので小さいボストンで宿泊しましたが、もしスーツケースがあったら広げるのに苦労するでしょう。 お値段的には仕方ないかとおもいました。 奥の壁のくぼみに洋服掛けダンスがおいてありました。 たまたま暑い日だったので、窓がないのはつらかったです。 中庭に面したドアがガラス張りなので光ははいりますが、カーテンを開けっぱなしにすると部屋の中も丸見えになります。 また、階段の下にあたるのか、足音が響きましたし、上階でトイレやシャワーを使うと水流の音がかなり聞こえました。 ただ、私自身はあまり気にならないタイプですし、安くて寝られればいいやと思っていたので、不満には思いませんで […] した。 バスルームは驚きの狭さ！ トイレに腰かけると顔の前が洗面台です。 しかしタイルも白くて清掃は行き届いており、狭いながらも清潔感を感じました。 シャワーのお湯もたっぷり出ました。 ドライヤーもホース式のがついています。 フロントの方は丁寧で親切でした。 到着してすぐ、地図をくれてホテルの位置や近所のメトロ駅の位置を簡単に説明してくれましたし、チェックアウト後のタクシーも快く呼んでもらえました。 朝食はクロワッサン・バゲット・コーヒー・紅茶・ココア、ヨーグルトで、まずまずという感じです。 Wifiのサービスはありませんでした。 メトロのCadet駅へ行く途中や、ピガールのほうへ行くとスーパーがありました。 そんなにきつくはないけどCadetからは上り坂なので、スーツケースがある場合はタクシーで行くといいと思います。 部屋の狭さ以外には特に不満はありません。 たぶん私が今回泊まった部屋が一番狭くて条件の悪い部屋だと思うので、ダブル以上のお部屋ならもっと快適なのかもしれません。 Przeczytaj więcej

Hotellet var i svært dårlig forfattning, rommene var i dårlig stand, det var null form for lydisolering slik at man ble vekket mange ganger iløpet av ei natt av andre gjester, bråk fra gaten og fra heisen.
