Hotel jak najbardziej ok z małym mankamentem płatnym parkingiem przy meldowaniu poinformowano że parking jest free po czym przy odjeździe skasowano sporo bo 35 euro. pokój bardzo ładny i czysty córka była zachwycona z wielkiego wygodnego łóżka i wystroju, śniadanie bardzo dobre i do syta. aby dojść do centrum trzeba mieć dobrą kondycje i mapę. Basen z rześką wodą ale jest możliwość rozruszania się. Po opłaceniu kartą nie można otrzymać rachunku to też troche dziwne. ogólnie jestę zadowolona następnym razem sprawdze inny aby mieć porównanie gorąco pozdrawiam

Nice hotel, but the first room we were given was very hot and the air conditioning didn't make any impact at all. The hotel staff responded well to our complaint though - and moved us to a nicer and cooler room.

Great location for the main tourist sites. Room very comfortable. Only thing lacking was tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast expensive but there are so many cafes close by don't waste your money and eat out.

"NOT A 5 STAR"
We lovede the location of this hotel and it would have been great value for the price paid. However, reception service was curt and at times a bit gruff. Hotel breakfast was very good, but once again service was lacking. Here they tried but lacking staff. If they can clean up their service, I would recommend.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and the service wonderful. All the staff were very professional and accomodating. We would definately stay there again. This visit was a spru of the moment which we booked online in Europe; I would recommend making the reservation online as it saved us quite a bit. Fabulous staff and hotel. They all spoke excellent English. They upgraded us to a suite because we were celebrating our 45th Wed anniversary. In Herrengasse, you are close to all the fab. sights, right in the centre. This was a boutique hotel but hotel.com got us a very competitive rate.
"Excellent hotel in the heart of Vienna"
Lovely hotel, rooms are spacious, well furnished and well equipped. Bathrooms are also very good. Staff service was really excellent. Parking was expensive - 31 euros per night - but this is to be expected in the heart of Vienna. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel in terrific location.
The hotel room on the web and the hotel room you receive is not the same and the room is does have air con but it doesn't work in winter. So we had to change rooms to have a window that could open, but the noise in the street woke us everyday day before 5 in the morning. Else everything was fine.

This location is very convenient to the subway and to sightseeing locations. The lobby is swanky looking, and seems popular with you adults. "Very nice boutique hotel"
Best place to stay for a city trip. The hotel has a very good service and the rooms are very nice. Breakfast is excellent.
"Highly Recommend"
It is usually unfair to try to compare European hotels to American hotels. However, in the case of Radisson SAS Vienna, American hotels could learn a lot. We stayed two times at this property for a total of 8 nights. The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They all spoke English and went out of there way to assist us. We arrived at the SAS on […] the 2nd day of our European Vacation. American Airlines had lost our luggage and we only had a few items packed in our carry-on. By the 4th day we realized that our bag may never find us, and the next day was a holiday in Vienna. We had to find a place to wash what clothes we had. The Staff arranged a cab to pick up and drop off our wash with a 4 hour turn-around. They really saved our trip. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are just like in the States. Shower doors and great water pressure. They have free internet and the mini bar feature is really great. Every night they replace what you ate or drank, free of charge. We ate at the restaurant. The food was fantastic and the service impeccable. The lounge was a great place to relax and have a drink. The location is perfect for seeing the sites of Vienna and also has subway access around the corner. We did use the CAT service from the airport and then took the subway to the Herrengasse station. "Vi kommer tilbake!"
Flott hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Min samboer og jeg bodde på hotellet en langhelg i desember 2011, og kommer tilbake neste år. Det eneste som trakk ned var at resepsjonen var liten, hvilket kan medføre kø når flere skal sjekke inn.

"Diskret luksus i midten af Wien"
Et fremragende hotel, med en genial betjening. Alt fungerede, betjeningen er særdeles venlig og hjælpsom. Hotllet ligger perfekt mellem gågaderne og museumskvarteret, med under 5 min. gang til begge, og klods op ad U-bahn. Kan ubetinget anbefales!

Fint hotel. Eneste øv var, at vi havde et værelse på første sal, hvor 2 automatiske døre vækkede os om natten, hver gang de åbnede.
Really nice hotel in fantastic location. Good internet. Only complaint is the price for breakfast - 28 euro!
Hotellet har sentral beliggenhet , med svært gode fasiliteter som gir grunnlag for et problemfritt opphold. I nabobygningen er det en god frokostresturant.

"Wurde dem Anspruch an ein 5*Hotel nicht gerecht"
Am Tag der Anreise funktionierte das Internet im Hotelzimmer nicht. Trotz mehrmaliger Reklamation, konnte dieser Mangel bis zur Abreise nicht behoben werden; stattdessen verwies man uns auf den Internetzugang am Computer im Business-Raum. Auch dieser funktionierte beim ersten Anlauf nicht, da der Zugang bei allen drei Codes verweigert wurde, was bei […] Reklamation an der Rezeption keinen verwunderte (Codes werden abgetippt und per Hand auf kleine Zettelchen geklebt). Die Tastatur des Computers war klebrig vor Schmutz und einfach nur ekelhaft. Trotz (störend lauter!) Klimaanlage war der Raum nicht warm zu kriegen - es zog durch die Fenster herein, die Heizkörper konnten nicht manuell geregelt werden. Der Boden im Bad war unter der Klobürste großflächig verkalkt, in der Dusche war in einigen Fugen Schimmel. Trotz Bestellung eines in der Zimmerspeisekarte angebotenen Käsetellers wurde zwei Mal eine in der Karte nicht ausgezeichnete Käseplatte zu fast dem doppelten Preis boniert. Nach Reklamation des mangelhaften Internetzugangs, der Raumtemperatur und des falsch bonierten Zimmersevice' wurde uns beim Auschecken zunächst mitgeteilt, dass wenn einmal eine Bestellung boniert ist, man da nichts machen könne. 年末年始に6泊しました。一見看板もないので、ホテルとはわかりづらいかもしれません。内装はとにかくオシャレでスタイリッシュ。お部屋もスタンダードでしたので、あまり広くはありませんでしたが、十分くつろげました。浴室はバスタブがなくシャワーだけでしたが、あまり不便は感じませんでした。驚いたのは、ミニバーの飲み物やスナックがすべて無料だったこと。水・ジュースやビールなど１０種類ぐらい揃っていました。また、毎日補充してくれたので、水なども買いに行く必要がなく大変助かりました。立地は最高で、王宮などメインの観光スポットは徒歩圏内です。隣の有名カフェ「ツェントラル」の「カイザーシュマーレン」が美味でした。「デメル」も歩いてすぐ。とにかく便利でした。朝食も種類が揃っていて、おいしかったです。レストランやバー […] （生演奏）もあり、オシャレな滞在を満喫できました。ただ、寒さのせいか部屋の空調が弱く感じ、かけふとんを追加してもらいました。落ち着いたウィーン滞在をされたい方にはおススメのホテルです。 Przeczytaj więcej

L' hotel è meraviglioso, camera stupenda e frigo bar gratis. Temperatura perfetta, il giorno di natale ho dormito in mutande. Inoltre è a soli 50 m dalla metropolitana e a due passi dai monumenti più belli. Il portiere al mio arrivo ha cercato di parlarmi in Italiano, un bene per me che non conosco ne l'inglese ne il tedesco

Okay hotel - super beliggenhed i i gåafstand til et væld af seværdigheder. Venligt og servicemindet personale. Værelset havde en okay størrelse og indretning. Gratis minibar, der dagligt blev fyldt med sodavand og én øl. Under overfladen dog lidt mindre godt vedligeholdt - lampeskærm med hul i, hul i væggen i brusekabinen, kæmpe kalk-rande i badeværelset, […] der tydeligvis ikke var blevet gjort rent helt i bund lang tid. En del larm på værelset fra vejen - en anden gang vil jeg absolut bede om et værelse mod en af de mindre trafikerede sidegader. God morgenmad - men absolut i den dyre ende. Vi spiste aftensmad i restauranten uden at blive særligt begejstrede... Ellers behageligt sted - sauna, motinscenter, badekåber osv. Alt i alt et rimeligt tilbud, når pris og vurdering sammenholdes. During my stay at this hotel the only positive thing was the service in the hotel bar. Checking in was smooth and the service ok. During my stay the following things happend: 1. At 2 am one night I had to change rooms since it was raining in. 2. One afternoon, when I came back to the hotel, I found the door to my room open, a master-key was in the […] key/lightswitch holder. It was obviuos house keeping had forgetten this. When I went down to the reception they told me house keeping had left for the day. The room was at this time not cleaned properly. 3. The next day when I came back to the room another masterkey was forgetten in my room and the room was still not cleaned properly. This time when I went down to the reception they had to send house keeping to my room again to clean. 4. The only form for compensation I was offered after all this was some free drinks in the bar. I tried to talk to a manager about all problems that occured during my stay but evertime I tried no one was to be found. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfbereit. Bei der Ankunft haben wir noch einen Gutschein für ein Getränk in der Hotelbar erhalten.
