"Great stay"
This is a great hotel!! Service was wonderful, staff was helpful. The only issue I would like to see addressed would be that the beds be updated. They were soft but could use some more padding or pillow top.

"Sleep Inn - Smithfield, NC"
The non-smoking room smelled of smoke. So much smoke that my allergies were affected. The hotel includes smoking and non-smoking rooms on the third floor. The entire third floor smelled of thick smoke. The night time employees were smokers and not sensitive to non-smokers.
"Good place with great service"
The room was very comfortable and very clean. We missed the breakfast, so there is no comment for that. There was a nice LG flat screen TV and frig in the room.

GREAT SERVICE. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN. VERY CLEAN ROOM, FRIENDLY STAFF. WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN FOR SURE. LISA CHECKED US IN, AMAZING PERSONALITY AND SHE MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE GUESTS IN HER OWN HOME!

"Sleep Inn Ans Suites, Smithfield NC."
Counter staff on top of things. Helpfull and friendly. Room was spotless, and smelled nice. Pool was clean I was late for breakfast, past 9am, however they kept it going till we were done. THANKS!!!

"Nicely Suprised"
Nevered stayed in a Sleep Inn before and I was a little cautious but it was actually better than the Holiday Inn we stayed in the night before. It was very clean, the staff was very nice. We would definitely stay again.

I was greeted in a cheerful and helpful way after a long, long day on the road. The room was wonderful, the location was perfect, and the staff was friendly and made the check in ever so easy.

"Sleep Inn & Suites in Smithfield"
Staff was very informative and friendly. I was presently surprised of the cleanliness and layout of the room. Hotel is conveniently situated down the street from the Carolina Pottery (major shopping) and a few eating establishments. The overall quality of the room and hotel warrants more than 2 stars.
"Recommended motel off I-95"
Adjacent to factory outlet center, Harley-Davidson dealership, movie theater. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. Very easy to get to. Friendly staff. Smoky in the halls but room was clean. Very quiet.
"Allergic to cigarette smoke?"
Our only problem with this hotel was the overwhelming odor of cigarette smoke in the third floor corridors. Every room seemed to have a no-smoking sign posted outside and we even heard another guest inquire at the front desk about whether the entire third floor was FOR smokers and that guest was told "no", but while the room itself was odor-free, the […] corridor outside was very bad and, of course, the air would waft into the room whenever the door was open. Outstanding hotel!!!! This was my first stay at a Sleep Inn and I did not know what to expect. I had passed them many times and the one where I stopped...I must have passed 3 or 4 times. This hotel is still fairly new and in good condition. The staff was great, room was clean, everything worked as it should. Price is okay considering how expensive hotels are these days.

"Good stopping point on #95"
The Sleep Inn & Suites was a very good stopping point on our trip south on #95. It was clean, friendly and perfect for a one night stay. Breakfast was ok, but sufficed. Can't beat it for the price
