I had originally checked into another hotel that was horrid and decided to try this one. This hotel was only 15 dollars more but wow...what a difference. The staff was amazingly helpful and courteous. The pool and hot tub clean. The cucumber water in the lobby with free coffee, tea and ice tea was a nice touch. We stayed at your facility for our Anniversary and were awaken at 6AM from the maintenance crew power driving the concrete walk way. We ended up leaving your facility and checking into another resort so we could simply get some sleep. The hotel was ok. These comments are nitpicking. That said, the owner spent little on making this hotel worth the price. Bathrooms were very basic but clean. Good clean room with a large jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. Free parking. Convenient to West World. Would recommend. Small fridge, microwave and coffee maker nice. Bed a little hard.

The hotel was more than adequate for what I would say was a 3 to 4 star hotel. Great hotel! The only problem I had was that there was a little bit of noise coming from the pool at midnight, but it was 4th of July weekend so I didn't mind.

We were told that we would have a king size bed and a queen pull out bed. The pull out bed was a single. It was very misleading. Next time we will book the two queens. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at ALL times, even as far as saying "hello" every time they saw us. They went the extra mile in giving us local area information as well as directions, and made us feel very "noticed" and comfortable as though we mattered as their guests. The only "suggestion" I have is the pillows were a little too mushy […] ;-).. Many people like that, but it might be nice to have two different types on the bed per person instead of all four being the same. Also, when we arrived home, we found a $60.00 charge attached to our credit card bill. We'd paid our bill in full so called to question the charge. We were told it's standard procedure to protect them against any damage they may find in the room after checkout. If no damage is found, the credit card will then be credited the fee back. It would have been nice to have known this ahead of time. It may have been somewhere in the small print, and we missed it...but it would be nice to see that statement on the final charges bill tucked underneath the door in the morning. Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was amazing. When I checked in I mentioned that is was our 10 year anniversary, so the young man checking us in upgraded us to a suite. Then after we were in our room about 20 minutes the staff sent up wine, chocolate covered strawberries, a card, and cake with ice cream. The hotel is in a good location, just off Hwy 101. The general condition of the hotel is fine, clean but not luxurious. What was significantly noticeable was how polite and friendly ALL of the hotel staff was. Not just at the desk or the bartender, but everyone we came in contact with. The staff was very friendly. The pool is not as nice as it looks in pictures, and there is a definite lack of pool furniture (loungers, specifically). The breakfast is a bit overpriced for what it is. But it was very convenient to local businesses and sports arenas, and very comfortable.

The only complaint I have is that when I went to check in... the front desk person didn't even smile.. didn't say Hi.. just asked for driver's license & card... didn't tell me what he charged to the card.. nothing. Not very pleasant for welcoming guests!

In all honesty we prefer the Hilton Garden inns to most other hotels, This one was very easy to find and very clean, the Breakfast left something to be desired but the Whole Foods is close and we got coffee and made it in our room. Over all Great Hotel, Great Location

Even tho our room was by the side of the freeway (separated by desert land) it was quiet. John upgraded us to a King bed Suite. Nice hotel, however, pool was not in working order due to recent sand storm, only other downside, not close to other restaurants in area, hotel restaurant a little pricey and not very many items to choose from. Room was nice and clean, hotel staff nice and attentive to our needs.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Situated in middle of business park with easy access to highway but nothing at all is within walking distance. Shuttle will take you within a 5 mile radius of hotel if requested
