The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clear and cozy, although because it's near the Toronto airport, you can hear airplanes roaring overhead, though not too disturbingly for me. The entire hotel was taken up by 10-12 year old boys on a hockey tour. They ran screaming down the corridors all evening, slamming doors and shouting. Their coaches were rude and aggressive when we asked them to control the kids and keep the noise inside their rooms (our 2 and 4 year old children were trying to sleep). I checked out gazillions of hotels/reviews in toronto before making this choice and needless to say...I WAS IMPRESSED. My husband and I and 2 kids in tow were pleasantly suprised at the efficency upon checkin and then the room was great...the 1 bedroom suite was large enough for all four of in and we even had a crib brought in for the baby...teenage […] soon had a pullout bed....breakfast was included in our price and even though it had a good amount of choices, it was better than ok, but not great ! My advice to anyone whether family oriented or single with friends...its a great deal for the price and its quite clean and roomy. If you are planning on doing much of your site-seeing downtown, then choose another hotel as its about 1.5 hour from downtown on the buses...if you have a car, then its about 30 minutes on average, which is pretty average anywhere you go these days. Another word of advice is next time we plan on going..WHICH WE WILL STAY AT THIS PROPERTY, we would get the 2 bedroom suite instead of 1....we had a looksee when we were there, and its large...each of the 2 bedrooms has a flatscreen tv..36 inch i believe, PLUS the living room also has a tv, and the kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc etc...so if you want to save on some $$$, picking up some juice, water and snacks could save your wallet from a DENT !!! We had everything we needed. Swimming pool, bus to the airport and fridge in the room. It was pretty good.

My family loved staying here. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the full fridge, stove and dishwasher. The hotel is close to the airport and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect location for getting around on Toronto transit, easy to walk to and from safely. Good links to downtown. Fantastic staff, great breakfast and room facilities, even recycling bins in the rooms! We liked it a lot.

The service is too bad. When I check-in, I was charged extra 20 canadian dollars per room, it was said that every customer will be charged when they check-in for some unknown reason, to make sure you will not use the long-distance call, or smoke in room. For […] example, I asked four rooms in the floor when we four people check in, but they offered me is four rooms located in the first floor, the five floor, the seven floor, and eight floor, respectively, none of them are in the same floor! As far as I know, at that time, they actually have some roome in the same floor, I totally can not understand why they do like that. Finally, the server's manner is very bad, during the whole process of check-in, no any smile you can see from the face of that server named Rina. The feeling was too bad!!!! This hotel is handy to the airport, places to eat and the suite we got was brand new and a great location to stay!

We stayed for the weekend for a hockey tournament. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were fresh and the pool area was kept clean as well. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection to suit all tastes. The kitchen in the room was well equipped and having a full fridge and microwave was an added bonus for snacks and drinks. キッチンがついていて、冷蔵庫、電子レンジなど、いろいろ揃っていたこと ベッドルームとリビングが別の部屋になっていたこと コインランドリーがあること 売店があること 朝食がビュッフェであることが かなりポイントアップでした。 あとは、ホテルに無線LANを飛ばしてもらえれば言うことありません！ それだけが少し残念でした。
