"Not Really a Hotel - Beware!"
This pllace is a resident apartment complex - no maid service. Bed was 3" foam on a frame. Old and shabby. Smells of cooking all over the place. I only chose it due to a sold out condition in Lyon. I will never make that mistake again.
"Convenient Location but Annoyingly Managed"
The bed was really lousy -- a foldout sofa that squeaked a lot. The entry code for the door from the main street was changed without residents being advised. Also, the key provided didn't open the front door, so neither the belts NOR the suspenders worked. Since there's noone at reception until 8 am, and I went out for a run returning to the appart'city […] at 7:20 am, I was annoyed not to be able to gain entry. I was especially annoyed afterwards to hear that "we changed the code last night." Also, when I arrived, I found that the internet access advised was not available. "Come back after breakfast." Still not available. "Perhaps later." Later that afternoon, finally, but a significant lapse. Also, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Not very pleased at all. Location quite good, however. "Run down hotel in an ok location"
The carpet had so many stains, I could not walk around without my shoes. The carpet also had a huge iron burn stain. As it turns out, the bed was a pull out sofa bed. Not what I expected I would not stay here again.

Very convenient for railway station and public transport. Unusual layout, 2 buildings with nice park separating them.
"Close to train station - basic and run-down though"
The hotel is well-situated and easy to find from the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good and fresh, included croissants, pain au chocolat, yogurt, cereal, ham, multiple cheeses (camenbert and emmantel), juice, tea, coffee, etc. The rooms are very basic however; the shower head was attached very low on the wall, […] so you have to hold it with one hand to have it above your head. The bathroom wall was crumbling in the shower and there were water stains all over the place. The bed was a sort of bed-couch, with a mattress made of foam. "Do NOT Stay here!!!"
Room smelled of smoke although it was a non-smoking room. Shower was gross with mold growing in the corners. Sheets on the bed smelled musty and were itchy... Very disappointed with the room but thankful we only stayed on night.

Parfaitement bien situé à quelques centaines de mètres à pieds de la gare. Impression visuelle des parties comunes et de la chambre : propre, confortable, design sympa, espaces et volumes bien proportionés : très accueillant. Coin cuisine très bien équipé avec essuye-mains et produits d'entretien. Simple "détail" qui a son importance : le sommier du […] canapé-lit grince dès qu'on remue un orteil. Bon accueil, pas de nuisance sonore Dommage que les chambres soient vétustes la literie est une banquette lit, la cuvette des toilettes ne tenait pas, moquette avec trous de cigarettes...
Aucun accueil à notre arrivée, 5 étages sans ascenseur (hs) génial avec les valises, TV HS le premier jour (sur 2), 1 serviette pour 2 (2 réservations sur 2 jours), Couverture du lit sale, etc ... j'en oublie surement.

pas tres bien indique,un peu difficile à trouver;rien à dire sur l'accueil, ni sur le service,seul le couchage est un peu "léger"
Lite svårt att förstå vart man skulle ringa för att få tillträde till hotellet på kvällen, då de hade stängt receptionen tidigare än vad vi hade fått information om. Stökig gata med mycket buller utanför rummet. Varmt utan AC. I övrigt ett klart prisvärt boende med hög renlighet och nära tågstationen!

Hôtel mal situé, chambre propre mais le soucis majeur est le confort du lit. C'est un canapé-lit avec lit en fer et matelas très fin. Insupportable pour dormir. Courbatures au réveil. Très mauvais rapport qualité-prix.

Le confort de la chambre est basique... Le lit simple n'est pas un lit mais un canapé. Le matelas consiste donc à juxtaposer les deux coussins du canapé qui glissent la nuit... Au matin, vous avez les fesses sur la planche qui sert de sommier. Coté salle de bain, il n'y a pas de support mural pour le pommeau de douche (tactique d'économie probablement...) […] et la pression de l'eau courante est plutôt faible. Coté service, la bande passante du wifi laisse à désirer. J'ai eu du mal à télécharger mes mails. Hôtel très agréable avec des enfants. Calme. Proche de la gare. Petit bémol sur le matelas un peu mou et creux. Je le retiens pou un autre séjour.

Bon petit séjour. Accueil simple et aimable. Bonne hygiène exceptée la poussière qui régnait un peu dans des endroits "oubliés". Agréablement surpris de la disposition d'un service de sécurité. Le lit très peu confortable : résultat, des courbatures le lendemain.

Faut rester honnête et réaliste au prix ou j'ai payé mon séjour, il s'agit d'un véritable luxe que d'avoir une chambre propre avec salle de bains et cuisine, sans oublier ta TV! Oui il est vrai que le lit n'est pas top, mais bon quand on veut vraiment le top le prix le devient aussi. Petit clin d'œil à la charmante hôtesse d'accueil :p

c'est un hotel de bon standing les moins lit canapé et le fait que personne ne soit la passé 19 heures pour acceullir la clientèle il faut donc impérativement avoir un téléphone portable. Sinon dans l'ensemble j'ai bien apprécié mon séjour dans l'hotel.

Je suis plutôt satisfait de mon séjour, une chambre globalement propre, salle de bains propre (revoir tout de même les joints). Très bon rapport qualité/prix!! un effort pour que cet hotel soit au "top" : il est fort domage que le lit soit un canapé lit!!! un matelas en mousse trop fin! rien de confortable!...
Hotel correct et calme à 10 minutes de la Part Dieu. Les lits sont des canapés convertibles (moyen). Le petit déjeuné est trop chère pour la prestation. Les produits de toilettes sont chichement distribués. Le personnel est sympathique.
Appart hotel très bien situé. Chambre confortable et spacieuse. Très satisfait.

Personnel très accueillant, les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles. L'hôtel n'est pas loin du centre ville et offre un rapport qualité/prix très correct. Evidemment ce n'est pas adapté à une escapade amoureuse, l'hôtel n'a pas vraiment de charme!

cet hôtel est d'un état vétuste, cependant il est effectivement situé à moins de 10 min à pied du centre la Part dieu mais le fait que lorsqu'on loue un "appart" City , on ne s'attend pas à : un matelas fait de deux mousse dur qui se sépare durant la nuit, des plaques électriques qui mettent 1 h avant d'être tiède , une chasse d'eau qui ne fonctionne […] pas, l'obligation de se contorsionner pour accéder à la kitchenette et pour finir un placard dont la porte ne tient même plus.
