Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia-Valley Forge - Audubon

I brought my family up from Raleigh NC, and we loved it. All of the staff I came in contact with were very nice. The room was very spacious.

This is the first time we stayed at this particular hotel in Audubon, PA outside of the Philadelphia area. We stayed there for 5 full days. The hotels was very nice and a great location to our family in the Audubon, PA area. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff was very accomodating. We were very pleased with our stay. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out everythng was perfect. The overall quality of the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The next time we visit the Philadelphia area you can bet we will stay at this hotel.

I stayed here for one night. The staff was curtious and helpful. I am very picky about hotel rooms, and my room was clean and in good repair.

The staff was very kind. The room was delightfully large and comfortable. It was a perfect fit for Me, my husband and my teenage daughter to stay and get a good night's sleep before a golf tournament. The hotel is centrally located and close to the Golf Courses in the area. I would stay there again.

I would recommend this hotel, it was very spacious had a kitchen, living room/den, bedroom. If we had more time we could of cooked our meals there, or BBQ outside by the pool. Employees are very caring and pleasant.

The breakfast selection wasn't nearly as nice as the City Line Avenue Facility.

We were surprised at the size of this "room" - more like a small apartment! We found ourselves wishing that we were staying for more than one night. Very comfortable suite. Staff were pleasant. Free parking much appreciated. Although we had other plans for breakfast, normally, the complimentary breakfast offered would be appreciated also. Hotel was […] convenient to Bala Cynwyd area, which was where we needed to be (about a 15 minute drive when traffic was not congested; i.e. Saturday night). We would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was great the food the rooms and the people. The only thing was the pool was closed but its fine because it was still Cold outside. we would of liked the sweet better but still I had a good time with my family.

This was a terrific hotel....we thought the price was a little high for the area, but we had no complaints about the facilities, staff, or our stay in general. Highly recommended.

I was traveling with my family - overall 4 persons. Homewood suites was definitely the best choice I could do. 2-minutes check-in, very helpfull staff, good breakfast, spacious 2-room suite, clean, highly comfort and big beds (real queen size). What a great place to stay! Very comfortable suite, with a full kitchen. Close to Valley Forge National Park, King of Prussia Mall, the Audobon house and nature preserve, and the Main Line suburbs. I checked in with a debit card (big mistake) and was surprised that I had a hold for $150.00 on my card when I checked my balance that same day. Confused, I went to the front desk to ask if they could either remove the hold or move the hold to my credit card, as I was running low now due to the hold. I was told that once they swipe the card they cannot […] remove holds or move holds to another card once the card is swiped. I knew this was a lie as I am a software developer in a credit card processing company, the authorization could be voided and reentered on another card. I let it go because the hold miraculously disappeared later that day. The clerk I asked about moving the hold said I should have been notified of the hold when I checked in, but I wasn't because the clerk that assisted me was new. I didn't know what to say to that, since I was out $150.00 with no notice. Overall, the room was great for the rate we got. I checked the rate once we checked in and I had booked it for 30$ less than the normal rate! Room was clean and big for myself and my girlfriend, neighborhood was lacking but we were in the area for Philadelphia. Would recommend to others but watch out about debit cards. Przeczytaj więcej
