The former little white fishing village of Albufeira, now densely developed beneath a sea of apartments and mid-rise blocks, is the region’s most popular resort. The pretty Old Town is wall-to-wall restaurants and bars, though some local establishments and residential areas still remain. Its picture-postcard Fisherman’s Beach, with spectacular ochre cliffs and rock stacks, remains an iconic, albeit often very crowded, Algarve sight.

Hotel had double beds - many hotels in the area did not. It also included a breakfast, which was of an excellent standard. Good value. (End of October)

We stayed here for a week at the beginning of August and while the hotel was acceptable, there was nothing that stood out as exceptional. It is a good walk to the beach / old town though the hotel does offer a shuttle should you not want to go by foot. The food was abysmal - truly terrible - and I felt the hotel restaurant should have been able to offer […] better quality considering what one could get nearby. While a free gym was advertised, it turned out that one had to pay a per-day fee to use it. The spa services were acceptable. "Buona scelta"
Ottimo hotel, belle camere, piscina, buona colazione, buon posizionamento, ma è comodo avere una macchina per spostarsi
"Hotel bom, perto do centro, mas é longe ir a pé.."
Hotel é o típico 3 estrelas. Limpinho, bão, mas não é ótimo. Fica perto do centro de Albufeira, mas não dá pra ir a pé. Tem que ir de carro e torcer pra ter vaga para estacionar. Tem uns estacionamentos no centro. Quando eu fui tinha vaga, mas estava lotando. Quanto ao café da manhã é de ruim para médio. Não tem fruta fresca, apenas em conserva. Tinha […] umas bananas verdes quando eu fui. Quanto ao atendimento é razoável. Ah... para vc brasileiro, não esqueça de levar adaptador que no hotel não tem. Veldig trivelig hotell med hyggelig betjening. Utenom sesongen var det svært lave priser og vi fikk veldig mye for pengene. Ekstra service: Gratis shuttelbuss til sentrum flere gsanger daglig.

Vi blev i resturanten spurgt om vi KUN havde bestilt bed&breakfirst. svaret var ja, og vi ventede da i en time efter bestilling til maden var serveret, dette skete først efter at jeg havde talt med manageren for resturanten som også serverede for os. Vi havde endda bestilt en ekstra overnatning og tænkte, det var dog ærgeligt. Kort til parkeringskld […] skal bestilles ved indtjekning og da vi byttede værelse og betalte bad vi om at det nye kort også skulle gælde til p-kælder, men da vi skulle ud kunne vi ikke åbne porten med kortet og derfor spærrede vi for op og nedkørslen til vi fik fat i en portner.
