Crescent Resort On South Beach - Miami Beach

Hotel was perfect, they don't charge extra for more guest, they maid is awesome, she doesn't talk english but tip her a 10 and she will clean your dishes to. Front desk was amazing, we stayed in the suite on first floor, amazing. I would go back to this hotel 110%.

The hotel was in a great location -- on Ocean Drive but not in the midst of all the revelry at night. The beach was just across the street. The hotel staff was most helpful. We loved the fact that the room was actually a suite and had a kitchen. It was also very comfortable. The hotel seemed to have recently undergone a renovation, and the effects of this is unfortunately still clear. The carpets in the hall was very dirty, and some of the finer details in the room still seemed like it needed to be changed. There are no bed-side lamps in the bedroom, which is a bit strange (only an overhead light - with the control quite […] a distance away). The television in the sitting area only received 2 channels and this was never fixed while I was there. The service was adequate, but also very perfunctory. Bed was comfortable and the it does have a beautiful bath tub. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at this time because my last stay at South Beach was so much better in the same price range. We had two nights on the Crescent Resort, two adults and two kids (11,15) as a start of a longer Florida vacation. The hotel itself is a standard hotel, but the room was larger than expected with all facilities needed, including WiFi, and also possibility to loan beach equipment (mattresses, umbrella et c). The location is perfect if you want to take […] part of where everything happens in Miami Beach. Ocean Ave with all the bars, restaurants and shops. Expensive hostel, not a resort. Good location if you don´t mind waking up to the view of homeless people sleeping across the street. Noisy, no restaurant service and wicked expensive. Maid service was horrrrible! You can also smell the weed across your hallway

Location was great and the room clean and spacious with a small kitchen and sitting area. Great for the price! Friendly staff.

Had 5 nites at the hotel. Everybody is really nice. Location is excellent.

The Crescent Resort far exceeded my expectations. The rooms (suites) were spacious and very clean. It was close to the beach and major attractions of South Beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was excellent and our room was much larger than expected. We watched the fireworks from the hotel roof - the location was perfect!

are the selling points. rooms are simple, but very spacious, with kitchenette area and separate living room. good value when it's available.

The hotel service was horrible, and it really deteriorated from the time I stayed there 5 years ago. The microwave in my room was broken, and no one showed me how to navigate my hotel room (everything is not obvious). The furniture was worn too. The only positive was the location.

The location is great, right across from the beach, and at the 'quiet' end of the strip but only 2 blocks away from all the actions at night so you don't have to deal w/ all the loud noise and music when you're ready to turn in. This is our 1st time to Miami and have heard so much about South Beach so we decided to stay at a South Beach hotel to fully […] experience the actions. However, for us, this is not enough to compensate for all other negative from this hotel. There's only one person working at the front desk and they never answer the phone. Since our room was on the 1st floor, we could walk out to the front desk and talk to them directly but this might be a bit inconvenience if you stayed on higher floor. It's never clear to me if the problem is the phone system or not. The staff doesn't speak English fluently either. The room is old looking; the bathroom is very cramp w/ very little counter space so we have to keep some of our toiletries on the bedroom nightstand; There's also no room for your clothes in the bathroom so we have to put them on our bed when taking a shower. This is very inconvenience w/ our 2 teenage daughters since they have to lock the door to the bedroom when they need to take a shower. The sofa bed was very old and flimsy and the blankets provided was very old. We plan to visit Miami again in the future but we'll trade comfort over this location. Przeczytaj więcej

convenient location directly across from south beach, comfortable room and friendly service Noise between rooms is a bit loud

Bästa läge, bra rum med kök, trevlig personal, inget att klaga på. Går låna solstolar ner till stranden. Det tillkommer en resortavgift som man får betala på plats, det får man i stort sett på alla hotell. Det är för handukar, städ mm. Detta måste man betala, surt men inget man kan komma undan, Enda negativa.
